I would like to shout out a big thank you to Becky, a pharmacist at the Dixiw Hwy CVS location.
I was struggling trying to get flu medication to an elderly relative luving in Florida I'm in SC so had to call the pharmacy in Florida and coordinate.
Becky went above and beyond to ensure my relative received her flu medication.
Thank you Becky.
The pharmacists need to get their $#*! together! One month an rx goes through ins. No issues and then the very next month they state ins. Wont cover the rx! Never answer the phone! I stayed on hold for an hour! And not just once! They are awful go elsewhere! Had to call Insurance company myself to correct the CVS
This place has been price gouging people now and it's causing people to be sick and die! I will be reporting them to the attorney General.
This place has gone downhill over the last year. The worst customer care of any business I've ever seen. Pharmacy staff are rude, and act as if they have better things to do than to help the customers. They should just close the drive thru because they are rarely there to help customers, and if they are there, they will make you wait hoping you will just leave. How does this place stay in business? We will be transferring our prescriptions to the Walgreens across the street.
Awesome employees at CVS in Smithfield NC. I thought I had left my photos there and they were willing to reprint them. Come to find out they fell out of the bag in my car. I would recommend printing your photos there
I would not recommend CVS to anyone I know. This pharmacy has been highly unprofessional and has failed to take responsibility for their mistakes. I've encountered numerous issues with this location, including a situation where they caused problems with my insurance, effectively locking me into using their services. When I expressed my dissatisfaction in a review, the pharmacist quickly called me at home to address it. Today, they made yet another mistake, and once again failed to take responsibility. The pharmacist, Alonso, was unable to resolve the error and instead argued with me, even suggesting that I might run short on my medication. He then passed the phone to the pharmacy manager, who couldn't make sense of the situation and attempted to blame me, falsely accusing me of picking up my medications at another location, which was impossible due to the situation they had created. I overheard conflicting stories from the entire staff, only to have the blame unfairly placed on me. The pharmacy manager instructed me to contact my insurance to inquire about the last filled prescription, something that should have been handled by them since they caused the mess in the first place. It's quite audacious for them to call me back about my experience. They need to address their issues and provide better training for their staff. I wouldn't visit this location even if my life depended on it, as the incompetence and lack of accountability here could potentially have serious consequences.
I used to go to cvs in Howell off of Golf Club and Grand River Ave. They are all terrible employees. Never nice! They all act like you are bothering them! My scripts were NEVER done on time. The last time I went in there I had had enough! I wasn't able to fill my script because of a mistake the pharmacy made. They just thought they would blame me instead of taking care of it! I was getting my antidepressants so it's not like I ever took extra! They told me to pay $200 out of pocket! I will NEVER step foot into another CVS! They are the absolute worst there!
If I could give negative or zero stars, I would give zero stars. "How can a company run this type of store? If it does run, I am sure it will go out of business quickly. Very rude and unprofessional. I bought items and presented an extra buck printed paper He said everything was okay with the coupon and it was my coupon which did not expire, but he said the system couldn't accept it and didn't know why and he could not do anything even though I have valid extrabuck. When I asked what I should do with the extra buck, which was a paper extra buck expiring today, the manager replied to do nothing and smiled cruelly. He said I could call anywhere but he could not help me. When I called customer service, the manager went to stand with his staff near the beauty section. He looked at me, talked about me with his staff, commented, and laughed. I left the store without using the extra buck and called corporate to complain. I am waiting for their response.
Location 400 founders drive. Woonsocket ri i work for this company for a little under 3 month and during this time i experience employees and senior members making fun of a transgender employee on my 3rd day of train. I also voice safety concerns and i was immediately retaliated against shortly after i was sexually harassed and physically touched without my consent. And after i reported this i was terminated 12 days later never had a write up or anything. The CEO WAS AWARE OF THIS AND THEY WOULD RATHER COVER IT UP. I PERSONALLY SENT KAREN LYNCH A email with supporting facts and they covered it up and fired me the company
Is intolerant and unamerican. And management help to foster this discriminatory environment.
So, to get to the online CVS prescriptions, I first have to sign in. Okay. Then I need to verify who I am with a birthday and a code sent to my phone. Okay. Then I'm asked to do it again. Why? I don't know. And when I finally get to the pharmacy page, nothing I click on pertaining to prescriptions loads. And it's been that way for a month or more. Even though I have to go through the same triple checking on my phone, even with face recognition, it works there. But not on my desktop, which is what I prefer. Bottom line is digital access to CVS is useless. It's a useless system. It used to work, but they messed it up, and they don't seem interested in fixing it. Time for me to look for another pharmacy. I've had it!
Not happy went Online to purchase a product under 4 dollars and keep getting a message saying card error try a different payment method
There are signs and advertisements online about walk in availability for vaccines, including covid-19 vaccines. I walked into two different CVS pharmacies without an appointment and was turned away with the reply, " You have to have an appointment. We don't do walk-ins." When I try to use the online portal to make an appointment regardless of what zip code I put in, I'm referred to pharmacies that are nine to 15 mi away when the one two and three miles away from me doesn't come up. It's very difficult to make an appointment at a convenient location. Finally to watch two to three clerks walking around in the store while leaving the front counter so that the only option is self-checkout is absurd. You cannot purchase gift cards totaling more than $200 at a self-checkout, we are limited employees of CVS, ergo you actually need someone who works there to make the transaction for you. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to find anybody who works in the store to actually help you out anymore. I'm just not using CVS anymore. It's such a crapshoot when you go there. Then you all wonder why you're losing business to online stores or Amazon? Just open your eyes. Tell me your customer service matters to you.
The store manager works as hard as he can but he's only one person. They ask him to put in 60 hours. Isn't that against the law! Shameful. CVS used to be my pharmacy as well as my go to store but I just switched to Walgreens.
CVS is A $90 billion dollar company that treats their employees like they can't afford to give them a lunch break or hire enough people to cover shifts and call outs! You give employees IMPOSSIBLE insensitives for bonuses. If the managing pharmacist is an as***le and the customer puts in a bad review... it gets taken out on the store manager who is actually busting his/her $#*! to keep that store afloat. And it cuts into their bonus too. I know a manager at a CVS and she works more than her 45 hr salary... but constantly gets $**t on by the company. She double shifts. Shows up at ridiculous hours to unload truck and is still expected to cover a full shift and at times double. And then CVS has the audacity to deny her bonus or give her the go-ahead to hire more people.
Oh... and the head pharmacist... this A$$*OLE literally NEVER shows up on time. I've been there to witness this... anywhere from 5 minutes to a half hour late REGULARLY! And this is reflected on his other pharmacists and the front store employees!
CVS is a damn legalized drug dealer! They can afford to do better! It's not like they're ever going to get shut down if it they ACTUALLY REALLY took care of their employees.
FX CVS! EVERYONE should boycott CVS! Don't take out your frustrations on my the employees. Most of my them are overworked, underappreciated and most of the time, doing 2 or 3 people's worth of jobs at any given time!
Boycott CVS!
I order online due to declining health.
I went to pick up my 4 items that I ordered the day before. I didn't realize they don't offer curbside pickup. I grab my cane and proceed to go into store. I see, what I assumed was my order, on shelf, behind cashier. She tells me I need to get in line. The line had 6-7 people in it. 32 minutes later, I finally got my order. I thought shopping online was to make shopping easier, especially for the handicapped. I definitely won't shop online there, unless I am able to have it mailed.
CVS is the only pharmacy My health insurance will recognize for an updated Covid booster. If I get the same shot at a different pharmacy, it's going to cost $152.
The nearest CVS is one hour from my house. I saw that they had vaccine available at that store, So I made an appointment online and arrived on time in short sleeves with documents in hand, Only to be told that they were out of vaccine because they were giving it out to walk-ins all morning and that they had no idea when they would be restocked. I told her I had an appointment and drove an hour to get there, and she said, "Sorry."
So, I got back in the car and drove an hour home.
If you can go anywhere else, I would recommend it.
Completely ridiculous.
Thank you to anyone who cares. CVS clearly doesn't.
I will never shop there again if I have any alternative.
I had 3 back surgery's, and a neck surgery, so here it goes if any customer or patients to DIE continue bringing OUR RX to this pharmacy, let the manager of the pharmacy make decisions for our body and make us feel guilty for having HMO. This pharmacy is at ******* Balboa Bvld, Granada Hills, CA *******
A medication was filled and shipped even when I replied to the text that I don't want this medication. This medication was charged abnormally high.
The customer service is one the worst experiences.
My doctor send in a script for 2.5 mg tablets of prednisone. They gave me 5mg instead. Im glad I pat attention or this could have turned out badly. Thats a 2.5 and a 5 mg side by side
I have lived in California and New York for most of my life so I am very familiar with CVS. I can say without a doubt the Mattituck and Wading River CVS pharmacies in NY are wonderful and are staffed with knowledgable, professional, kind people. I also am extremely impressed with cvs.com, the website, when it comes to the pharmacy side. I'm no pushover, I've been around. They are GOOD.
Answer: I have tried to speak to someone in their corporate office because I wasn't getting anywhere trying to reach a district manager or someone who was outside of the actual store since the manager was the problem and I was ignored just the same. I think they are so recognized and dominate so much of that market that they can afford to just let people complain and not do anything. I use Walgreen's even though they are a little more expensive I like that they treat their cus6with respect and they also respect their customer's privacy. The manager at the CVS near me called to verify my prescription on speakerphone up front so everyone could hear. I honestly believe they do not care if customers complain.
Answer: NOPE! CVS PRODUCTS ARE MARKED UP 3 TIMES HIGHER, THAN FOOD LION, BJs, WALMART, AMAZON. BED BATH BEYOND, WALGREENS, YOU CAN BUY THE SAME PRODUCTS AT THESES PLACES WITHOUT A COUPON AND GET IT CHEAPER!
Answer: Yes will never order online again very disappointed with the horrible cust svc
Answer: Can't wait for Amazon to get into pharmacy goods. CVS customers will flock to their service!
Answer: 10-20 minutes if you are picking up a prescription that's already filled (wasting in line). 30-45 if you drop it off + your normal 10-20 minutes in line.
Answer: Yes, you should do such!
