The whole process felt unsupported. I began to think it was some kind of scam. No email until it had already arrived despite the fact the site says customers will receive confirmation email.

There are way too many steps to return the order. I don't appreciate the time it's taking. Please send me directions on how to return these to get my full refund. Thank you.

Not good-the sizes were not as expected. Way too small!. They items are cute but I wasted a lot of money. Just a reminder that products made in other countries are different sizes.

I had bad luck trying to return, but they reimbursed me for the mess up.Then when I spent even more, they were out of the dress I ordered. I'm waiting on an exchange.

Beautiful clothes, easy to order and received in a few weeks. Just wish sizing was more accurate and for this reason will not buy again. Shipping is just to expensive to send back!

I have been trying for over two weeks to obtain a return authorization. I have emailed and left contact info on their site. This is the worst online experience I have ever had.

The pants I ordered were too small. If I want to return them, the seller requires that I pay for shipping back, plus they will deduct their original shipping cost from my refund.

I am very disappointed with the quality of the clothing I ordered. And unfortunately you have to pay shipping to China in order to return products. Will not be reordering from this company.

Ordering the legging were easy. I don't usely order things. Thought I would give it a try. Trying to return thing are the pits. Return request won't go thru. Emailed twice no answer.

The delivery was prompt, the pants are nice but they didn't fit. Contacted the company 3x re returning and am still waiting for address to return them
