I have ordered now 3 bathing suits and all were too small even after matching up measurements properly. This company does not provide a return shipping label which is somewhat understandable. The frustrating thing is you are required to pay for shipping, purchase tracking and take a picture of your receipt and send it by email. Seemed excessive and irritating considering the bathing suits should have fit fine based on the sizing chart. I do not plan to purchase here again.

I placed an order on 2/6/2018 and my card was charged at that time. I received an email 2/7/2018 with a tracking # that I am not able to track. Order #*******. I've emailed several times with no response.

I have written this company several times regarding my order (*******) that was never received. They reply that it was delivered on 2/10/18. But that doesn't help if it never came to my house. They told me to look around for it, and contact my parcel carrier.
Cupshe you suck! I'll never recommend your company.

I Placed my order #******* on 3/1/18 and they had no problem charging my card. Then it shows shipped on 3/2 but no tracking information. Unless it was sent by someone walking on foot I think I should have received it by 25 days. I will be calling my bank to alert them to fraud.

I ordered a bathing suit and I returned it bc it was too big. It is going on two months now and still have not received my money back! This is ridiculous! I for sure won't be ordering from this website again

Save yourself from this company and do not order from them. Low quality, manipulative customer service, and unprofessional information. A cheap, poor-fitting swimsuit has cost me hours of my life trying to get a refund for. Even though I shipped back the items, customer service might not give me a refund because I didn't save a copy of my receipt... which they didn't ask me for until AFTER they told me I can ship back my items.

I recently purchased two swimsuits with Cupshe on 2/15/18. I payed a small fee for expedited shipping to receive them within 5-7 days. I received an email stating my swimsuits were out for delivery on the 16th, but since then have had no updated information on the whereabouts or my package! I emailed them asking for an update and they first stated sorry for the delay due to the weekend and holiday and then went on to say you package has been delivered now and to check around the outside of my house or with a family member that my have picked it up without my knowledge. I want what I payed for!

I paid for expedited shipping that should take 6 business days. It has now been 5 business days and my package tracking said that it started in Texas but was never updated and when I contacted USPS, they said that they never received my package into their mail stream. Contacted cupshe three times and no response yet. Not happy!

I would never ever again order something from this company!

The company is fraudulent and tries by all means to keep the money. It will be advertised with a free return, which, however, will not be offered. When you then return the goods, you must send the tracking number to the company before a refund is initiated.

The company is super dubious!
Don't shop here!

I bought a swim suit and after 3 weeks it still did not ship. Although the money was out of my account immediately. I contacted them about it and they said my shipment was lost. They will only give me a store credit not my money back. Also told me they couldn't send me it again cause it's not out of stock. That is not true considering I can re buy it online. After losing my package, lying to me, and now won't return my money for a item I did not receive. Never buy!

Cupshe is a scam. Here is how their fraudulent business works. You make a purchase through www.cupshe.com. They give you fake expedited shipping. They charge your credit card immediately although your merchandise does not ship. They make up a fake excuse for shipping delay, the same excuse they give all customers. Tracking your order says "shipping labels created" but your order is not shipped to you. Then, when you ask to cancel/ be refunded, they refuse and instead, give you 3 options to NOT get your money back. Don't buy anything from their website. It is a scam.

We shipped out a part of customers' orders from our warehouse oversaes, and the shipping status will be updated when the package arrives at the local transfer point. I ordered 11 siwmsuits from Cupshe recently, some the same fit/style but in multiple sizes so I could keep only the ones that fit well. I have 3 that I want to keep and am trying to return the other 8. I have emailed customer service multiple times and sent everything they requested - photos, order #, exact name of suits, pics of barcode, etc. and they keep sending the same response asking for the info again! I am so frustrated as I actually like the 3 I want to keep, but cannot afford to not get my money back on the other 8. CupShe you need to provide my packing slip and refund soon or this is ripe for a class action lawsuit as you are not upholding the return policy on your website. Thank you.

I bought 5 suits and two did not fit. Sizes vary from suit to suit. They responded since the suits were "sale" items they could not be returned. I believe they are based in China! Why would I ever purchase again if I'm not able to return an unused product? BYW... the no return policy was not easy to find on their website!

I ordered 2 swimsuits on July 11 but I haven't received anything by today (August 1). It says shipping takes about 9 days so I waited and gave them some extra time. Emailed them and was asked to wait a few more days. I kept waiting for 5 more days but still haven't got anything. Emailed them again and they blamed it for the shipping carrier. I know it's the shipping carrier's fault but they could've worked with FedEx to figure out where customer's order is *Smh*. I politely asked for a refund but seem that they don't wanna give a refund. At this point, I think I lost my money :| Wish I could give them 0 stars :|

I received an email on 02/06/18 confirming that my order had been shipped via POST. I can't find a shipping company called POST. I only know Deutsche Post, but they don't have my package. It should have arrived yesterday, but it didn't. I have no clue where it is. I tried to contact customer support, but they haven't answered yet.

I ordered a large order because of the ability to return items (or so they claim). I have reached out to their customer service and filed multiple return requests, and have not heard back at all. It has been almost a full week with no response to any of my emails. This customer service is absolutely horrible and I wish I never ordered from them. They claim its easy to return, yet no one answers. It is a shame as I would have ordered here again if they made it easy to return. I really liked some of the suits I ordered.

Do not order from here if you expect to return- no one answers.

I ordered 3 suits over a month ago now and still havent gotten them. I have emailed their customer service and still have no answers as to whats going on. All they did was send me the tracking number that I already had and told me it was at the UPS store but when I called to pick it up they said they didnt have it... Im beyond upset. And frustrated that they have been little to no help and I still havent heard back from them. Im out the money I spent and dont have the suits I ordered. Ive never had such an awful experience ordering online. So if you want to give them money and not get anything in return, order from Cupshe!

They need to make their return policy clear and in bold print on the product page. The suit fit horribly and the return options are a. Order another suit with store credit they give you and pray it fits because it is not returnable or b. Keep the suit that does not fit and is useless and get a 50% refund. I was not up to taking the gamble on a new suit because of how awful the first one was and settled for half of my money back. If you are willing to sacrifice some money in hopes of a cheap swimsuit fitting then this is the place for you. If you are like me and like to be able to make returns from online purchases since you did not try it on - this site is not for you.

Warning: DO. NOT. EVER buy anything from cupshe.com! I purchased a couple dresses, they lost my package and only informed me of this AFTER i contacted them asking where my product was. Then they told me they'd refund me but it's been 4 months and my bank confirmed that they never refunded me. They then went on to tell me I'm lieing about it and they did refund me

I ordered 6 bathing suits on Feb 12. No bathing suits, no shipping number and no response after trying to email their customer service 5 times. I posted a review here and they replied with a lie saying they have responded to my email. There is no response.
DO NOT use this company!

Customer service does not respond. I bought a suit and I don't like the way it fits. I contacted them 2 days after I received it, trying to return or exchange it and it's been a week, still no response. I have sent them 2 additional return requests since then.

I will say the quality of these swim suits are fantastic! The quality of customer service... I can't even say the words that I would describe it. I ordered five swim suits because I knew I would have to return a few. No way to make a return. No packing slip in either shipment, phone number has been disconnected and I have sent multiple e-mails with no response. So, if you have money to throw away, order from this company because you can not return or exchange!

Ordered a medium bathing suit that upon receiving did not fit. After fighting with the customer support about whether I should have to pay for the second bathing suit - when their return policy clearly states that returns and exchanges can be done for virtually any reason - the second bathing suit (a large) was the exact same size as the medium. I originally wanted to return the item and get my money back but they wouldn't let me. Since the second bathing suit was considered an exchange now the company will not return, exchange or refund me for the item. Altogether I have shelled out $53 and I have 2 bathing suits that I cannot use.

I am a UK customer and fell in love with a swimsuit that i saw on Pinterest. I purchased on the 5th of Feb and was advised that delivery would be around 13 days, with a max time of 15 days. I had a notification to say the item was shipped the day after purchasing however, that is as much information as i have had to date.

I tried chasing with an email on day 15 after purchase to which i have had no response.
I have sent a subsequent emails and still no response. There is no phone number to ring to speak with anyone and i'm completely lost as to what to do next.

I paid over £20.00 for the item and the money was immediately taken from my account.

Please do not use this company!

I did everything right according to their return policy and it is now August and I purchased in May and I only got half of the return money back. They DO NOT want to refund money at all. First, they make it so hard thinking that I would give up and then they only returned one order and not the second order. They should not be doing business at all they are not reputable. Bathing suits are the ONE thing that would need to be returned because of size and fit. They do not care at all. I was lucky to get back $93.00 they still owe me $112.00.

Tip for consumers:
Don't do it unless you don't want a refund.

Products used:
One bathing suit was kept out of 10 and they didnt refund me for the entire order.

They have terrible service. I paid for faster shipping, and now I am waiting to hear back from them about a size exchange. The first email said they could do it, and now I have not heard back from them at all. This will make my order late, and make it pointless that I paid extra for shipping. This is a scam
