Right from the time I first visited visited the site till the time I ordered the cupshe-eternity-moment-print-one-piece-swimsuit for my sister and till it was delivered, the process was damn smooth. I really love the swimsuits and it was amazingly fitting to her sexy body.

I had not heard of cupshe before but my friend at college showed me. I had a hard time deciding on which one to get but I ended up with riddle story print, and I love it! It shipped fast and I was anxious to try it on and I really hopped it would fit and that I wouldnt have to send it back. It fit perfectly and Ive been extremely pleased with it. Definitely will shop here again! Worth every penny. Order #*******

Their sizes are off and they refuse to take any responsibility. I was charged $15 shipping g for getting my bikinies which were way off and they just were ignorent about it. They refused any assistance. Infact asked me to keep them and they would deduct $5 more off each item.! Like really? They don't fit me why will I want to keep them and on top of that spend more money. They refused to give me a return shipping label. So now I paid $15 for getting it $5 for shipping it back and all for nothing. So beware it's a hoax. Customer care is terrible. DO NOT FALL FOR THEM. They send automated replies most of the time. Half the time I hear replies are not even answers to your questions, they are just random.

I have had been highly satisfied with the few purchases I have made with Cupshe. The very first time I bought from them I received my order within the time frame they gave me and I absolutely fell in love with the suit. This last purchase I made I received my order sooner than expected, however it did not fit. The options are to keep the suit that doesn't fit and receive a full refund but for their website only. (In my opinion isn't a bad deal.) Or pay to return your suit and receive a partial refund or they will send you a different size in the same suit. I chose to keep the one I received and then they gave me the full refund code to use on their website. So I bought a new one! I will suggest that when ordering online to just do the basic free shipping. Sure the time frame is longer but things happen in the process of shipping sometimes and if we are ordering out suits early enough then the time it arrives shouldn't matter! Prepare a head of time, don't procrastinate!

I order few times and I love the product and the service. I ordered some wrong size for my shape, but the service for return and exchange was excellent. I'm curvy woman and I love the one piece. The material is really nice. The price is perfect. I recommand CupShe

CUPSHE was amazing when I reached out to them about a bikini I ordered that was a little too big. I requested to do an exchange and they happily gave my a coupon to their app that allowed me to get a different suit and in my situation they didn't require that I return the original bikini. I highly recommend this seller with their great customer service and their cute, great-quality products!

If you've been to the site before, you'll relate well with what I'm about to say. When I first visited the site, I had no problem searching for what I needed. The swimsuits and the bikinis were laid bare such that youre sure of what you want. And the moment i ordered, it was exactly what i ordered that they delivered to me.

What they don't make clear is that the order will be coming from China. Once it arrives at US facilities, then will the tracker start moving. Also, miscommunication from the company just creates greater confusion, but the company is legitimate.

They are completely shady about their return policy. I read the fine print that said there was no refund on sale items, so I purchase bathing suits at full price. Not only was the quality poor, but the sizing didn't work. They are now trying to give me a run around with 75% store credit or 40% partial return. I will wait to see what they come back with, but DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.

I will be going after the full refund with my credit card company as well. Total scammers.

I ordered 3 weeks ago, paid for fast shipping, I only received 1 out of the 2 swimwear I ordered. I sent 2 emails To custumer service to see what was going on, no one ever respond to me. Still waiting for an answer. I don't recommande doing business with Cupshe.

All bathing suits I ordered were made to fit someone shorter than 5'7". Did they use any models of average height or taller for fittings? Clearly no. Did they make the straps adjustable for average height or taller women? Absolutely no. Furthermore the return policy is absolutely bogus. Couldn't get my money back for products that aren't even made to fit someone of my height properly. Will never order from them again.

Got two great bathing suits and one that wasn't for me. Return policies are not typical, but I preferred to send mine back for the full refund. They needed proof of shipment and tracking and then I got my refund. The clerk at the post office said they'd cover up the original address for me and forgot, so the package ended up back at my doorstep. I let customer service know since they were very specific about tracking and proof of shipment, and they said it was no problem and they'd make sure they received it. They were really appreciative of my update and let me know when they received it. An overall pleasant experience and great customer service.

I ordered 3 bathing suits last month. Received them in a timely manner. When I received the package -- one of the bathing suits came damaged/missing a string that ties up the front of the bathing suit / and it was stained. This item also came in a bag that looked similar to a zip lock bag without the cupshe logo on it. It seemed to be an item that must have been purchased - worn - and then returned without the company inspecting it prior to sending it out again. Upon emailing the company -- someone emailed me the next day and said I could get coupon cash -- I said no thank you I would like a full refund. Well since then no one has answered me to get a tracking number to return these awful bathing suits even after multiple emails.

Okay so for 20$ and free shipping for a white swim suit I didnt have high expectations but wow this swim suit ended up so nice it looks like an 80$ swim suit. I got a small and feel like its true to size. Everything about it and the experience was great

I ordered 4 swim suits, the site crashed multiple times giving me error codes (this should have been my first indicator to NOT ORDER!). The site also would not allow my saved password to access their site & made me to reset my password 3 different times. The 4 suits didn't fit properly, I emailed them through their cimicat d return process and keep getting emails with "better" options. First a 50% refund, or a couple to purchase more, NOT happening! An email most recently stated I could keep the suits for $5.00 each. They were not transparent regarding the Return Policy.
Feels like I'm being jerked around by a scam artist! Now I'm concerned about my credit card possibly being compromised after reading a few.of the reviews here. Do the right thIng & return our money! Make the return process easier!

I recently ordered the Tropical Leaves Bikini set for my upcoming Mexico trip. I found it on Pinterest but was worried it wouldn't be a legit company. I read a ton of reviews and even YouTube unboxings to make sure it wasn't a scam. Everyone had great things to say and that's why I want to give my review as well! In case other find themselves in my shoes. The website was easy to navigate and they shipped so quickly! It arrived at home home in a week. The quality of the material was great and looked just like what I ordered. The price was even better and I can't wait for our trip! I love Cupshe! I only buy my bathing suits here. Awesome quality. They have bathing suits for every occasion in every kind of style. Shipping is fast and each suit comes in a nice little Cupshe bag. My favorite is the one piece Banana leaves( Sku CYY614) its so sexy but still super chic (little side boob action) I even saw it on a girl on TV! I've told all my friends and they love the suits too! I bought 5 bathing suits from this company and read the return policy before ordering but they do not live up to what they say. None of the suits fit me so I tried to return them so I could get a smaller size, they offered me a 8.00 credit and then a 15.00 credit. Then they said I could order one bathing suit for no cost. This is unacceptable, when you state in your return policy that the suits can be returned you should live up to that. I read reviews after the fact and learned that everyone has had problems with returns. I was so disappointed that they didnt live up to their word. And the bathing suit they said they would send hasn't happened. So be very cautious if you choose to waste your money with these people.

Was very haooy with all three suits I bought, but one didn't fit so well. Cupshe did a great job with sending me an appropriate measure for exchange. I am waiting for that suit now, and I look forward to shopping with them in the future. Bathingsuit shoppinf at home is SO much better than in the store!

I was hesitant to order a bathing suit online because I have a hard enough time finding something to fit me correctly in stores. I read such great reviews on Cupshe and the bathing suits were affordable, so I decided to place an order. I am so glad I did! Shipping was prompt (upgraded to 7 day, for it in less time) and my bathing suit fit perfectly! The quality of the suit is impressive, the style is top notch and for the first time in a long time, I have a bathing suit that I am actually excited to wear! I haven't received my package, but I've been trying to make contact with them and I keep on getting error messages. I've tried tracking down my package and again I get an ERROR message. I should had known this was too good to be true.

Shipping is a nightmare! If you are ordering and need it by a certain date - don't bother! You will end up disappointed. SMH! It is unfortunate because the quality of swimsuits is actually good. I was going to refer my friends and actually purchase some more bikinis for the summer but I won't do that now. I'm going to contact the BBB, Sitejabber, and any other websites to give a bad review for this company. DO BETTER, CUPSHE!

At first I thought the prices were too good to be true for such cute clothes. I took a risk and ordered a bathing suit, and no regrets! It is my favorite bathing suit ever and I wear it WAYY too much. They are good quality and inexpensive. The only problem is they are a lot of the time out of stock with most sizes. Great purchase!
