First time user of this sit, there arae mixed reviews so I hope I am happy with my large firsst order!
The color was advertised as a mint green. The label on the package said M green. The color of the blouse was actually blue striped. Not my favorite.
I need information on making a return. The dress was much smaller than the size would expect to be. It's hard to do online purchases when you don't realize how the fabric is. I still need information on making a return.
The purchase was very easy to make. The dress that I ordered took two weeks to arrive. The dress was not cut correctly and it didn't appear to have been sewn correctly. The process for returning was email only which had a very slow response time. When a finally received a response the email didn't include an address to return the item to for a refund. After another email and another several day response time the information for return was provided.

Not worth taking the chance that the clothes won't fit because very hard to return. They just gave me a $12 refund and then I had to donate the dress that didn't fit.

The website is excellent. The clothing quality was very disappointing. I requested to return the 2 items that were delivered.I haven't seen where my 3rd item has even been shipped. They have a complicated return system and I would have to pay shipping. They offered me a refund of $15 and not have to worry about extra costs. I still had not recieved the 3rd item so I have asked for a full refund on the 3rd item they never sent. Still waiting on their response

Poor quality. Products rcvd are not at all the way they look in photos. The real products are cheap material and poor quality. No receipt or product info or return slips. I have not been recommending you on this and the many other cheesy sites you carry the same products only under different site.
Good. Love the design and color. This garment is cheerful and creative. I only wear cotton or rayon so happy to find a classic in cotton.

I emailed for over 2 weeks trying to get return info for a damaged sweater and was only offered a partial credit to keep the sweater. Return info never provided. I will not be ordering from Curvedream again. Sweater has been donated to the poor.

Very disappointed in the quality of the clothing I received.
The return process did not go smoothly.
I ordered a Medium because I just couldn't accept that a small or extra small would be right. It might fit if I were 40 lbs heavier, so it's way big. Don't expect any warm fuzzies when you want to return; they don't help with return shipping and only offer a small partial refund for your trouble if you'll just keep it. So I will either find someone good at alterations or the second hand store will get a nice new donation. In the future I will stick to the main stream clothing venders I am familiar with. The dress itself is nice and I own that I should have trusted their size chart.

Need to return my purchased item but customer service response has been very slow and a disappointment.
The dress was very cheap looking, the material is very thin and chincy. I wouldn't have felt comfortable wearing it with two slips.
Sizing is completely wrong and what I got was far far far too small. Unwearable. Stiff fabric not flowing. Awful

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
