I ordered two suits and after speaking to a few girls that also ordered, I realized I ordered to big of a size. I emailed support and they were able to change my sizes before the items shipped! Extremely happy with the service

Poor customer service and system. I couldn't use my store credit with a discount because their system only allow one value per purchase.
I hope the system be updated to allow the use of a store credit with a discount. However, was bothers me the most was the lack of interest in keep the client.

The quality of the bikinis is great, and the bikinis look just like the website shows. The bikinis are true to size. It takes a while to ship but with that in mind, it is worth waiting for your bikinis! Overall love this site and will order from them again in the future. They have very original bikinis styles, I order a few bikinis for my girlfriend and she loved them all. Even though I love it very much!

So frustrating! The company is a joke. Uses emojis throughout the email at inappropriate times. That is only if/when they actually email you back! The suits are cheap and do not fit right. Although they are cheap in price, its not worth your money.

Swimsuits are great, but didn't fit right. I did the live chat and opted to print my own label out. You need to upload a picture of your label. I ordered more swimsuits and hoping the sizes work out. I would defiantly buy again.

I was really worried after I ordered from here because of some of the negative reviews. My experience was amazing though! I received my two suits within a week and absolutely love them. The quality is great and they looked even better on. I even made an error and ordered the wrong size. I hoped to do an exchange for the correct size but they kindly offered to allow me to keep the suit and give me a coupon for a different one. To my surprise the coupon would cover the cost of another suit. I couldn't be any happier with my experience and bathing suits. Glad I took the chance after seeing some of the negative reviews because I had such a positive one and will for sure be a repeat customer!

I tried several times to return a few suits I had ordered due to not fitting. I received several emails that were very hard to follow. I tried several times to complete the return process. Now I'm stuck with several swimsuits I cannot wear.

I bought a beautiful dress and a cute necklace. Unfortunately I no longer needed the dress and was going to send it back. CUPSHE offered a few options to satisfy my return. I really enjoy the quality and the service offered

I wrote a review and forgot to add my order number. My order number was ******* and I was so happy with my purchase! Fantastic price for a quality swimsuit. I was so pleased when it arrived on time and looking better than expected!

I accidentally ordered an XS instead of a M. I tried to reach customer service before they sent it out but couldn't. When I finally reached them, they told me to keep the wrong size, but to worry about returning it, and they gave me a credit to send a replacement. I was really surprised and beyond delighted!

I ordered 3 swimsuits on Feb 8th. Order number *******. It is showing paid but there is not updated shipping or tracking information. I have still not received the product. I have emailed the company but no response. They do not have a customer service phone number so I have no way of knowing if I will ever receive what I ordered.

I ordered a suit and I will say that the the shipping was pretty quick. The suit though was way to small on me. I normally wear a small or a medium, I ordered the medium and it fit like an extra small. I have emailed the company twice, to try to return the suit per the instructions and received no response. I wish I had seen all of these negative reviews. I never would have ordered.

I really love the bathing suits Ive ordered from Cupshe. When a few of the bathing suits didnt fit, the customer service was amazing and they quickly helped me out! I will definitely be ordering more from them in the future.

I have purchased upwards of 10 suits from Cupshe and have never had any problems. The suits are great quality and the price is great. The 2 times I have had problems with my suits, the customer service has been great!

I recently ordered 3 swimsuits for my honeymoon cruise. 2 out of the 3 I ordered fit perfectly. I ordered a different size right away, for the one that didn't fit, and then contacted customer service to return the original. They treated me with outstanding customer service. They gave me 3 options:
1. Internationally mail the original back, at my cost, and then receive a total refund.
2. receive a partial refund and just keep the original.
3. receive a store credit for the full amount and keep the original.
I appreciated all the choices I was given and decided to take the store credit. The store credit code I was given worked with no issues; and I actually ordered another adorable swimsuit for my cruise.

My review title says it all. The quality of the swimsuit I got was high end, and the price was shockingly not. First one-piece I have tried since I was a kid, and I don't regret it. I have a long torso, and it fit me perfectly. I am 5'-8", 134-lbs, and I got a medium. I promptly received confirmation/shipping emails, and ship time was quick.

Ordered 2 suits. Was not happy with one. Contacted Cupshe and was responded to very quickly. They gave me several options on how i wantes to handle the situation. I thought all were actually good options but chose one that gave me store credit. Then ordered another that ende up being free. Throughout the process,, they kept in touch to make sure i was satisfied.

I ordered two items but unfortunately they were a little too large so had to return but the quality of the clothes were lovely, I had to return and the service was excellent and was refunded the money very very promptly, I would recommend using cupshe

Service provided by the website is good. I receive my delivery yesterday and the product quality as by price point of view is great. I satisfy by the product that receive and shipping time is time that provided by website. Happy to order again from this website

Today is the day I receive my product and Im happy to say that what I expect is really the product is exact like that, Service is good as like other website also responsive. Product quality is good as according to the price. Shipping is on time as time provided by website. Maybe if I want to buy a product in the future I will come back to this website.

I wasn't sure if these bathing suits would be good quality but they are so cute I gave it a try and I am so glad I did! I have ordered 6 bathing suits and all of them have been great quality. I have big boobs so I need a lot of support in that area. The only suit that I was not 100% happy with was one that only had one strap on the top. They had several different options to return and made it very easy. I will order again.

Some of the best customer service I'd had in awhile. I purchased a swim suit but it was too small. I was bummed because it was super cute! I contacted them and had a reply within a couple of hours. They gave me a few options for returning or a credit.

My wife and daughter purchased several swim suits with 2 different orders. My daughter initially purchased 5 swim suits, but 2 did not work as the fit was off. One would expect this to the case in trial and error with swim suits. I emailed customer service to initiate a return and the response was that we could get 100% Refund with a Coupon but only 50% partial refund and keep the swim suit. Keep in mind we have no use for the swim suits as they didnt work out.

My wife ended up liking the swim suits, so she purchased several which have been shipped. We wish we would have known about their terrible refund policy. There is NOTHING on the website stating anything about their Return Policy in line with the information I received in the email from customer service.
