CVS has a rating of 2.0 stars from 419 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers complaining about CVS most frequently mention customer service, next day, and several times problems. CVS ranks 797th among Cosmetics sites.
CVS delivery offers the convenience of receiving healthcare products and prescriptions at your doorstep. The plus side is the accessibility of ordering essential items online. Additionally, their delivery service ensures timely arrival of medications and healthcare essentials. However, there are drawbacks to consider. Delivery times can be inconsistent, with some orders experiencing delays without clear communication. Furthermore, issues with order accuracy and packaging have been reported, leading to dissatisfaction among customers. Overall, while CVS offers convenience, improvements in delivery reliability and order accuracy would enhance the overall service.
CVS Pharmacy web site is the WORST! I can never speak to a pharmaist. They almost never get my prescriptions right. They do not validate that my medication is covered by my insurance. My doctor's office called in my latest precripts FOUR times and they still do not show them. Can anyone recommend a good pharmacy in Katy Texas? Thanks, FRUSTRATED
Donna was the best! She helped me find what I needed at a good price. She is very lovely
I used a 40% off coupon, and paid more than I could have purchased at Walmart. Coupons are Useless!
Tip for consumers:
Check prices at other stores before using a coupon, and thinling you will save money!

Sometimes CVS has a sale that I take advantage up
The store is usually clean and clutter free and the employees seem to know their business..
I have always been very pleased going to my CVS store at 5670 Monroe Street, Tallahassee, Florida.
Friendly and helpful!
I have been trying to fulfill a necessary prescription for my seven year old son since Monday afternoon. My wife called in the Rx between 3:30pm to 4:00pm on Monday ( 2-4-19). She stops off today after work today between 5:30pm to 6:00pm. The prescription is not ready and they tell her it will be another hour. She calls CVS around 7:30pm to 7:45pm and they tell her twenty more minutes. I wait until 8:10pm to 8:15pm to leave. I get there and wait in a line with four customers ahead of me. I meet a guy behind the counter and he apologizes about the wait and being slammed, but says it will be another ten minutes. I am hesitant and give him the stink eye, but I say no more and browse the store. He tells me that he will make my prescription a top priority and will expedite me. I get bored of the store and pace around the prescription desk again. An older blonde female pharmacist asks if she can help me and I tell her my story thus far. She tells me that she can only give me 22 pills of the prescription because that's all they have. One, she couldn't transfer it to another CVS since it was electronically sent to them from the doctor and two, we would miss eight pills because of the electronic prescription. She says sorry, that someone should have checked to see if there was enough for the prescription. The funny thing is that it was her and one other male employee that was running the pharmacy. Is she blaming herself? When she told me she couldn't fill it short of us loosing eight pills, I saluted her and walked out. Nothing but silence from the pharmacist upon walking out. Yes, we waited too long to fill my son's prescription, but does one mean to tell me that a common needed prescription can't be filled/communicated after approximately thirty hours in the 21st century. I will never slide another dollar of my money across the clerk counter of this CVS. We are transferring this prescription in the morning.
Absolutely the worse experience of any pharmacy. I have been getting my scripts (the same exact ones) for the last 7 years at CVS and will NO LONGER!
I was unable to get to the pharmacy so I decided to utilize their online mail order. I paid my deductible and waited for it to arrive. 2 weeks passed and I still hadn't seen or heard anything about my medication. I looked on CVS.com only to find that my script had been "delivered to the mailbox". Checked my mailbox, to find nothing. I call and find out CVS mailed it to an address I haven't been at in 5 years. YES, I did change my address SEVERAL times on CVS.com as well as in person at their location. Not to mention, I verified the CORRECT address at checkout. As I was trying to speak with the rep who answered the phone, she insisted on talking over me and telling me I have to call the Post Office as this isn't their fault because they sent it to the address CVS had listed for it to be delivered to. I advised there is nothing the Post Office can do since the mistake was not made by them. She then said this was my fault and not theirs to correct. I continued to try to help her understand this was the mistake of CVS in which she reiterated this wasn't their mistake or problem to resolve.
I contact the Corp Office and was told they will submit a request to my Dr. to have this refilled, but if my insurance won't cover the replacement script; I will have to pay the full price of the script. I asked why I have to pay AGAIN and end up paying FULL PRICE for something CVS mistakenly caused?!
I understand mistakes happen, but it is utterly ridiculous that your customers have to pay for a mistake made by the company. This is absolutely unacceptable and I personally will NEVER use CVS for anything again.
Tip for consumers:
Use Walgreens or ANYWHERE else!!

What A Disappointment!
I shop at various CVS locations because supposedly CVS is or was My Favorite Drug Store Chain, but at times I have My Doubts!
Early this afternoon being Monday, May 14,2018 at approximately 12:30 P.M., I went inside this store location because I needed to use the bathroom.
The female representative at the front just told ME to go to the back of the store in Aisle 25. When I got there, Both Bathrooms had Fake Signs Stating That The Bathrooms Are Not Functioning!
However, while waiting at the back of the store for assistance, some Female Management Employee comes up to ME and tells ME that the Bathrooms Are Functioning, however, I am required to leave my BAG at the Front Of The Store.
I asked her to Show ME the Sign that States that I Need To Leave My Bag At The Front Of The Store and She Refused Stating that the Next Time I Come Into Her Store that I Will Be Required To Leave My BAG at the Front Of The Store once I Walk Inside!
I told her that I am Not A Thief, nor have I Ever Stolen Anything In My Life and back home in Toronto, Ontario Canada No Drug Store and/or Chain Drug Store Ever Treats, "Nor Abuses Their Customers" Like I Have Been By This Female Employee!
She Simply Did Not Care!
I Honestly Felt as if I Was In A Prison or something because this is Not A Normal Procedure Conducted By CVS!
When I went back to the front of the store I asked the available store employee to Show ME The Sign Stating That All Bags Are To Be Left At The Front Of The Store and she told ME that there is No Such Sign and I Even Looked Around Myself and Saw Absolutely Nothing!
I take this Very Personal and sounds like I have been Racially Attacked and/or Discriminated for Invalid Reasons!
I can Not Believe How CVS Can Allow Their Employees To Mistreat and Abuse Their Customers For Invalid, Untrue and/or Unnecessary Reasons!
I guess I won't be going back to this CVS location anymore!
Enclosed, in the attachments, please find some pictures of the store location for your reference and further review.
Thank you.
Sincerely yours,
Howard Paul Shore
