I have ordered now 3 bathing suits and all were too small even after matching up measurements properly. This company does not provide a return shipping label which is somewhat understandable. The frustrating thing is you are required to pay for shipping, purchase tracking and take a picture of your receipt and send it by email. Seemed excessive and irritating considering the bathing suits should have fit fine based on the sizing chart. I do not plan to purchase here again.

I don't know how this company is still in business with their return policy. Purchased 3 swimsuits, none of the tops fit and the day i received them i requested to return them, they have been emailing me back and forth trying to offer me a small portion of my money back to keep the suits (that don't fit) and all i want to do is send these crappy swimsuits back and get my $75. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY, its a total scam. I should have researched the company before using, or got on Amazon where at least Amazon steps in and takes care of you. Lesson learned.

Do not order from them they are a complete scam. There return policy says 30 days and then they only want to refund 50% of the purchase! The material is super cheap don't ever buy from them!

Cupshe should not be permitted to operate as an online retail store! I ordered 4 dresses and needed to return all of them because I either did not like the fit, cut, or feel of the fabric. After sending multiple emails asking about initiating the return process, I only received emails stating I needed to provide both return shipping label numbers and a photo of the shipping invoice. I did not receive an invoice in my package. I attempted to tell them numerous times via email(which is the only way to contact them since they do not have a phone number). I asked if I would get a full refund even though I did not receive a shipping invoice and I did not get an answer. In the end, I listed the dresses for sale to try to recoup some of my money because I had a feeling that had I sent the dresses back, I would not have received a dime in return and they wouldve re-sold the dresses! DO NOT BUY FROM CUPSHE!

Have tried to email them multiple times for returning. Have not heard back. If I don't within a couple weeks I will contact my credit card company to fight the charge.

I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering from this site. First of all the process for returning something is ridiculous. Most websites will allow you to initiate a return on the site. Not Cupshe. You have to email them to get approval and send them pictures and then they ask you a million questions as to why you want to return it, etc. After going back and forth a few times, I was told that I could not return anything that was on sale. They should really make it more clear on the website that you cannot return any sale items. What company does not allow you to return something that is on sale? That is ridiculous! Not to mention most companies will label an item as "Final Sale" so that you can clearly see that there are no returns before you even put it in your cart. I never would have ordered any sale items had I known there were no returns. I went by the sizing on the website which was way off. Now I am stuck with bathing suits that do not fit. I will never order from this site again. You clearly get what you pay for.

Do not order from them if you plan or doing a return or potentially cancelling an order prior to shipment. Even though the website clearly states that you can return full price items, they will only offer you store credit. I have been back and forth with them for days and they will only offer me a store credit. They ignore everything I say in my emails, do not send me a postage label to send my items back to or give me a return address no matter how many times I asked. I'LL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE AGAIN!

I ordered a couple of swimsuits from Cupshe after reading reviews from women who had supposedly bought and were satisfied with purchases from the website. I was told that there would be a 3 day delay in packing my order because of a holiday. Totally fine. I selected 5-8 day shipping. Sounds ok. That means at the latest I should have received my order after 11 days. It's been over two weeks since I placed my order and the suits never arrived. I have followed the FedEx tracking number which only continues to state the the shipper has loaded my items into a truck? I contacted customer service from Cupshe, and they told me a whole ton of garbage: first, the original shipping confirmation email they sent me was wrong - they actually sent my order our 4 days after they sent the email. Second, I would not be able to watch tracking on my items for 5-6 days (why would that be?). When I followed up with further questions and stating my concern with request of my money back they responded with an odd response that I could return the items after they arrived and receive a coupon toward a new order (instead of receiving my money back). This place is a SCAM SCAM SCAM! I will never order from there again, and I am desperately saddened that I lost over $100 and will still have to go find and purchase new swimsuits from another store.

Tip for consumers:
They won't send you your items. And the have no phone number to call customer service. This is a big fat scam site.

Ordered 3 suits- a one piece in 2 sizes and a two-piece. Both styles were cut way too narrow for my frame (up top but fit elsewhere), so sizing up was not going to resolve.
Went thru the annoying process of taking pictures of packaging, emailing for an RA, and we are now more than a week into emailing back and forth. They keep offering me 100% credit on my account to get more suits. I had a travel deadline that forced me to purchase elsewhere.
Their return policy says nothing about it being honored at THEIR discretion. I assume they are trying to run out the 30 days so they don't have to refund.

6/13/17 Update
After nearly 3 weeks of emailing, Cupshe provided their return addresses and offered me 200% store credit as an alternative. They demanded that the shipment be received within 3-5 days (note increased cost to return). I shipped all three suits and provided them the tracking number.
Two days after delivery, I received a refund notification for the two identical suits ordered in two different sizes. Evidently the third suit was on sale (which was indicated nowhere on my invoice) and is non-refundable.

I never leave reviews unless good ones. I feel it's better to keep negative thoughts to yourself but If I could I would give ZERO stars. Initially I was very excited to buy from them. I placed my order and upon receiving my shipment notification email I saw that the order was wrong. They were sending me a size I did not select on the opposite end of the spectrum from what I wear. I immediately contacted them for help fixing. It was very clear in the responses that not only did they not care to help but they weren't even reading the message. The responses made no sense. Then a man named Jason started replying telling me I should just try these sizes on and maybe I would be happy... An XXL vs a SMALL. After that insult he proceeded to lie about my shipment already being on a plane to me and imply how ridiculous I was being for asking them to fix the issue. Mind you this is almost a week later and the tracking still showing the package had not even left their possession to be shipped. His use in language and punctuation alone was unprofessional.
This continued until I gave up and decided to just return whatever merchandise showed up and shop elsewhere. This company clearly does not care for its customers or value them what so ever.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! WILL NOT LET YOU RETURN!

I tried to return a swim suit and it was like pulling teeth. They just kept offering (actually begged me. For real they said "I beg you") to accept their coupon code of 70% off another item. I told them I DO NOT want their coupon and will just eat the cost of the swim suit. Unbelievable.

I have been trying to return three swimsuits that I bought for two weeks now. I emailed them shortly after receiving the package and said the swimsuits did not fit and that I would like to return them. No response. I waited six days as the auto-email response said that it could take several days for my request to reach a representative. Finally, I emailed again asking for a refund. They offered me store credit and said I did not need to return the suits. I told them that I didn't want anything in-store and that I knew the "new" suits would not fit anyways. I asked for a shipping address so I could send them back for a refund. They then replied again saying they would give me 120% in store credit for my purchase "no need to return!". At this point, there were several emails exchanged for no reason, other than me wanting to return three dumb swimsuits! They have refused to send me an address for the return (Which they told me I would have to pay for myself!). Why not save some money on your customer service staff that are just giving the people the runaround and offer hassle free returns instead?!
Needless to say, I have been very disappointed in the customer service and quality of the suits.

So I've had to place orders two different times, 5 swim suits in each order and have wanted to exchange them because of sizing. I did receive an initial response, but NO follow up with them. They say just keep them and we will exchange for the size you want. HOWEVER, you will not be able to exchange the second set as it was exchanged with a no credit return policy.
Just please credit me my money on my 1st (#******* and exchange the suits I've requested on my 2nd order (#*******). I'm now out a total $190.00 and still do not have the suits I want in the correct size, nor do I have the issue resolved. I'M OVER IT. I love the suits, don't get me wrong... but their customer service is SO POOR, IT'S NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE! For that reason alone they will only get 1 star from me and I will urge others not to purchase from them. So I'll be contacting my credit card company with the details of this HORRIBLE transaction with CUPSHE to get my money back. They are a MAJOR SCAM COMPANY!

Do not believe all of the fake reviews on here from OP's with 0 reviews that recently joined. Cupshe refuses to honor their return policy, using aggressive business tactics to intimidate customers into not returning products. They lie and claim you purchased with coupons, offer partial refunds only in the form of store credit, which is a direct contradiction of their explicity stated return policy. They REFUSE TO PROVIDE REFUNDS, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. I will be disputing the credit card charges and fighting them to the full extent of the law. SCAM ARTISTS!

I bought these bathing suits in two sizes to see which ones would fit better and the sizes are completely wrong. I sent an EMAIL why don't they have a customer service number is beyond me. But they sent me some generic message saying I didn't send the right information and that I will not get a full refund. They do not respond promptly at all and doesn't give you an address to return the items. This company looked great online but DO NOT SHOP HERE! WIsh me luck that they will send me an actual return shipping adddss and I get my money back... from what I see here it is highly doubtful. VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!

I ordered a number of swimsuits (Order number *******) having read on the website they offer a Hassle Free returns policy. However, upon trying to return my items, after multiple emails back and forth, I was offered the following:

-Hassle-Free Return: Don't worry about going to the post office and returning it to us. You can keep the items - we'll simply deduct $5 for each item you would like to return to cover our first processing fee. And the refund will be processed in 24hs. If you would like to choose this option, please confirm your payment account is still active.
- If you still prefer to make a full refund, please ensure that the product is unwashed or not damaged and then you can return the product to the us within 3-5 days, and let us know the return shipping carrier and tracking number. So that we can quickly process your refund once we receive the products. Unfortunately, we don't offer shipping label and not responsible for shipping back fee.

I picked the second option and paid the postage at the beginning of July, filling out the relevant forms for customs, however, I have still not received a refund. I have since been contacted by TNT regarding an export fee that I was never made aware of.

I have emailed Cupshe multiple times on this issue requesting a call back and continually receive emails which are generic responses; not responses to my emails.

Having spoken about my experience with friends, it appears the exact same happened to others and I will never use Cupshe again. Shame as I loved the bikinis!

So dissapointed! I got influcened to buy at the website by a youtuber because in her video she was sponsering Cupshe.
I never received my bathsuits, i sent 6 emails to customer service and without a respond.
I am going to sued them, because they are not trust-worthy and they pay youtubers so that they can steal money from more people.

I like the bath suits although not all of the sizes are not true to size.
I ordered three bathing suits - all are size small. I am 5"3 and 112 lbs. one of the three bathing suits fit however two of them were too small.
I contacted customer service only to be told by CUPSHE that I cannot return the two bathing suits that DO NOT FIT and reorder the same suits in medium.
My recommendation is NOT to give CUPSHE a chance and DO NOT order from this company based on their no return policy. BTW - beware of fake responses from CUPSHe stating that they have a return policy. It's simply not true.

You either get a coupon for future purchase or a 50% partial refund. I have no intention to ever purchase again. Unbelievable! Will never purchase from them again! Such poor customer service!

I purchased 4 swimsuits online through Cupshe. They arrived pretty fast but I needed to return 3 of them. 1 of them was too big (gaped in the back), the other one was horrible for big chested women, and last one was just ugly. When I looked up the return policy, little did I know I was about to have to jump through A SERIES OF LONG HOOPS to do a return!
Here is how you have to get your money back for a return;
1. Once you decide to do a return: Email them and tell them why. They will then DECIDE if they will allow you to return the items.
2. You have to email them back in 24 hours to tell them if you want to still return the items.
3. I had to email them again and ask where to USPS the items back to
4. Once I FINALLY received a shipping address, you MUST take a picture of your receipt, package, and shipping costs and email it back to them.
I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY AGAIN. THIS IS RIDICULOUS TO JUMP THROUGH THIS MANY HOOPS TO RETURN THEIR PRODUCT TO GET MY MONEY BACK!

They waste no time taking your money, send you the wrong clothes and wrong sizes. Customer service is a joke and you wait months to get your clothes. The customer service is of zero help whatsoever, they say it's a "US based company" but the customer service people don't even speak English and you either get a disconnected phone line or sit on hold forever. It's another BIG SCAM TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT GIVE YOU WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

THE CHAT PERSON TELLS ME THERE IS THREE OPTIONS IN REGARDS TO A REFUND. I LOOKED ALL OVER THE SITE AND SEEN THE PROCESS NOTHING ABOUT THREE OPTIONS. SO I PROCEED TO ASK THE CHAT PERSON AND THEY CONTINUE TO REPEAT THEMSELVES "I NEED TO KNOW OUT OF THE THREE OPTIONS ARE YOU CHOOSING". I wish I could give zero stars. Customer service is horrible... HORRIBLE!... I ordered a week ago and my order still hasn't shipped yet... Only a packing slip has been generated... I need it by friday and I need it to ship today... I AM SO ANGRY!... I have sent several emails with no response... UGH!... SHIP TODAY! DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO... I ordered two swimsuits from this company for vacation 2 months ahead of time, the tracking for the package said it had shipped but it just never came. It showed up a week after I got back, totaling about 10 weeks. Then the fun began: the suits didn't fit. The instructions on their website said to just email them for returns, which I did and heard back quickly. But they didn't answer any of my questions about the return, just wanted me to tell them about how I liked the product. I emailed them back and forth about 5 or 6 times being very clear that I wanted to return the items. Finally they offered me a PARTIAL refund or in store credit, but they will not let me ship the suits back. I took a closer look at the packaging, these suits ship from GERMANY and it cost almost $80 to send me the suits. Their return policy is a SCAM to make you think that there are no risks with buying from them, but in the end I have two swimsuits that are too big for me and no way to return them. They refuse to give me return instructions and now that I have told them that I will not accept anything less than a full refund they have just stopped responding to my emails. I am obviously really frustrated about this but it has been such a waste of time, I wish that I had never ordered from them. As a new mom and a student he certainly don't have time to deal with crap like this, so here's your heads up to go somewhere else if you have a body type that is hard to get swimsuits that fit.

I saw these swim suits and thought they were so cute, and decided to try them out. The return policy looked straight forward, so I thought it would be okay to just try them. UNLESS YOU ARE SURE THEY WILL FIT, DO NOT BUY THESE! The suits did not fit, and now I am trying to return them. I am only getting automated responses, no information on how to return, and I don't know if I will actually get a refund. Rip off!
