CVS delivery offers the convenience of receiving healthcare products and prescriptions at your doorstep. The plus side is the accessibility of ordering essential items online. Additionally, their delivery service ensures timely arrival of medications and healthcare essentials. However, there are drawbacks to consider. Delivery times can be inconsistent, with some orders experiencing delays without clear communication. Furthermore, issues with order accuracy and packaging have been reported, leading to dissatisfaction among customers. Overall, while CVS offers convenience, improvements in delivery reliability and order accuracy would enhance the overall service.
CVS Pharmacy web site is the WORST! I can never speak to a pharmaist. They almost never get my prescriptions right. They do not validate that my medication is covered by my insurance. My doctor's office called in my latest precripts FOUR times and they still do not show them. Can anyone recommend a good pharmacy in Katy Texas? Thanks, FRUSTRATED
I am a Senior citizen who had hip surgery 9/13/2018 and went to pharmacy on 9/17/2018 upon release to drop off a prescription for pain as well as pick up prescription that were not picked up during hospitalization.
The pharmacist gave my husband a hard time since 2 of the medications were controlled substance which my doctor had discussed with me and instructed me how to take prior to my release.
The pharmacist did not dispense any pain medications despite having prescriptions and referred my husband back to my doctor.
I had make an appointment to see my doctor after 2 days of no pain medication & hip surgery because a pharmacist made a judgement call that overrode my doctor's right to prescribe her patients needed medication after surgery.
I can't put into words the pain and suffering I endured at CVS Pharmacy located at 1950 Village Circle Las Vegas NV. I will never do business at this CVS ever again for their lack of compassion and ability to make their clients uncomfortable as if they were drug addicts. Pharmacist gone wild on a Senior Beware of this pharmacy I went to another 24 hour CVS that assisted me in my needs without the drama of they gave me. Shame on them
CVS is a really Bad Pharmacy.
Waiting to speak to a HUMAN BEING takes hours of your precious TIME!
If your Doctor sends Prescriptions they disappear from their computer.
Then you have bother your Doctor to do a repeated script :(
If you work them you have be Desperate Person.
You don't have qualification for other jobs.
CVS is Rated as EXTREMELY LOW as far as Pharmacy's go on the SPECTRUM :(
We are leaving and going to using Walgreen's which a Supreme Pharmacy heh. You get a Human Being on the phone ASAP!
Please stay away from them,
Judy Starr
I recently ordered from cvs.com a couple of simple things that I needed and couldn't get in Guatemala. It was an easy transaction online and everything came on time and as described.
AND NO ONE! IN MY LOCAL STORE GIVES A CRAP! IF YOU NEED HELP! I PLACED AN ENTIRE ORDER ONLINE... THINKING I COULD DO IT FROM THERE. WAS TOLD HAVE TO DO IT FROM APP... RE DO THE ENTIRE ORDER! ALL OF A SUDDEN PRICES ARE DIFFERENT! COUPONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AND NOT ONE! STINKING PROMO CODE - ALL WHICH STATE THEY ARE NOT EXPRED WORKS! AND THE "FOOL" THAT GOT ON THE PHONE IN WALLINGFORD, CVS COULD GIVE A CRAP LESS ABOUT HELPING ME! HOURS... WASTED
I have been trying to speak to someone who could handle a problem, and was transferred 4 times and all they could do was keep going back to the same dept. that I began with. The company only worries about one thing--HOW CAN WE STOP LISTENING TO THE CUSTOMER, I KNOW, IF WE KEEP TRANSFERRING HIM FROM PLACE TO PLACE.
They are not even one star! First off the pharmacy is incredibly rude. I can't say that enough! RUDE. And don't bother trying to talk to the store manager. He is just as rude and does not even know the District Managers name. Which if I am not mistaken it is on the wall with a picture. This pharmacy has given the wrong medication more than once to my father. How dangerous is this? Very considering the meds they sent him home with. A bottle with someone else's meds in. And thank God he did not accidentally take it since you can't hardly mix anything with his meds. They lie all the time to him. Telling him you can pick it up this day and turn around and when he calls to get it they say nope sorry it will be this day. Most of the time they do not even have his meds in and he is waiting. This pharmacy has gone down way down... And to allow your staff to be rude to customers thinking that is OK? I can only hope people will start going somewhere else and let them stop making money off of good people to be treated like garbage. Due to treating a Parkinsons patient like you did and now making an er trip because of it. Thanks for everything CVS you are not a good place at all. We will be taking our business to a pharmacy that has at the least great customer service! We can definitely do better than you.
Beware Gold Emblem products at CVS!
If you buy the Gold Emblem Mixed Nuts, you will bite into an almond and it will be extremely bitter. So bitter that you'll have to spit it out.
When you call CVS for a refund, you'll be told that YOU need to return to the store.
Why do I have to return to the store to solve the problem of inedible nuts?
If you have the receipt, you can get a refund. If you don't have the receipt, you can get store credit, AT THE MANAGER'S DISCRETION. When I asked about the criteria that the manager uses to determine whether you get store credit, I was connected to the store and the call cut off. Although CVS had my number, no one called me back!
That call was 32 minutes long!
Why do I get to spend 32 minutes on a call to fix the problem of Gold Emblem nuts that are not fit for human consumption?

Our local CVS pharmacy failed to provide us with free COVID test kits even though we are on Medicare and their website said they do. Then, after I contacted them in writing three times asking them to remedy the situation and reimburse us for the price of the kits, they were so unprofessional as to not even respond to our request one way or the other. CVS was our pharmacy of choice; now it is on our DO NOT PATRONIZE list.
Tip for consumers:
My scanner only outputs .pdf files, so I could not upload the receipt as an image file.

Usually this is a great store. People are normally very helpful. This, however was an off night.
Let me explain my situation. I had a long day. I spent much of my time taking care of my elderly mother and working a demanding job. In between I was able to squeeze a little time to shop for some items that I needed.
The quick shopping was not quick because I couldn't find anything at all. Maybe the girl at the counter didn't care. Or maybe her day was just as hard as mine or even harder and she didn't feel like helping me find things. I don't know. All I know is that she turned out all the lights in the store while I was still
Looking for some health care items that I didn't have time to find any other time during my long hard day. Maybe she didn't know that I was in there. Or maybe she was too tired to care.
"I'm still here," I said. She looked at me with a blank face. "I didn't realize you closed at 7:45." No answer. "Do the lights go off automatically? It would be nice to see to get to the counter. ". Then she gave a slight smile as her eyes met her manager's.
I had a hard day. Maybe she had a hard day. But at some point someone needed to think of the other person's shoes. I should have thought of her, and she- as someone who made the decision to work for the public- should have thought of mine.
I must say I like this store. It may be expensive but you are able to get what you need 24 hours a day. Some times the store can be crowded but it's cool.
Myra at the 9712 Two Notch Road, Columbia SC *******, went above and beyond her duties! I went to the store for my 2nd COVID-19 vaccine and they didn't have anymore vaccines. Myra got on the phone, called another store closer to my home, and set up a walk-in for the same day. I am so thankful Myra…You are the BEST!
Several months ago I went to pick up my prescription that was on auto refill and when I got home I found out that it was a 30 day supply. I have been on the same prescription for over 20 years and I have always asked only one thing. Make it a 90 day supply. The Pharmacist stated that my prescription expired. They have my Doctors name and number and I assume they know the expiration date. I would imagine that with the technology available today and with some decent employees you could handle this. They stated they would contact my doctor. I never heard back. Same employees, same Pharmacist. I finally made an appointment to see my doctor to get a new prescription and finally got it sent in and went to pick up after I have been contacted to pick up. Another 30 day supply. Same employees, same Pharmacist. I had the same conversation I always have with them and thought it might be straightened out. I got a text early this week that my prescription was ready to pick up. Mind you I have two prescriptions and they have never been able to coordinate them even when I do without so I can get them filled together. I go to pick up my one prescription and I am told she can not give to me till tomorrow. Why text me to come pick up if you can't give it to me. This is the stupidest thing CVS has done to me. You would think with capable employees and the right technology you could handle this. It is certainly not rocket science. It does not matter what city I am in or town or state, CVS is the same anywhere I have been. I am done with CVS and you can now call me a Walgreens Customer.

They treat there employees awlful as I watched they ran them to death I guess that's why they never have the same people when I go to the pharmacy, I guess there heads up there $#*! and they cant figure it out
I had 3 back surgery's, and a neck surgery, so here it goes if any customer or patients to DIE continue bringing OUR RX to this pharmacy, let the manager of the pharmacy make decisions for our body and make us feel guilty for having HMO. This pharmacy is at ******* Balboa Bvld, Granada Hills, CA *******
HUGE MISTAKE TO GET VACCINES AT CVS PHARMACY on 3949 SW 8TH STREET. MIAMI, FL ******* (STORE #*******) inside a NAVARRO DISCOUNT PHARMACY. THE
COUNTERS & FLOORS WERE FILTHY. The COVID-19 PROCEDURES VERE NEGLIGENT. THE NICARAGUAN FEMALE DOCTOR ON DUTY WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & IN A HURRY TO GO HOME. THE TWO DIFFERENT INJECTIONS SHE GAVE ME WERE RUSHED & CARELESS. MY ARMS WERE VERY SORE FOR DAYS AFTERWARDS. SAD!
Made an appointment at CVS in Lincoln for a Booster shot. They canceled 30 minutes before appointment. I was told my someone at CVS in CF, that since I had appointment that was canceled, I could come in after 6:30. When I arrived at CVS in CF, I was told by Molly that I needed to make an appointment. I explained that I called earlier and was told I could walk if after 6:30 for a shot. She didn't care, I tried to make an appointment and none were available. CVS had now inconvenienced me twice. Not Happy with CVS, especially not happy with Molly. I like to support local companies, but not support companies that mistreat me. Go somewhere else, avoid CVS CF and Molly the "XXXX".

I would not go to cvs, if u don't pick up ur prescription when they tell u it's ready they will give it to someone else because I didn't get my script when they said it was ready they gave it to another customer it was ozempic I take it because I am a diabetic not to lose weight they did not notify me they were giving it to someone else so now I wasn't able to take it on Saturday because they didn't have it. How could they do something like that and I am going to look in to who I can notify regarding what they did.
First it is always clean and the products are clearly label with good prices. For several weeks I have had Barbara at checkout. She is the best I HAVE EVER HAD AND I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR YEARS. SHE SHOULD HELP TRAIN THE NEW CLERKS. FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT.

Jay and her staff are always offer excellent customer service and this location is not the nearest to me,but I make a point of going because the service is much better than Getty Square site.
Tip for consumers:
I wish the closer branch offered this type of service, but the branch in white plains across from ShopRite is the best.

I live near a CVS but am disabled, so online shopping is much more convenient for me. I wish I could purchase my RX's there but they never have my monthly order ready on time.
I loved the CVS 829-0280 pharmacy that they have improved, Pedro and the pharmacy staff, with the second Asian doctor pharmacist, EXCELLENT staff, my family loves them, the second opinion goes to Julio and Mateo, super workers, nice customer services, Today I heard Mateo say in a loud and cheerful voice I LOVE my JOB and I loved it, I APPLAUD the enthusiasm of the place and the good vibes. I really appreciate the place and its staff. This note is from the SALICIO family
