I saw a cute pair of pants on my phone, ordered them, got them, and am now wearing them!
In the past all my orders have taken an exceptionally long time for delivery. This past order took a month for you to tell me it is out of stock. Now we'll see how long this new replacement order takes.
I have ordered several items from you, some don't look like the picture and some of the fabric quality is very poor.

I received my order a couple of weeks after I ordered, which was fine, but longer than stated when I purchased it. I would like to return both sizes as neither fits correctly. The return process is more complex than other stores, which also deters me from ordering from his company again. Your company has cute clothes though!
I have three grandchildren getting married this year. Two down and one to go. I'm 87 and it is difficult to shop for clothing so I shop on line. Your company was the best. In fact I will have another (3rd) in late October and am looking forward to what will be coming next

Shipping, style and product were all great. The only problem is the sizing. I bought a 2x and I fit a 2x however this must have been a junior 2x cause they definately did not fit. I looked at the size chart and everything looked good. I now have a pair of jeans I purchased for an event I can't even wear.
Ordering was fine, but when I actually received the product, the red blouse was so long and I hadn't anticipated that the geometric blouse was fine. It's just really hard for me to order online without trying it on first.
