I placed an order for more than $200 and haven't received it! Where is it? What the hell is going on? Are you a bunch of scammers? If I don't hear from you soon I'm going to report you to the police and the better business bureau!
Returns take forever. I have sent 6 emails trying to get the return address. They offer me less than 1/3 what i paid. I want the address. They offer a few dollars more. Again. I want the address to return this cheap dress. Will NEVER EVER order from this place again.
Twice now I have sent messages to Customer Service regarding a return. It's been 4 days and I have yet to hear a single word.
I asked to return my purchase because it doesn't fit and they never reply. We'll see how experience goes once I get in contact with them.
Returns are very difficult. The bags have item numbers that do not match the order. The fabrics are not that well described. If you know in advance that a fabric has no give, you could order a larger size.

The carrier never tried to deliver to my address and said that it wasn't accessible the next day. They said that it wasn't a good address the carrier Uni Uni. I've had bad experiences with them before they're lazy and they do not tell the truth about delivery. Dealing with customer service with this company is also terrible so I want a full refund and I'll never deal with this company again and I will also let my friends and family know about the service with this company and the carriers
The article purchased looked much better made in your advertisement that what I received. Also your return system seems unecessarily clumsy and somewhat difficult.

The products I received were a variety of sizes instead of the medium I ordered. I did not think the quality was consistent with the photos. None of the items fit. What happened after that is I returned the package I received and discovered my Amex card had been charged twice despite my receiving only the one order I returned. After 10 or so emails back and forth I finally got a refund for one of the charges but never got the second refund. At one point they wanted proof that my card had been charged twice, which I provided. I gave up and asked Amex to process a charge back for the second, erroneous charge. They continue to email me with additional questions. I have stopped replying.
I ordered a sequenced shirt for NYE and received a cotton shirt with splash paint on it. I paid over $30 for essentially a pajama shirt. When I wanted a refund, I was offered a small refund, not even 1/2 of the cost to keep it otherwise I needed to eat the shipping both ways and get what was left. I will NEVER use this company again. What a scam!

I ordered this top. I received something completely different. Please ship correct item immediately.
I ordered two of the same tops because it looked so pretty online. When it arrived, it looked nothing like the picture online It was as if I ordered a different top. Material is cheap and even the color is off. I went back to look for the top so I can screen shoot it, and I can't even find it on your website anymore
The colors were beautiful.
The dress was too long, way too tight in the middle and too loose at the top and bottom. I actually couldn't even try it on and immediately put it into the thrift store pile.
I ordered 3 items that were for a special trip I am going on. They messed up the numbers on my credit card info. Not even close. So I ordered again. This time it went through. But after I was charged, I was blocked from their site. (scary) I could not check on my order. But I could still contact them by email. But they would never would address the? About the blocked site. My order did not come so I canceled it. Surprise, surprise! They refunded my money. Wow!

The item was not the same as the picture. It was called a "sweater" but what I received is a very thin, almost shiny fabric. The ribbing at the bottom in the picture was not on the item. The picture was obviously altered to make it look textured like a sweater and the muted soft colors in the photo did not reflect the very different bold bright colors on the item. It was very disappointing.
I was excited when I placed my order for the gray jacket. Then I realized it was taken a long time to arrive. When it finally arrived, it was slightly different from the picture, the sleeves are much shorter than expected and very light weight.

Clothes online "looked" very contemporary and pretty but this dress looked like it was 3-D printed and design looked smeared/blurry. Was too small and returning the dress was very cumbersome.

Was important selection for purchase a Christmas present for my wife and as part of the whole present and I selected a dress that I knew she would be delighted to wear. The dress was no longer available and whilst other similar were available the particular fabric style and colour was what was selected and needed so disappointed that the product was not available but still on the website.

Deceptive!A dress on their site had a waist & was cute. However, I ordered a size medium & what arrived would fit a size 20.Asked for return label & refund & I was offered $12.00 for a $58.00 dress but I could keep the dress I can't wear. Not ok. Don't buy from this company!
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.

Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
