CVS Pharmacy web site is the WORST! I can never speak to a pharmaist. They almost never get my prescriptions right. They do not validate that my medication is covered by my insurance. My doctor's office called in my latest precripts FOUR times and they still do not show them. Can anyone recommend a good pharmacy in Katy Texas? Thanks, FRUSTRATED
The help does not listen to the customer, therefore the order ends of being wrong! That was when they had help! Drive thru was shut down the other day due to having 1 pharmacist and 1 employee. I was on hold 20 minutes today. Why is there no help in this store? I would think that a district manager would have to be there helping if they don't have enough help. My aunt transferred all her scripts to another store. My next round of scripts will be going to another pharmacy also. Hmmmmm... get help in there, or lose business?... hmmmm... When they suffer a big loss, maybe they will get enough help.

Ordered some items off their website and when they arrived they are different then what the picture and ingredient list showed online. I email customer service they are useless, instead they tell me to call them. I call the customer service representive and they tell me I can ship the items back via UPS. I send the items to an address they chose in Indianapolis, IN. Turns out someone at the address in Indiana refuses my package and they mark it "return to sender". I am unaware of this and check back weeks later to find this out. I never received the package back or a refund! It is not worth the time and energy to spend figuring out where it is. I would avoid the website and don't get sucked in with the "25%" off coupons and free shipping. CVS is too expensive they always give out coupons and extra care bucks just to bring your purchase price down to a near acceptable retail value.
I remember when CVS was People's Drug... a regional and humanistic chain here in the Southeast.
It had some character... and got the job done, so to speak.
Now CVS is essentially indistinguishable from RiteAid, Walgreen's or any other dull chain.
Sure, they can fill your prescriptions... and you can pick up a bottle of aspirin. But it is a mindnumbingly dull and corporate experience.
Give me the mom and pop owned corner drug store any old day of the week.
For a capitalistic country, the US really is moving more and more toward these huge and dreary monolithic type retail experiences -- fluorescently lit nightmares of stores jammed with tons of cheap swag.
Such a shame.

I would like to thank "Alyssa," from CVS Santa Fe Cordova, for going above and beyond. The photo hub was not user-friendly. (I've used those before, so I do know how) No blank dvd's, lost pics, etc. She really tried to help. Went in the stockroom to look for dvd's. ETC. Tried to "tip" her, but she wouldn't/couldn't accept. She deserves a raise! Thank you, Alyssa!
Even though the packing slip listed the items that were ordered, I received the wrong items which cost 60% less than the items that I ordered. (BTW -- the items I ordered were not prescribed meds.) After several phone calls to the CVS customer service line, I just gave up. I will never order from CVS.com again.

The sign says they are open till 5:30. The woman that was running it left early. I called ahead of time to see if she was going to be there all day. She said she was. Once I got there she wasn't there it's not ok to leave early especially if it says they're open till 5:30. Horrible service!
My son and I came in this morning for a flu shot.(walk in? Yeah right!) I was told that we had to wait till 4:00! Because we had to schedule online because of covid vaccine! We were the ONLY customers in the pharmacy area! I went to ingles and had it done.
I really need to talk to someone about being treated unfairly at your store a manager told me to go to the end of the line if i was using coupons why? Each time i go into that store she says something rude to me should i try another location? It's located here in pensacola florida on the corner of Cervantes & pace blvd. I called and spoke to the dis. Manager before about this lady I am tired of her i use coupons all the time. My husband picked up his blood pressure medicine that he gets all the time. Didn't look at it till that night. It was someone else's medication and it wasn't the right medication that it said for the other person. I took it back today and the actual pharmacist said "oh it has the wrong label"but was going to give me the medicine back. Told her I wanted new medicine and insisted it was the correct medication. Was insistent on it but I told her no I wanted new. After that she still went on to show me how I can know but this chart in the paper if it's correct or not. Ok took it home and my husband says it's not his medicine that he know what it looked like and that wasn't it. I'm sure she gave the the same pills with a new name in it. But u NEVER take their word on it. I can't believe she wanted me to take it back with a new label. This was in West little York and Eldridge In Houston. Check your medicine
I needed to fill a scrip for my dogs eye drops. Me eye doctor was closed due to Covid 19. I was running low on the drops that I get online from Allivet for $21. My regular vet found the drops at CVS at Bell blvd. And Cypress Creek road in Cedar Park Tx. When I went to pick up the drops I was charged $104.99. I asked them why they were ripping me off and they just shrugged. I also tried to return them and they wouldnt take them back. Even though they were still sealed. I believe that they saw that I was a Senior Citizen and though I wouldnt complain.
I have a an Amazon prime account which I've had for a year. The other day I bought I bought an Amazon gift card at the CVS on Valley View and Lincoln in Buena Park CA for 60 dollars. When I tried to use it, it said it had no money on it. I called Amazon customer service and they said CVS was responsible for it. Do not buy Amazon gift cards from here! I needed something from the pharmacy and they left it for me to pick up when i called from home with one last detail. I called. 30 minutes on hold (i have a photo of that phone call's timer). I went to the pharmacy. The pharmacist attitude about the phone lines simply was 'too bad. We were busy.' my covid purchase? Sold out from under me, even though it was saved for me. They refused to give me the name of the area manager. I called corporate. They promised that the area manager would call me in 2 days. That call came over a week later, but it wasn't from the area manager, it was from the pharmacist at the CVS where i had my initial problem. I asked for a call back from the area manager. None yet, close to a week later. How do i spell satisfaction? W-A-L-G-R-E-E-N-S.

EVERY time I get a prescription filled or try to there is anissue. Shortage in the number of pills filled, prescription not available to be filled, closing pharmacy gates while I was on line to get pills, dirty store and a bathroom that is a nitemare.
The only reason they get a 1 star rating is because they always welcome me when I enter... after that it''s always ""What saga will I encounter today?" Since changing to Walgreens never an issue and always very pleasant. No eye rolling from Walgreens staff either
This morning, we stopped by the Ruckersville, Va.; CVS to create our 2017 Christmas photo card. The machine is a bit intimidating, but photo expert KATIE helped us every step of the way, even straightening out our crooked photo! Katie couldn't have been nicer, making our visit fun. She assembled the envelopes, made sure the cards printed quickly using 1-Hour Photo (50 cards in 20 minutes), and she even brought us the finished cards, all boxed up, while we shopped elsewhere in the store. We gave her a big hug and nominate Katie as Ruckersville, Va., CVS Queen for the Day! And we know right where we will go to create our future Christmas photo cards. The pharmacist, Kurian Varghese, at store #*******, 6750 Reading Rd. Rosenberg, TX ******* is the RUDEST person I have ever dealt with. He filled my prescription wrong and after waiting in line for 20 minutes he told be to come back tomorrow. I said "No, I have been waiting in line and it isn't my fault that you filled it wrong." Then I said "No wonder there are so many negative reviews on Google about you." He told me to go to a different pharmacy and not come back! He has so many negative reviews online I don't understand why CVS keeps employing him. I'm an a disabled, chronic pain patient, I shouldn't have to keep driving to the pharmacy daily, or transfer to one further away from me. I just called *******287 and made my second complaint against him with the District Manager.
After the Covid test, I sent an e-mail asking for the results three times, but there was no answer. I have to send the results to my child's school, but they really responded to all the guests with computer voice, and there was nothing I wanted.
For some reason, UPS refuses to deliver CVS packages, and after 20 days of confusing and contradicting emails from CVS.com, it turns out the UPS driver never attempted delivery at all, and sent part of the order to a drop off point, and another part went missing, then they shipped it back to CVS in 2 orders (1 never received). Currently as I write this review, the very rude and customer service rep. Is attempting to put in a request for a refund and I've been on the phone for 20+ minutes after being disconnected 3 times. Why is CVS making it so easy for Amazon to dominate them?

I booked online an appointment to get the latest Covid vaccine. I received an email confirmation showing my Covid vaccine appointment. When I arrived for my appointment the pharmacist said they haven't even received the vaccine yet! How is CVS allowing people to make vaccine appointments at stores that don't even have the vaccine? Major screw-up CVS! I'll never shop at CVS again!
They have screwed up so many times with me and trying to get in touch with them is a joke! Told them the website isnt letting me put a message to them and they respond with, message us on our website! They dont even read what the customers are telling them! They send me an email telling me to call them (not a direct #, just the sit on hold forever number) because they do not have my ph#! This is part of the issue! They absolutely have my ph# since they used to call me once a month. Tried to contact thru facebook for corp # and they say the same crap, call the 800 # For a medical company, its scary how unprofessional and uncaring this company is.

CVC is a great brand with a wide variety of products. Overall CVC has amazing products but they barely have sales and is controversial because of their animal testing! A little too pricey for me but make great gifts.
CVS pharmacy in Clovis California, Street corner of Ashland and Fowler avenue. I got my second vaccine from a Angel who is very professional and spiritual, her skills are a gift from God. You should keep her to do all the vaccines. Thank you CVS pharmacy for this gift.
I have been with CVS pharmacy since Raley's pharmacy closed. I have watched CVS pharmacy in Antioch, CA #4326 customer service go downhill. You have to wait 45 min. Or more for the phone to be answered, customers are waiting for hours to pickup meds and several of the pharmacists are beyond rude, especially to people of color and Senior citizens. Yes, I have filed a complaint with their corporate offices. I will also be filing a complaint with the state department for pharmacies and pharmacists. Beware of this particular CVS pharmacy.

We went to a minute-clinic in Closter, NJ to take a covid test and made an appointment with Brittany. She was so so nice and did her absolute best to help us out. Wanted to write a review on the official website but couldn't find one - hope she gets paid more!
If I could give negative or zero stars, I would give zero stars. "How can a company run this type of store? If it does run, I am sure it will go out of business quickly. Very rude and unprofessional. I bought items and presented an extra buck printed paper He said everything was okay with the coupon and it was my coupon which did not expire, but he said the system couldn't accept it and didn't know why and he could not do anything even though I have valid extrabuck. When I asked what I should do with the extra buck, which was a paper extra buck expiring today, the manager replied to do nothing and smiled cruelly. He said I could call anywhere but he could not help me. When I called customer service, the manager went to stand with his staff near the beauty section. He looked at me, talked about me with his staff, commented, and laughed. I left the store without using the extra buck and called corporate to complain. I am waiting for their response.
