CVS has a rating of 2.0 stars from 419 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers complaining about CVS most frequently mention customer service, next day, and several times problems. CVS ranks 796th among Cosmetics sites.
CVS delivery offers the convenience of receiving healthcare products and prescriptions at your doorstep. The plus side is the accessibility of ordering essential items online. Additionally, their delivery service ensures timely arrival of medications and healthcare essentials. However, there are drawbacks to consider. Delivery times can be inconsistent, with some orders experiencing delays without clear communication. Furthermore, issues with order accuracy and packaging have been reported, leading to dissatisfaction among customers. Overall, while CVS offers convenience, improvements in delivery reliability and order accuracy would enhance the overall service.
CVS Pharmacy web site is the WORST! I can never speak to a pharmaist. They almost never get my prescriptions right. They do not validate that my medication is covered by my insurance. My doctor's office called in my latest precripts FOUR times and they still do not show them. Can anyone recommend a good pharmacy in Katy Texas? Thanks, FRUSTRATED
I went to the CVS in Rockwell, I had a 40% off coupon,my item was $30 and she took out her calculator and said it would be $28. I said do you really think 40% off $30 is $28? She said yes and showed me her calculator and looked at me like I was stupid. I never got to use the 40% off because there's only so long you can argue with idiots. She still thinks she was right and was acting like I was being a pain in the butt.
Regarding the bowls, when I explained that I would like to swap some of them for a few more of the ones I did like and just pay the difference on the last one, they quickly refunded the cost of the ones I couldn't use, processed the new order and again shipped it on the next business day. Plus, they told me to just go ahead and donate them to a local rescue. My overall experience found them to be professional, friendly, quick to correct the issues, & quite frankly, I just think it's really neat that, rather than having me go through the headache of returning those items, they'd rather lose the money and have them donated to a good cause. That says a lot about Chewy and it's values. I highly recommend them and will definitely order from them again! Two thumbs up!
After using CVS for 3 years and unable to obtain my perscriptions, They offered to have I brought to me via outside carrier. (and they would set it up n charge my cc 7.99. After 3 years of them doing it this way. Today they said they have never delivered to me and said I will have to find outside carrier. Not to mention many other issues with CVS, Be being disabled I have to find new Pharmacy. Good luck if your using CVS or their mobile app. Take care all, Be safe happy and without stress =)

My review is for CVS they are great with there Rewards Program. You either use a Rewards card or Phone number. You get discounts on certain items they feel you might need. Some of them you don't even use. But when you spend at CVS they keep a record. Then when you reach a certain amount. They send you either 25% off your bill or 20% off. It really helps since I spent over 40.00 and got 25% off. It makes me feel good that a store rewards you when you spend. I just got today my 25% off coupon. Plus just to let you all know that if for any reason you don't get to use your coupon before it expires they put those coupons on your card or when you go to CVS it will be on your account. You put your card under it and it prints out those coupons for the 25% or 20% coupons as well as others. I like CVS better than Rite Aid. Thanks for reading.
I will never shop at CVS again. There people aren't helpful. I you need some allergy meds on a sunday evening you are out of luck and their employees cant tell you were a CVS might be that has an open pharmacy. Apparently if you need anything from their pharmacies after 6 on a sunday you have to shop different businesses.
Prime member so good by CVS, you tricked us into Care Pass with free shipping and charge much too much and then add order minimums. Very Disapointed. I agreed to one year membership but you are not holding up your end.
I purchased a gift card for my granddaughter at the store on 1571 forest avenue in staten island, so that she could buy her American Doll that she wanted for her birthday. We got to the store and the card had. 02 cents on it and I had purchased it for $200. When I went back to the store the same day I was told, by the store manager, that someone could have hacked the card and that is why there is no money. Well 2 weeks later I am getting the run around by CVS Corporate and Vanilla Gift card. This is unacceptable and I will keep fighting to ensure I am reimbursed. Buyer beware of the gift card scams going on. When I told my neighbor she said the same thing happened to her a few months prior in the same store. Someone has to be held accountable!

Has anyone at CVS even read these one-star reviews? I've been filling prescriptions at CVS for years, and I've never ONCE had a transaction go smoothly–or without error. Right now I've been waiting on the phone for 30 minutes to fill a standard prescription that should be, but for some reasons never is, routine. Meanwhile my ears are assaulted by a horrible caterwauling noise in the background that seems calculated to drive me insane, while a message about vaccines (which doesn't apply to me) repeats over and over and over. I pray for the day when I have an opportunity to choose another pharmacy as part of my health care plan.

CVS Phamarcy is a great retailer as well as a pharmacy, earn 2% back on all your purchases paid quarterly, and their phamacy loyalty program too, fill 10 scripts get $5 how awesome is that. Sign up for email and earn even more, try them you'll like it
I had to battle CVS to receive my medications and my pain medications were always on back order. Horrific service, zero follow-ups, and totally uncaring staff. A really sad environment to get healthy.
I get my prescriptions and basics here. I also used to work in a CVS store, and it was a fair experience. It's a little annoying that the pharmacy calls about refills, especially because I always call when I need something. I also said no to wanting to order prescriptions through the text message service, so would expect them to have thiat information. I would rather not have it than be bothered about it with a call.
Found item, went to checkout. No one around.
Finally a woman came up and ask if I wanted to check out, and I said yes. She told me to use the automated machine. I ask if it took cash and she said yes. Well no it didn't.
Looking around for help and no a person in site. I tried multiple times to get it to work, still looking around along with 2 other customers, yet no one to help. Tried to cancel it, but nope wouldn't do that either. Decided to just leave item on the counter and go to Walgreens where they ALWAYS have someone to check you out. If CVS employees are to lazy to help their customers, then it's not the store for me.
Love my local CVS. It's a smaller city but I can't really leave house often so I am very glad they offer same day delivery! Very convenient and arrives as expected. There have been some times when there was a delay but I would always receive notification. I love how friendly the staff are when I call with questions! Even though they seem very busy, they still take the time to answer my questions. I have carepass and use free delivery option often, which helps me save a lot of money in delivery fees. The app is very user friendly for older generation like myself. I am very happy that CVS offer such conveniance for people who are unable to leave the home often. I really hope CVS keeps delivery as an option because I have come to depend on it.

The website kept telling me that my payment was not authorized but charge me 9 times for an order that they didn't even put through. I was charged 3 times to my main credit card and then 5 times to my secondary card and to make matters worse, I was charged once to my debit. My bank has flagged all these charges for dispute but CVS would not even entertain that there was a problem with their website. This problem took me 2 hours of calls to my bank and CVS. Guess what, all this and I do not even have the order I was trying to make! I am done with CVS, no more $ from me. Too bad, I was in the top 5% of customers according to my rewards statement!
The price of OTC medications and General Merchandise at CVS is more expensive then it should be. This is a large chain and as such buys in bulk and gets preferential pricing which it does not pass to customers. Every product such as aspirin, Tylenol etc was cheaper to begin with in Harmons. This is a grossly overpriced store. They have even been sued in several states for overpricing prescription drugs. It's ridiculous. The V in cvs stands for value something you really don't get at this store!
Do not attempt to Temporarily sign up for the carepass for the 30 trial cause when you call to cancel they don't do it got charged $5 a month for a year and didn't even realize it. All they said was oh sorry the cancellation didn't go through the last time but we don't offer any refunds under any circumstance

They have some many affordable items, but my favorite aisle of the store is the cards section. I could spend all day looking at every card, they are so cute! Some of them... can be a bit expensive, luckily I just get lost looking at them haha!
I was having some problems with the doctor and the prescriptions and I had one girl at the pharmacy her name is Jen that was so very very helpful she deserves to be recognized how well she did and how she went above to help me in any way that she possibly could the people at the pharmacy a wonderful
Cvs Maplewood pharmacy many times does not have prescriptions ready for pickup or ready at all for days at a time. Many times wait at drive through for 10 minutes or more. They put you on hold for 20 minutes. They have absolutely the worst service I have ever had!. Seems to me they have constant turnover of employees. There is no consistency in service, for instance I used to get a text message when my prescriptions were ready. Now I get nothing. I wonder who is managing this mess. I am changing pharmacy pronto.

I am so so so happy with my neighhood CVS #9669! I have been going here since it was SAVON about 20 years ago... the managers all the way down are so helpful even calling other stores when they are out of a product! They know me by my name, helpful, etc... can't say enough about store #9669 in Silver Lake, California... its like going to a small town store in crazy Los Angeles! Great job to Eduardo and Steve -- the managers who set the tone! So happy to be doing my business there!
In the past the attitude of the cashier has always been terrific, friendly and caring. But NOT today! This one, new, acted like she did not care that I was concerned about a product I always use being discontinued. Then when I asked her if they carried a certain product she said its on isle 14. When I couldn't find it I went back and asked if there was someone who could help me, she rolled her eyes and her body language said the rest. She left her station, walked past me, turned around and asked me if I was going to follow her. I told her I was in a lot of pain, my husband was still looking for it and would she please get it. Again the body language. She and my husband came back with the medication and she proceeded to check us out. Her attitude changed somewhat but not enough to leave me with a good feeling about the experience. We have been a long time customer, especially of the pharmacy! I was really disappointed today!
My wife is a pharmacist for CVS. She works alone with no support of a technician during half of her pharmacy hours. This is a discrase putting patients lives at risk. You can't possibly fill prescriptions, deal with the insurance companies and then run the register and be responsible for patient counseling. I am a pharmacist and I physician and the public needs to know that CVS is trying to balance a negative balance sheet at the expense of practing safe medicine. When you see your pharmacist overwhelmed that is because they are with too much multitasking that distracts from staying alert to filling your prescriptions!
Over a year ago CVS in Stockbridge Ga. Filled a prescription for me. First they gave me the wrong prescription, my doctor ordered a 2,00 unit per capsule of a product and the filled it with a 20,000 unit per capsule. I was not aware of the problem until i got the call from them to correct the problem, I was taking the prescription for several months. I had the correct prescription given to me, but by then i was over loaded on that medicine and i was taken off of it until everything came back to almost normal. I was told i would receive the money i had paid for said prescription and as of until now i have not heard from them not even after several emails sent to their corporate office. My doctor even called them to see what happened with this problem but they refuse to return her calls as well. Since then i have not shopped at CVS and i encourage anyone doing business with them to be very cautious and look very close at your prescriptions when receiving them from them.
I go to CVS to purchase hand lotion. There is a sale for buy one and second one is half price. In checking out I have a 30% off coupon for lotion. Sorry cannot use coupon with a sale item. With the use of technology it seems that coupons would not be offered to customers for the items that are on sale. Either allow coupons use on top of the sale because now the coupon will expire before I need to buy more lotion. I do like the app so I do not have to keep up with paper receipt for coupons.
I can't believe that I got to CVS today and they could not do my test. I received a reminder 30 minutes before I arrived to remind me about the test. I arrived and they told us (me and me husband) that the system was down..."sorry"... I ended up having to bay $240 for tests... CVS you suck!
