The shorts ordered were just fine. Blouse is way, way too big. I wear a regular medium. The blouse receivd must be an extra large, which I want to return for. The sweat shirt is too large, but I can make it work on my body.
The L size for the sweater was huge while the blouse size L fit snug. The sizing chart did not help to predict this.
I emailed Customer Service that I needed to exchange my dress for a larger size. They emailed back with two options. I chose the second option which was to pay the shipping and an extra fee to have the new one sent. I heard nothing after that. I finally had to reorder the dress...in which I'm hoping I get it in time for the wedding. THEN I get an email explaining the instructions for sending the first one back to get a refund for that.
Very frustrating.
I had to order a 2nd dress because you wouldn't help me exchange it for the larger size. I'm getting married on the 30th and I need that dress. NOW.

I received address and it was too small through the bust. You have to email them to return it.
They send the instructions and you have to pay the shipping to return it. Shipping was 12:97 through UPS. I won't be ordering anything from there anytime soon again.
The shirt I ordered looked nothing like the picture. It was supposed to be glittery top and it was not.

Buyer beware! I am still trying to get a return address out of this company in order to make a legitimate return. They are evasive and have now offered me a small "compensation" to waive my refund. They take a week to reply to email, they do not have a phone number. That alone should be a clue. I have started an inquiry with my credit card company and reported them to Facebook where they claim to offer "easy 30 day returns". Total waste of my time and money.

Customer service replied on my first email about a return. Curve Dream does not give out the return address with the return instructions. I sent 3 more emails on different days asking for the return address. No response. I should have read the reviews before ordering. The jacket I ordered was cheap flannel material. Arm sleeves very small. Did not look like the jacket online.

I cancelled this membership on the phone over a month ago however I was charged again this month. I finally figured out how to do it in line.
The items we received were not similar to the pictures that were in the website. One item said that it was sequined and there were no sequins on it. Their customer service was excellent and prompt. We resolved the situation in a manner that was not the best but acceptable.

I've been trying to return my 1st purchase for a week now. I need to pay for shipping, and was told via tracking - which means I'm paying more than the value of what was purchased. And, they gave me a bad address for the return.

Due to out of stock items that I've now experienced twice (two separate orders) is why I feel I can only give 4 stars. However I do give 4 stars mainly because when I've had to email to customer service to try to solve missing deliveries they have replied quickly which I do appreciate their promptness in replying.
I have not yet received what I substituted for on my second order but am waiting for delivery.
I received only part of my order. A tunic top never arrived. The two leggings I'm very unhappy with because they have fleece inside and it's never cold enough and they don't fit right so I can't wear them. I wrote a email explaining how I either wanted to exchange and return them or a refund. Also I never received the tunic top. So I asked for assistance and received none…yet?
The dress didn't look like the one pictured. It is ok but not what I was expecting.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
