The products arrived in a reasonable amount of time and were well packaged, but nothing fit. The size guides they give with the products are not correct at all.
Ordering and delivery was pleasant experience and feedback was within a reasonable amount of time. They even worked with me when I raised my distaste of the pants material.

Worse return policy I have experienced. Stuck with something I think is ugly. The top I ordered was not as red looking online.

3 weeks since my purchase, only receipt came from Paypal even though I paid with my debit card, no customer service contact info, when I went back to the Paypal receipt in my emails I got a message that I was offline (when I wasn't) and all the purchase info was gone. Wasn't sure what to expect but the jacket was very thin and wasn't really overly happy with it. Be good for a dress up party but not something I would wear out or anything or on a an everyday basis.
The size chart was off, the pant leg is very loose where the
Pant meets the bottom of the leg, the pants are too short, I
Don't like that there is only one lace cut out on just one leg and
I don't care for the material.
I ordered this product May9th and have NOT received it yet. After some investigation your company said that it was delivered but i'm still waiting to receive it.
But it is not the color that is shown in the picture and you are not given any color choice. Or told that might not be the color you get. I wanted the colors that the picture showed.

I placed my order on Dec 4 or 5th. I saw where it was sitting in Monroe NJ for at least a week. I had hoped to have this by Christmas. We were out of town when it was delivered on December 23rd.
Great service ordered 4 items one fit perfect others not as great as I'm short. Customer service was excellent to deal with
They haven't sent my original order. They've only sent 2 of 3 exchange items. They've got my money. I'll be reporting them to the office of fair trading and any other government body.
The item did not look like the picture of what I thought I ordered and the three week wait was too long.

I was pleasantly surprised with my first order, so I ordered the same shorts again but in a different color. My only issue is the time it takes for delivery. Seems to take a while to receive.
Easy and a pleasure to view beautiful clothes. The clothes are beautiful and I was disappointed my blouse was way too big and I ordered a small. I returned the item today.
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
