I have ordered now 3 bathing suits and all were too small even after matching up measurements properly. This company does not provide a return shipping label which is somewhat understandable. The frustrating thing is you are required to pay for shipping, purchase tracking and take a picture of your receipt and send it by email. Seemed excessive and irritating considering the bathing suits should have fit fine based on the sizing chart. I do not plan to purchase here again.
I've ordered severally from cupshe and ive never had any reason to regret. I can never forget the first time i ordered from cupshe. It was damn amazing. I really loved it and this first impression kept me going to order from them. There swim suit was very fitting. True to its size. Thanks cupshe.

I am skeptical of online shopping. I have had to return items many times. I ordered from cupshe. Thinking I may have to return. I received my first swimsuit and I was so surprised and happy with the cute style. The fit. And the quality! I received many comments on my suit. I have since purchased 2 more suits!

I ordered 3 swimsuits but I didn't like the fit of 2. I thought that it was going to be a lot of trouble to return them, however I was so surprised how simple Cupshe made it to be. I was very happy with the customer experience and not to mention the quick responses I got. 2 thumbs up Cupshe!
I ordered a really cute one piece swim suit or what looked like a really cute swimsuit for a great price. I should of known "you get what you pay for" because after reading all about their sizing I placed my order. A few days later my order arrived. The bottom [waist down] fit great. The waist was 5 sizes to small. And the bust was 5 sizes too big. The material was really cute so I went to a seamstress to see if it can be altered and I'm looking at 10x the price I paid to fix it. Buyer beware.

I have purchased twice now from Cupshe and both times I have had an excellent experience. I just placed an order for 3 more swimsuits. I know I will most likely have to return 1 of them, which I have not yet done with this company. As of now, I give them 5 stars. That may or may not change after I try to return an order. The quality of the suits is outstanding and shockingly the free shipping is rather quick. As of now, so far so good.

I have ordered a few things now and love everything that I have received. I ordered a bathing suite and it fit small. I contacted the company had had no issues. They sent me a code to use to order the right size, no need to return the other product. Very happy and satisfied with my purchases and my return. Will be ordering more!

I needed to return the item that I ordered and the process to do so was relatively quick and hassle-free. I received an e-mail response within 24 hours of initially contacting them and the customer service was pleasant and helpful.

Cupshe Customer Service
I ordered my items on the 22nd of March 2022.
The items have still not been delivered.
My first email to customer services was answered with a generic response.
My last 2 emails have not even been replied to. That was 4 days ago.
The tracker has not been updated since the 25th of March.
I have asked for a refund. Still no response.
Resorted to the online chat. See screenshot below.
If my items dont turn up in 2 more days, I have to start the whole process again.
I asked why no one was replying to emails and received another generic reply!
UPDATE... I have sent 4 emails, one being a legal document demanding a refund and compensation... NO RESPONSE.
The only response I have received is because of this review.
CUSTOMERS BEWARE... do NOT be fobbed off with being told to keep an eye on the tracker as I have been in the comments below from Cupshe.
Your contract is with Cupshe NOT the delivery company.
I have now started legal proceedings.
I wonder if they will bother to reply?!

I was disappointed to find out I had to pay to send items back. I should have looked into it more. Their prices can be good, but not when you have to pay to send something back. Also, be sure the item is returnable... not all are.

From the time ordered to the time I received my purchases I was impressed everything fit nicely. I ordered four swimsuits and a cover up but accidentally received four additional bathing suits. I contact them to let them know and they were apologetic but allowed me to keep the additional swimsuits free of charge. I was super excited because I knew I was doing the right thing by letting them know about the discrepancy. I will order again from them soon!

Ordered 3 pairs and when they arrived 2 didnt fit so good. I contacted the service department and not only did they get back to me immediately they actually gave me a voucher to buy the smaller size and I didn't have to send the original purchase back. I was very surprised. Thanks for making my day.

I didnt expect to love my suits so much as the price was so good but they are awesome. They fit exactly like the measurement charts for each suit and are amazing quality. I will absolutely order again. For myself and my daughters as they grow into adult sizes. Thank you!

I had an issue with a swimsuit not arriving and customer service sent me a coupon. Customer service made it super easy. When I received the next swimsuit it was too small. I sent them an email and they were very understanding and sent me another coupon.
I do not have the shipment number, but I cannot say enough good about the way the suits fit and the service. On my second order I did not receive the shipment. I called, she pulled my shipment up and re sent the order. No questions asked.

Bought 3 suits from Cupshe. 2 of the 3 fit perfectly. Ask for a return authorization immediately. They responded within 24 hours. The representative told me to KEEP the 3rd suit and she will send me a coupon for 130% of the value of the 3rd suit and to pick anything else I wanted from the catalog.
I just selected a lovely tunic added to my cart fully expecting to pay for shipping on this new item. Lo and Behold Cupshe paid for everything including the shipping. I had to do NOTHING! Perfect customer service! Thank you Cupshe!

I ordered quite a few bathing suits. They came in two separate orders and the second one didnt arrive. Cupshe was good about it and sent me the second shipment again. I had to pay $20 shipping on the second order when it got delivered to my door, which wasnt the best. But I was happy with their customer service in getting me my products, would have been nice if I didnt have to pay the additional shipping fee. I am also happy with the quality, the fit, and the price of their product.

Wonderful customer service! I needed to exchange my swimsuit and Cupshe refunded me the swimsuit cost without the need to return! Best customer service out there! Will buy my swimsuits from Cupshe from here on out! The quality of the swimsuit is great as well!
Do not waste your time with them! I had ordered a bathing suit and quickly emailed them that I needed to change the address because it was accidently typed incorrectly. She told me it was too late to change it and that she couldn't do anything about it. When it was sent to that incorrect address and I had asked them if I could get a refund or another bathing suit sent to the correct address and she told me to go to the address and pick it up from the current owner. That is so unprofessional! Why would I invade someone else's property and privacy to see if they received my package?! I will never do business with them again!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered 2 bathing suits on 5-23-17 & expedited order. As of today, USPS has not received the order nor has CupShe responded to my emails. Disappointment is an understatement. I know why their products are so cheap... it is because they do not ship them. They take your money before they ship the product & there is no one to call... only email service which goes unanswered.

I ordered 6 suits and 3 of them I want to keep. I would like to return the other 3 but they are offering a discount to keep. I don't want to keep them... I just want my money back.
It says that you can't return if a coupon was used. I didn't use a coupon. It was a promo code over Labor Day weekend. I don't see how that would make it ineligible to return.
