Wish me luck. I am going to return my 55'' Hisense TV today and ask for a full refund. I've had it one day. Illl let you all know later how I went on. It's just not working properly. My husband usually tunes our Tvs in and he did all this but the TV was faulty. One day, hopefully going in store to return it and ask for a full refund, no offers of repair or replacement, My rights to have a full refund... Now then When will the refund come back in my bank account? We shall see. I will never shop there again as they let me down before whilst waiting for 7 weeks for a refund.
Stay away from this people, they try their best to scamm your money, since I bought a computer they were taking £6 every month for no reason. I realized that after 6 month when I checked the bank statement.
Wow! Where do I start, never in my life would I think I'd be this person to make a review like this, however not only did I call customer service the day before just to see when my delivery was due and have a women with an attitude problem like a moody teenager but I also received my item looking like this. It had obviously been dropped during delivery and I wasn't in at the time and a family member was otherwise the drivers wouldn't of left without taking it back, anyway called customer service and had the same women with the attitude again she ended up diverting the call without even saying she was going to to another member who again asked me security question and when explaining the issue still no customer service skills in place just a screen reading with no results, terrible customer service and honestly just didn't care on your situation. So now without a fridge/freezer until I order another one else where! Good one curry's!

They literally couldn't have done more wrong. Took almost a year for ME to sort it out and what did I get for all the hours and hours and hours of MY time? £10. That's it £10.

Absolutely disgusting treatment,bought an oven which we said needed to be able to convert to lpg,the man in Currys said the oven we wanted came with the conversion kit,when it arrived there was no kit,so went to the shop,they said it doesn't come with kit and told us to go to b&q to get one,went to b&q they said they have never sold conversion kit as they are different for different ovens, Currys lied to get a safe,
This is the worse shop to buy at, and the customer service is the worse that I have ever encountered, if you shop at currys, you wolill be getting ripped off, the appliances are so dangerous, I was taking a cold water container out if a fridge, when it cam out so fast it nearly took my eye out.

Currys can start with their customers services. Phoned in to see where my parcel is and got told the laptop I order doesn't get made anymore after a week. Phoned again to change my order and got told my order got cancelled even tho I didn't ask to cancel it. After few days phoned back to see why I didn't receive any emails or texts that my order got cancelled and got told that my order was never cancelled absolutely horrible experience I had with currys. After all that I got told I need to wait until they open an investigation. So basically it's been 3 weeks, no refunds or calls or anything from them. Absolutely crazy when you think company this big and you have to deal with stupid problems like this. You
I truly wish that I could give zero stars after a n absolutely terrible experience with Curry's. I took my elderly parents to purchase a washing machine and we paid for it's installation. A leak was discovered a few months later - it had not been fitted correctly, and the machine had been emptying its water under their floorboards. Following multiple communications, Curry's arranged for it to be fixed, but requested that we pay approx. £700 including a contribution towards replacement lino that had been ruined. It took numerous more telephone calls and emails before this cost was eventually reduced to approx. £200. Thanks for the privilege of charging my elderly parents for weeks and weeks of distress that you caused. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL SERVICE I am sharing our story with everyone that I know, and intend to share this on every review site that I can find, so that others do not have to suffer the same experience. I will never set foot in one of their stores again.
Technicians do not turn up or call, helpline lies and local store in Pontypridd where I spent thousands on a large TV and Soundbar do not care. They take your money and waste your time. Useless. Never again

What a joke this company is. Don't buy anything from them you are better off using Argos. Amazon or any other shop. Nothing is worse then their customer service. They are lying, breaching GDPR by giving you personal numbers. Manager never call you back. They cancel your order without permission and don't give you money back. Also after sharing my story with my friends, I have found out that they had a similar experience in the past. One of them where waiting 2months for a replacement of a brand new fridge that was faulty when delivered.
Made several purchases totalling £717 none of which I was informed would be out of stock. Delivery expected today instead got an email informing me of delays. Phoned up only to find my daughters laptop was out of stock everywhere except North Wales (i live in the Home Counties). The smart watch and two phones were also not in stock. Why sell me something that they dont have. I now have to wait 5 working days to get my money back and its just as well I have savings or my daughter would be present-less this xmas a fact i did point out to Curry's extremely unhelpful staff but that didnt seem to phase them. The Grinch is alive and well and teaching the currys staff to be anything but apologetic and helpful.

So poor. Ordered 2 items, only 1 arrived. Customer service was not very helpful. Had a number of "webchats" which did not resolve anything. One "webchat", the agent just ended it without allowing me to respond. Hand on heart, will not be a returning customer again. Very disappointing.
They sent me a broken laptop and will need up to 3 weeks to replace it and who knows if and what I'll receive after that time considering other customers' reviews. Needless to say, customer sercvice is ridiculously hard to reach and asympathetic. I will never put myself through the frustration of buying anything from them again.
Asked for a new Kindle,was advised and sold a fire HD8 which bis an ipad with a Kindle app. We did not know any better at the time,so on holiday on kindle cannot read the screen in sunlight. On returning it when back and within the 30 days,was told as it had been opened there was nothing they could do.We are currently in the market for white goods, a vacumn, and tele but will shop elsewhere, wished i had read reviews first.T.J.STEADMAN
Be careful and don't buy nothing from Crewe branch they steal people money.we buy something from the store and just take the tape off from the box and just change mind the item is brand new unused and still in original box. They refuse give us a money back because "we open it" how ridiculous it is. We speak four times with customer service on web chat and they clearly say we have absolutely right and we have 14 days to take it back to the store and have a full refund but in the Crewe branch store manager refused return and she say people on the chat just lie for people and she be disgusting rude etc. She just laughs on us face! Is nice to be like that to customer? I don't think so. I think she just forget she not always is at this store. I got a screenshot from web chat. But they just steal my money nothing else we not leave this like that anyway. Just Don't buy from this store if u don't want loose youre money.
Pls be advised that whilst you may not be happy when you make your call to Currys we are not here to be swore at, insulted or threatened and I am not stupid either. Its also impossible to try and help when someone is screaming at you
They turned up today with my new washing machine. I'd paid for them to take away the old one and install the new one. They did neither. On phoning they tell me the extras I'd paid for had been rescheduled. For 6 weeks time! So I'm looking at a new maching machine sitting idly in the middle of my kitchen floor.
One star is way too much but no option for a zero rating. Bought and paid for fridge/freezer online only to find no stock available on delivery day. Promised refund (advised 5-10 day wait) After 5 days Currys emailed to say order being processed even though they cancelled it. Had bought from Argos in the meantime. (Great service by the way - here in 2 days) Another few hours on Currys live chat, original cancellation not done correctly by Currys staff, but still no stock anyway. Cancelled again so now an even longer wait for refund. Taking and holding money for items you do not have available is dishonest and fraudulent trading. PLEASE AVOID CURRYS AT ALL COSTS
Answer: It's a legit company. But they will try anything to part you from your money (like selling you care plans) and not honouring the sales to a customer who like us bought at a favourable time. If you have complaints they will make it so difficult to complain that only the most tenacious will get through the process. More will give up on the way.
Answer: They have an automatic sorting process in place that takes several minutes to get through, you then get put on hold. Sometimes kicking you out before call is answered and you have to go through selection again. No direct numbers advertised to get you straight to right department, but they do exist. Ask for them once through to an adviser. It will save you lots of time when you need to chase them again. Music on 'hold' is distorted to annoy and frustrate you - close to mental torture! Advisors are following 'scripts' and are not 'able'/allowed to think for themselves. Be prepared to be put on hold and then kicked off the line. They told me they would order a replacement item 3x it never came. So were blatantly lying to me/stalling meanwhile processing refund. Once refunded they are 'unable' to help you with anything. Or is it unwilling? The whole process seems to be set up to deter you from continuing with your complaint. An issue that should have taken max 10 minutes to sort took 5-6hrs and it was sorted to their satisfaction not mine.
