I have yet to receive my dress. I got an email a week ago telling me to wait 2 days and if I had not received my dress to let them know. I haven't.
Easy to shop-- BUT: Somehow the order was placed twice and I requested a refund on one of them. Of the 3 items I ordered, 2 were not correct and the 1 did not fit nor was the fabric as expected. The request return created multiple emails back and forth. The first did not include a return address. The second offered money to keep the items. The third offered a bit more money to keep them and finally they gave me a return address. I accepted the cash offer.
I was suspicious at first, but took a chance! My experience with my first order has made me a customer! Well Done!
I have asked 3 times for a return label and have yet to get it I find them to be very uncooperative.

Placed an order and was given info about shipping. When I tried to track the package it said I didn't have an order. I emailed customer service & they replied right away saying the item is out of stock. Should have been told that when I placed the order. They did give me a refund right away but the order never Should have gone through if the item wasn't available.

Got what I ordered, Yes I received it. Pretty sure it is what I ordered. Didn't recall that I even ordered it. Recognized what I ordered when I opened the package.
Opened the package and the dresses didn't look anything like the picture advertised. They looked like pajamas. I repackaged and shipped back the following day. I am hoping to get a refund, but highly doubt it, since they mislead with false advertisement of products.

Had to return item and tried multiple times for return mailing address.
After a number of emails and no receipt of my order I was told it was delivered. I was told to check with neighbors or my post office. I asked twice if the package came through the mail because we have a postal strike on right now and this could be the delay, but they never answered the mode of delivery. I Am quite angry because I am going to travel and waited for a li g time for this.

Very disappointed. The dress was extremely small for size 12. I was unable to put it on as it was too tight.
The item I ordered, and now returned, were not as pictured or described. The item was did not have "Sequins" and the sizes definitely run small.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
