CVS has a rating of 2.0 stars from 419 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers complaining about CVS most frequently mention customer service, next day, and several times problems. CVS ranks 796th among Cosmetics sites.
CVS delivery offers the convenience of receiving healthcare products and prescriptions at your doorstep. The plus side is the accessibility of ordering essential items online. Additionally, their delivery service ensures timely arrival of medications and healthcare essentials. However, there are drawbacks to consider. Delivery times can be inconsistent, with some orders experiencing delays without clear communication. Furthermore, issues with order accuracy and packaging have been reported, leading to dissatisfaction among customers. Overall, while CVS offers convenience, improvements in delivery reliability and order accuracy would enhance the overall service.
CVS Pharmacy web site is the WORST! I can never speak to a pharmaist. They almost never get my prescriptions right. They do not validate that my medication is covered by my insurance. My doctor's office called in my latest precripts FOUR times and they still do not show them. Can anyone recommend a good pharmacy in Katy Texas? Thanks, FRUSTRATED
I ordered a couple of items here. All of them were delivered to me on time what I appreciate. Well, I can recommend it.
If I could give a lower rating I would!
I love using CVS's coupons and shopping in person, but when using their online site the order does not always go through, and if it does, they do not disclose that an item is "out of stock" until after the order is complete. Also if you need to make a change to an order, minutes after the order is placed, their customer service team will not be able to help you... so why have a customer service department? If you can't help to change or cancel an order then what is the point.
After my phone call to them (which I was very nice to the CSR) I tried reaching them by email, and they stated that since my order was "in process" they could not stop it... realize that I contacted them immediately after placing the order, because there was a mistake with the shipping address. But they "could not" help me.
CVS's management needs to update and revamp their online services. First, once the order is placed have the customer review the order with items, billing address and shipping address to confirm and verify. Second, their Customer Service Department should be able to amend an order within the first hour that an order was placed, or before delivery was picked up by shipping company. Third, their Customer Service Department should be able to cancel an order within the first hour that the order was placed.
They, CSR, told me their hands were tied and they could not help me. And informed me that I could reach out to UPS to update the shipping address. When I contacted UPS they stated that CVS assigned a tracking number, but they did not have the package within their possession as of yet. So I had to wait till they had the package. So, I contacted CVS again (by email) asking since they still had the package, why they could not update the shipping address or cancel the order, and they informed me again that they could not help me.
I will continue to shop within their store, but I will NEVER use their online shopping option. Within the last 3 months they have either canceled the order after placing it, or this time shipped it to the wrong address and could not assist me to update or cancel the order.
Pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, we are grateful for your hard work and dedication in improving the health and well-being of your patients.
I recently bought a beauty product and they sent me a gift with it as well. Really great site i love it.
I like shopping here but there isn't one in convenient distance from me. But I usually stop by when I am close to one.
It's okay. I like it but I dont. The thing with them is that I tried to collect their coupons but when I use them it never work.
They always have a great sales on baby products and great place to go quick shopping and great deal!

They are the only ones I know who sell these gluten enzyme pills. It's called "GlutenAid". They help digest it when I accidently have some gluten.
Really like their Prescription Dept. Order or refill on line. They text when ready. Prices are usually good.
Te service is rather okey. They listen and help, very convenient.
Positive impression.
Would love choosing anything else here.
As always, Stickermule came through quickly and accurately. This time I was making my fuzzy graphic into a usable vector format.

I asked my dr to call in the script early so as CVS would have time to make sure they had it in stock since it's a controlled substance the pharmacist called and said I wouldn't be able to pick it up until Sun this was Thursday which I was fine with Sunday morning I get a text that states they do not have enough to fill the prescription I then called cvs and asked when I would be able to get my meds I was told it would be Thursday I asked how they didn't know they didn't have enough to fill it when we spoke on Thursday and again on Saturday? Meantime I have had to postpone a trip to spend Christmas with family I delayed others by 2 days of them leaving. I now get to spend the holidays alone all because CVS couldn't do one simple thing. Had they told me on thursday or even Saturday they couldn't fill it I could of at least let the rest of the family leave as planned I know I can't sit for that long in a car without my meds this is the second time this has happened with CVS I am totally disappointed in them and I will no longer tell people to give them a try
My doctor faxed two prescriptions to the CVS on Hillcroft and Braeswood and the pharmacy filled it within 15 minutes! They are amazing!
Tip for consumers:
Call pharmacy if you are in a rush for the medication
My wife is a advanced lupus patient and she suffers a lot of join pain and muscle pain, The pharmacist refused to fill a lupus patient pain medication, she gave us 3 excuses, the first one was she needed to transfer my wife profile from the previous pharmacy, the second excuse was she needed to talk to her Dr and after the Dr confirmed that everything was legit, that it was OK to fill it, the pharmacist decide she didn't feel comfortable and refused to fill it.
I called cvs corporate office and they didn't care about the patient, they told me that their pharmacist can refused anyone at will, that if she didn't feel like filing it she could refused and there's nothing anyone can do.
I will never use this place again and In My Opinion if you want a reliable don't pharmacy don't use CVS they don't care about the truth, if the CVS pharmacist can have the power to choose to let the customers suffer they shouldn't have any customers to torture.
There should be a valid reason to refuse to fill a patients medication and cvs is allowing their pharmacist to discriminate and use personal reasons not to fill, when I spoke the corporate they said that if she doesn't feel comfortable she has the right to refuse and I asked why she didn't tell us that she didn't feel comfortable at first and instead she said she needed to transfer her profile from the previous pharmacy, when publix transferred the profile, she got another excuse, she said she needed to talk to the Dr, after the Dr confirmed that it was fine to fill it then she said she wouldn't fill it because she didn't feel comfortable, the truth is she didn't want to because when I told her that I get prescribed the same medicine and I fill it in that pharmacy she looked at me like is my choice not yours.
The point is that cvs corporate office is not supporting their customers, they completely disregarded me, they don't care about your suffering.
Cvs is bad business for patients period.

Went for a flu shot and the20% shopping pass. Waited over 1/2 hr. For flu shot when no one was ahead of us.
Just waited forty minutes at a deserted drive up window for a six-hundred dollar cash pick up of medicines (all for poor me) at Long's in Waimea. When someone finally came to window after 30 minutes, the unpleasant pharmacist denied that my doctor had ordered insulin, although it is clearly ordered on Mychart and was on CVS.com. She demanded several times that I provide her the type and dose of the newly prescribed insulin from my car, which, of course, I did not have. How this information would have changed anything with an order she ignored, I do not know. This lovely transaction took place following my fifteen-hour Friday shift as a nurse practitioner. She was rude, insisted on calling me ma'am, told me she was "SORRY you feel that way" for inquiring about cost and tryinh to get the life saving drug my PCP had ordered. She did not even thank me when I ponied up six hundred dollars (with ample insurance coverage). I have served this underserved island community and three other states for > 24 years practiing psychiatry and addictionology but, as of this evening, I will NEVER send another patient or RX to any CVS in any of states where I currently practice. I am glad I have never treated any one of the thousands of patients I have served the CVS way.
Bought some items on dicsounts and got discount card and some bonuses for hand care. Cashier was nice and responsive.
Cvs clark and swift is full of mold, gum, dirt shame on you and the maintenance on yor store, and you lack of smarts running a store
I am a physician- anesthesiologist, showed up at CVS at Pikeview Dr, Midlothian,VA, with a handwritten prescription, written by me, antibiotic needed urgently, and was given the treatment, ' this is not an official prescription, i cannot accept this' speech, despite my telling her, i have done this before for my antibiotic needs (rarely, of course) even at other CVS branches, of which she said something like, ' i dont know why others allow this, but this is not acceptable'. She was WRONG, AND RUDE about it. It made me feel ashamed like I was doing something wrong. Should I get a prescription, like online, from a Nurse Practioner, for example, just to get this antibiotic and make it OFFICIAL? OR should she be reminded of correct policies?
Thank God for another CVS nearby who accepted my prescription, revised the note, and also verified my credentials, and were kind enough to take care of my needs) God bless them!
Now, at the Pikeview Dr, Was there anything else involved, perhaps?.as she was older, and i am, too, and she was Asian, as I am, too?
Not a fan of the CVS pharmacy where I live because they get younger people in there and they do not no what they are doing) to slow)
Called in to refill last refill prescriptions (2 of them). Asked them to confirm that they were not expired so if they were I could make an appointment with my doctor to get them up to date. They confirmed they were not expired. But confirmed they had to "order one of them" since not in stock and would have it in no later then that Wednesday. Mind you the two prescriptions were on the same date to be filled. They allowed me to pick on one but not the other? Their Reason #1 The script was "expired" I said when I called you did you not confirm with me that it was not? And If the they were expired why are you giving me the other one? Reason then #2 "Well then you took too long to pick it up." CVS sends out text messaged to remind you of prescriptions and how long you have to pick up. I still had "weeks" to pick up (within 30 days). I was not even on a full week yet of not picking them up. Called their 1800 number and they had the district manager call me. She too was confused by it and told me that she would look into it. Only to have the pharmacy call me to fight with me again on how it was not their fault and that I waited too long. Pharmacist also confirmed on phone said that the prescriptions are good for 90 days for certain ones days per law and that I had it written on April 22nd. So on July 19th when I went to PICK days after calling to be refill the medicine and was told "no for the one" it still would have not been expired! Another lie. They waited until today July 23rd to have the actual pharmacist look into the situation and said oh well they are expired. This is not the first time this keeps happening at the same CVS location here in Louisiana. As they also go through many pharmacist I am wondering if we have some. "misplacement" of medicine going on and blaming the customers of not being in time or "script expired" I will most certainly no longer due business with such a misconduct place.
