I have ordered now 3 bathing suits and all were too small even after matching up measurements properly. This company does not provide a return shipping label which is somewhat understandable. The frustrating thing is you are required to pay for shipping, purchase tracking and take a picture of your receipt and send it by email. Seemed excessive and irritating considering the bathing suits should have fit fine based on the sizing chart. I do not plan to purchase here again.
I was disappointed in the fit of the bathing suits - I found that they fit much smaller than expected (even after consulting the size chart), and the suits themselves did not look exactly like in the pictures online. However, when I emailed customer service to make an exchange, they responded almost immediately with excellent options for refund or exchange. I definitely will continue to be a customer, even if sizing up for my next purchases!
Tip for consumers:
Size up ! Bikinis fit small, and might not look as nice as the pictures.

I've really ordered severally from various sites but most clothes or whatever are never true to it's size but cupshe.com I just too different. I ordered 4 different swimsuits for my babes and it was all fitting to them.

I ordered one swim suit. Shipping was faster than expected. I loved it when it arrived but the top of the two piece was too big (cup size was awkwardly wide for a medium) Their customer service is quick to respond and easy to work with. I was able to keep that swim suit (I just donated it) and get store credit to order another swim suit at no charge. The second swim suit fit better but the cup size was still awkwardly wide.

I have ordered many suits over the last year and most recently order number #*******. The suits have all fit perfectly, was as described, and arrived in a timely manner, this last one within a week (less) and dropped via UPS on my doorstep. Never had any issues and look forward to purchasing many more.

I ordered a pretty cheap, but cute suit from Cupshe (order #*******). I got my order and it was exactly as pictured. The sizes run a little small and the quality is not the best you are ever going to find, but it's cheap. Customer service was also really good. I wish that they would fix their app so you can see reviews made online, maybe I would have known to order a size up. But overall it was a good experience and I will probably order from them again!

I was hesitant to order so I started with one item which took a while to get to me, about 2 weeks. But every order after that has been timely and everything fits as it's sized. Not the best quality but you get what you pay for.
I really love my new bikini, i have nothing bad to say about it, its good quality and fits great, but the delivery service wasnt so good, it was a little later than expected, other than that i can highly recommend the swimwear.
I am looking forward to purchasing on Cupshe, everything looks great. The only thing I can say is when you select price filters, it will periodically put items over the price you selected in with your results, which can be annoying, or frustrating. But other than that, I will soon be purchasing!

I really do love the quality of these suits. Everything arrived in a timely fashion. The reason for 4 stars: ordered a few suits a month ago to test out the company... they fit amazing! I was so impressed and that led me to purchase more. I bought 6 suits this time... somehow everyone I bought had a tiny tiny top! I purchased the same size as previously and even the 1 piece is much smaller than the one I originally had purchased. Bottoms still fit great so for the price I paid for each suit Its worth it to me just to keep and discard the tops

I think this is a good site to shop for swimsuits. They have a good variety of style. My order shipped on time, however it did not fit as I would have liked it to. So I sent a message about processing a refund and return. Custom service was quick to respond and I got my money back within the week.

Customer Service at Cupshe is awesome. We ordered three items, but one was damaged. We were offered a 130% coupon to Cupshe, and we didn't need to send it back. They were friendly and prompt. My daughter likes her swimsuits she ordered. Good suits at affordable prices. Thank you Cupshe!

I loved the suits I bought, however one is too big. I am larger on top than the bottom so the one piece was too big. To return it seems to be a hassle. They are very good material and as described in description. I would buy from them again.

The bathing suits have a great fit and are of good quality. They did take rather long to arrive, but with the mail strikes in Canada, it is hard to accurately determine the time they would have taken during a regular occurrence. I would definitely recommend buying suits from this site however, because they are a great and cheap option!

I got excited for the black Friday deals so I ordered 4 bathing suites. As soon as I placed my order i read some reviews and was concerned since alot of people had bad experiences. There was some confusion bc they can't send to p. O boxes. They ended up sending it ups and it arrived in a week which was awesome. The suites are nice and the sizes seem to be try to size.

Great customer service and awesome shop! The clothes are great quality so you'll walk in and want everything. They were having a sale when we went so take advantage of those. We will definitely recommend CUPSHE to friends and be back to shop!
I bought 5 bikinis with different tops and some of the tops did not fit, they were smaller than my regular size, it probably depend on the style. Material and colors were very good. I call customer service which gave me the option of replace them for free and keep the smaller ones. If I choose to return them I had to pay for the mail fees. So, I kept the smaller ones, and received the new ones without any cost. I was impressed. Will buy again for sure!
It has been 13 days and I still didn't received any notification from any courier company with whom my parcel had been in charged to. No wonder why I didn't get notification through text because the parcel was handled by the New Post which is slow. I got my parcel now and it is 14 days. I am satisfied with my swimsuits, my first swimsuits ordered online and they are perfect. But the tracking is hard, because its New Zealand Post, but that is alright. It is not a fake company and I will do business with this company again, although I had to give allowance for its slow delivery.

The bathing suits seem to all fit differently. The bottoms are usually too small and the tops are usually too big. I wish they would sell their swimsuits as separates because right now I am paying $20-$30 for just the top of a bathing suit. I haven't being able to wear the bottoms yet.
I ordered a 2 piece bathing suit and a pair of bottoms. I loved the design on the bathing suit and I believe they are great quality for how much you pay but there sizing is off. I checked the size chart before I ordered my bathing suit and made sure I got the right size and it still did not fit properly. Although the bathing suit and bottoms didn't work there customer service was awesome. The day I emailed them they got back to me a couple hours after and everything was done within a week. I love how they give you the option to keep your bathing suit and they will refund you full price other then they take $5 off. This great for people who want their money back fast.

I loved how fast it arrived and the quality of the bathing suit. The reason i gave it four stars instead of five is mostly because they printed my address wrong even when i wrote it right at checkout but other than that i love it!

I ordered two suits on 2/10 (order *******). Both fit a little weird. I emailed about an exchange/refund on 2/15 including pictures, descriptions and everything asked to include. Have heard nothing. Followed up yesterday on both website and via email and still nothing. I understand it might take a day or two, but FIVE without any response? And online chat is only available 9-11PM?! I was tempted to just re-order the suits in another size but why would I send them more of my money? Bad.
UPDATE: After writing this review, and contacting/commenting on Facebook, someone promptly got back to me offering me store credit for the price of my items, without having to ship them back. I have re-ordered, with the understanding I can't do anything if these ones don't fit. Takes some effort but the suits are very good quality at very good prices. Appreciate the followups, when they finally did happen.

I bought a white bathing suit that seemed to have cups in the picture online but did not when I received it. I requested a return and they got back to me a day or two later. They gave me 110% credit to use on their site and I don't have the ship the item back
I received my items quickly. I had ordered a size to big and was looking for an exchange. The exchange process was easy and well worth it. I thought the exchange process would take a while but with the coupon option I received my items promptly. I have recommended cupshe to my friends. The only thing I would Change is that I wish you could order the sets in different sizes. I am more bottom heavy then top and would have liked to choose two different sizes on the sets.

I was very impressed with the quality of the two swimsuits that I ordered. They arrived within about a week of ordering online and one fitted perfectly while the other wasn't a good fit. The return process was interesting but the company was very prompt with their replies and I ended up opting for a partial refund whilst keeping the swimsuit, which I plan to give as a gift.
