The return process was so complicated that at first I thought I was being scammed.

I wish you provided more detail of your clothes. I cannot determine the length of tops by the photos. Other than that everything is good.
I ordered a dress for a wedding, and wasn't informed it was backordered until 3-4 weeks of waiting. It would not be in time for the wedding, so I canceled order. Order never came, and I as yet have not received a refund. I also ordered 3 other items, and they came 4 weeks later but did not quite fit; their clothes run small. It was difficult trying to return them, and in the end, I opted to receive a small monetary compensation instead of the hassle of returning items (shipping isn't free) and wonder if I'll ever get that.

The picture of the dress I ordered does not adequately show the dress sent. The quality of the dress is horrible and not worth a dime! The material is super thin and very cheap!

The bottom band rolled and shifted. The straps slid off my shoulders. The cup size was not a good fit.

I has somehow selected the wrong color and my customer service person caught it, corrected it and resent the correct order! Amazing service in this day and of FAQs that never address the specific need! Love this company

Received only 1 of many items. Contacted them and still no refund or items
I was more than delighted that the order I did not make was cancelled after sending only one email to customer service. And my refund was promptly posted to my account.
Items ordered were wrong size and poor quality. My request for mailing address to return items was ignored and finally had email offering me $30 refund for over $100 merchandise if I kept items. I said no, items were not as advertised and again requested address to return items. Then was offered $50 if I kept items
No! Items are garbage. Company is a sham. Will NEVER order again.
Customer service was good but quality of clothing was not. I returned my order without trying any of it on.
Waited 10 days for notice of shipping. Had to email customer service to find out the item was out if stock.
About two weeks later I finally got a notice one of my items was out of stock. I am still waiting for a refund.

I ordered the outfit for a wedding it took well over 2 weeks to get it, the quality of the clothes was very poor.
However, this item seemed to take forever to arrive. It looked NOTHING like the picture when it did. I won't be wearing it. Awful.

I placed an order on 11/30/2025, and the funds were immediately withdrawn from my account. Today is 2/6/2025 and I received an email with a tracking number. I actually forgot I had placed this order. Unacceptable for a shipment advertised as taking 4-6 days to take over 2 MONTHS.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
