Tank/capri purchased in February 2025 was regular fit but the fabric was awful so I returned them.
First time ordering and will be my last ime ordering since it is very difficult to return items and I never received one of my orders. Then I received the wrong order.
Not sure of size yet, Large fit me but arms are too long so I am going to order medium on the next order
I ordered two tops on Jan 27 and I just received them on Feb 18. Never before have I received a customer survey before I received the merchandise. I am requesting a refund. Wonder if I will get one by July 4!
Also disappointed in the fabric. In the picture it looked like a lightweight chiffon. But it is a tight woven material. And the colors of the two are not what appears on line.
Just put me as a disappointed and unhappy customer.
The picture of what I ordered was in fact not what I received. I could have purchased the same type of dress at a 3rd of the cost at TEMU. I will not order from you again.
The dress I thought I was ordering and got rave reviews is NOT the dress I received! The fabric was completely different and the sleeves looked like they would fit a doll. Very disappointed. Would not shop this seller again.

Product was not what I expected. Returns a major hassle. They were willing to pay me to keep the items. Sweaters were of poor quality.
I wanted a silver sequined top and the one I received was gray knit with zero shimmer or sequins. I emailed to start a return and this process has been very cumbersome.
After 3 different emails I was able to ship at my expense to the address provided ( a shipping dock in Secacus NJ)
I only hope that I get my refund now
So far my experience is good but I have to return item because it did not fit. I went by measurements and went with suggested size but was way too tight across chest and sleeves.
I wish I could comment but as of today I have not received my order which was placed the end of January and it is now the end of February.

This was purchased as a gift, it was as pictured and comfortable and looked very nice on the recipient.
The dress I ordered was not as described. It was basically just 2 rectangles of fabric with 2 holes for the arms and a hole for the head. No zipper or any kind of closure. No fullness for the bust line. When I wanted a refund. They offered me $13 to keep the dress. I said no. They then offered me $21 to keep the dress. I said no. I needed a full refund. They won't respond. I have started a complaint with my credit card company.

Only took them a month to tell me they don't have my order anymore, but held my money that long.
I was so upset to receive a dress that did not resemble the picture at all. I had received inexpensive clothes from China before, because the company name was more Americanized i thought the product would be different. I returned the product 2 days later, they received it back in 3 days. 20 days later i still had not received a credit.

I am returning the item I bought and was offered $1 to keep it instead. This makes no sense. Why would this ever be an option? I understand I will pay for the return shipping but if you want your customers to not return an item, maybe try offering them a little more incentive.
I did notify you folks 2 weeks ago thru the web and the response. Was it was on its way. Is that the same as the check is in the mail?

I ordered a dress in December hoping to wear it for my showcase dance on January 25. Several weeks passed with no communication re: my order. I finally contacted them and was told it was on back order. Fast forward several weeks and now am told the dress isn't coming in for months and I should pick something else or cancel. I really wanted the dress, but it sounds like I would never get it, so I cancelled.

Very nice items to choose from but the sizing was off and 3 of the 4 items I ordered were unavailable
Simple to make choices and complete order
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
