The only drawback to my shopping experience was that I received 6 delightfully unique pieces of size small clothing that were too big on me. I was so disappointed because I really loved the clothing, but size xsmall is not offered. I contacted customer service and received exemplary service.

The clothes I've bought have been made cheaply and unfortunately look it. The buttons are unattractive and again, inexpensive looking. I have to be very selective about what I purchase off this site since the sizes are not standard. The small blouse I recently purchased is too large for the size indicated.

The fabric was lighter weight than I had hoped for.
Not their fault that they did not look so good on me.
Trying to return them has proved very difficult as nothing was in the bag with the dresses, no invoice or return information. Still waiting for return information.

The coat is very cheap quality, doesn't look like the pic, it was way too big. I ordered large and medium, got xl and lg. It's not attractive like I thought it would be. Looks like you could buy it from a good will or salvation army. Very disappointed.

Not what I expected. Pretty sure it said embroidery butterflies. Also did not mention that the pattern was on one leg only. Did not realize there was an inner short that is visible through the pants. Also thought I could roll them up like in the picture but the material does not allow them to stay rolled.up. The just drop down. Too much bulk in the front.

I spent over $240 on clothed none of which are sized appropriately and all of which are cheap low grade quality.

I've emailed several time for regund/return info and have gotten no acknowledgement or reply.

I am so disappointed. I ordered a size larger than I usually wear and the dress turned out to be two sizes Smaller than I needed to be. I'm going to give it away without even wearing it. I would return it if I could, but this company is not very good at providing information about how to do that. They're very good at asking for reviews.

Misrepresented from photos, knit, as described in photo is 100% polyester. Very poor fabric. Still waiting after many emails on credit to my card.

I ordered a dress. I received an email telling me that I should've received the dress already so I replied saying that I had not then I received an email telling me that you did not have my product in the size that I need. I have emailed back several times asking if you have it in the next size up XXL I received no response.?

They offered a discount to order something else. I replied I wanted a refund since they were out of the item I ordered. I received another email a couple days later that my order was on its way. Thought that was a bit strange. Cheap fabric, badly designed, worse fit ever. Really disappointed as the item looked so cute in the photograph.

So far ordering was easy. Will know more when I receive product. It did take a couple of weeks to get but I am enjoying the product. Sizing was perfect.

This is yet another Chinese scam clothing company. The clothing that you actually receive are cheap fakes of the clothing you see on their site. Their site represents comfortable, soft, cotton and linen clothing, but what you get in reality is the cheapest possible polyester and the worst possible fit. Absolutely do not buy anything from this company! See my photos to compare actual clothing to the images on their site.

I am satisfied that I will get ten dollars in return r / t it's just a bit snug nut usable. I will reorder in the spring the size up. Would appreciate you to send email indicating when's spring swim wear becomes available.

These clothes are crap. Nothing at all like pictures very cheap and customer service sucks. When I ordered I didn't get any kind of email and it didn't come with paperwork or info on how to return. I messaged them on Facebook and through email with no response. Do not order from them. They don't provide an email or a receipt as proof of purchase I guess I could screen shot my bank account to show I made the purchase and they had no problem taking the money out of my bank account.

I have received my purchase, and love the shirt. However, I am an older (80) customer, larger than average. I have purchased a shirt from a store that fit well, so I ordered this shirt one size larger, just in case… however, it is plenty large from the bust up, but the sleeves are way too small and it is too snug across the hips. I will keep the shirt, using it as my inspiration to lose some weight. Thank you.

I received these jeans I was all excited to get them. The size was way too small for Jeans didn't even look like the ones in the picture so then I asked for a refund and they only refunded me 16.00 and so now I'm stuck with these jeans that I'm never gonna wear.
I believe they should have at least asked me or checked if these jeans were the ones that I actually ordered maybe per asking for a photo anything but that problem was not there concerned they just sent me $16 and said keep them

I was cautiously optimistic when I placed my order on the website. Having seen it on FB, I was leery it was a bad idea. But, I ordered 160 worth of items and I did receive them in relatively quick turnaround. However, the sizing was very off. I ordered sizes I normally order anywhere else and these items were at least two sizes too small. I immediately reached out to inquire about returning because the paperwork provided gave no information other than to not return to the address on the packaging. It took 3 emails to finally get a response and that was the run around. Said to follow the instructions attached, no where was the address. They ended by saying as an alternative they could return 45 of the purchase price in order to just keep the items. I responded saying I would prefer to pay the shipping to return items and nothing. And now it is too late to even return them. They give you the run around til they can say it's too late. Highly disappointed.

I sent an email inquiring about returns - no response. One place i found a 30 day return window - in another it said 7 days. Since I got no reponse - my 7 days is up. Also states must be in original bag, unused condition and with tags. The item I received had NO TAGS!
