CVS Pharmacy web site is the WORST! I can never speak to a pharmaist. They almost never get my prescriptions right. They do not validate that my medication is covered by my insurance. My doctor's office called in my latest precripts FOUR times and they still do not show them. Can anyone recommend a good pharmacy in Katy Texas? Thanks, FRUSTRATED

If you want a tube of toothpaste, don't go to CVS. You can get the same product at Ralphs (Krogers) for about half the price. If you need cough drops, hair color product, shampoo, etc., don't go to CVS. You can get it for much less at Walmart or most any other super market. If you want ice cream, you can get it for less at Trader Joe, or even, in some cases, at Gelson's. I used to shop at Savon and the prices were great, but when CVS bought them out, the prices went sky high. Anybody remember Long's Drugs? Now that was a great, low-price drug store!

Tip for consumers:
Do not shop at CVS unless you have no other alternative.

I love this place.My original pharm changed to cvs and I was upset because they delivered but cvs kept the delievery perk and I was very thankful because I can't drive and sometimes have to depend on other people.

Lousy service at the CVS pharmacy in the publix at 441 and Southern, will not return to that Pharmacy or that Publix. I have shop there for years. Need to hire people that really want to WORK. Retired Navy.

CVS Royal Palm Beach is by far the worst ever. I'm only writing this after several visits, not just one visit. So you ask then, why do I go back? Because it's where my insurance dictates the Pharmacy I go to. If I call I can wait over 10 minutes without being answered, and if I go in I have literally waited over 5 minutes before being acknowledged and I'm the only customer. And looking at the reviews THEY ( CVS) DON'T CARE! I HATE CVS! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if you can! Only gave 1 star because you have too!

My husband had a script that was sent to Walmart in Jackson, Mo. They screwed it up and the doctor sent it to CVS. We thought it was the one on Siemers in Cape but we were wrong. The people that work in the Siemers pharmacy were very kind and fixed the problem so efficiently. We will now switch pharmacies. Walmart made everything so hard. We now see that it doesn't have to be.

Had prescriptions filled at CVS. Never doubted. Well check and double check. I had one filled and, wasn't aware until I complained to my doctor that the med was making me sick. Discoved it was the wrong Medication that was given by CVS. The Pharmacist attitude was OH Well,, not that she made a mistake, sorry., Will not trade there.

CVS completed their takeover of the Target pharmacies recently, and today I was shocked that the price of Latanaprost, a glaucoma medication, has doubled since I got in March. I left it there, and the staff informed me that many customers ate transferring their prescriptions to other. CVS is a fairly good convenience store, and that's about it.

My only complaint with CVS is they do not have a contract United Healthcare which would lower the prices greatly. I just do not understand why they do not participate, to me a makes good business sense. Staff is great. CVS Exton PA Lincoln hwy.

I drove twice 4 hr total time
Once to pick up 3 mos supply for $18.88
Got home 1 mo supply
Drove back they tried to fill for $29 not the right price
They told me to call GoodRx
After 2 hrs and 2 reps trying to get through they gave up
So I left the prescription
They won't answer their pharmacy phone!
How can they fix their glitch if they won't answer their phone?!?!?

Tip for consumers:
Go to another cvs not the one in Montgomery Tx on Eva st.

The pharmacists are a complete joke and have bad attitudes. Hey, its not my fault you barely make a living. Treat people with respect and maybe they will respect you. If you disrespect the you will get 10X the disrespect you gave.

CVS pharmacy Celina on Preston RD is the pitts. Used them this year because of Medicare rx plan. Will change plans next year. Customer service is generally not good. Never know if gonna be pleasant or annoyed. Can stand there for long time before they even acknowlege though you know they see you. Constantly trying to refill RX long before due. Cost me about $80 auto refills on my husband that were ready when I picked up mine only to get home and find out he is not even using now. I was eventually able to get them archived online. Online is a joke too. Worse websiite I have ever used. See recently made some changes so I was hopeful. Nahhh. Still awful. Would give no stars if I could. I am always eager to be complimentary if get good customer service. Don't think ever have there.

Despite their great sales, ordering from cvs.com is a pain in the butt. I try not to order anything from this site except only when they have 30% off sales. Seriously the worst customer service ever! I received a wrong product so i tried calling them, there was a 20 min wait to speak with a representative. That wasn't my complaint, my complaint is that, the representative I was speaking with is soooo slowww! First off, I had to explain what happened several times, then he puts me on hold literally for 30 minutes! Seriously!
Not only that whenever I order products that are liquid based, it's always leaking! It's either I have half of the product left or it's completely gone. Ziplock isn't going to do you any good! Why can't they pack it with bubble wrap or something!
BTW this is my fifth time ordering from them.
And yes as other reviewers have stated, they take forever to ship your items!

Highly disappointed for my first visit to Raymore, Missouri CVS Minute Clinic as they didn't accept walk ins. Please know that prior to visiting CVS, I goggled urgent care near me, CVS was in my search results, as they advertise that they take walk ins, until you walk in. We were then advised to check in online, and they had nothing available. I understand you may need an appointment, but then "walk ins" shouldn't be advertised.

I have lived in California and New York for most of my life so I am very familiar with CVS. I can say without a doubt the Mattituck and Wading River CVS pharmacies in NY are wonderful and are staffed with knowledgable, professional, kind people. I also am extremely impressed with cvs.com, the website, when it comes to the pharmacy side. I'm no pushover, I've been around. They are GOOD.

Just happened to be having my eye exam next door and since I had time to waste thought I would get a prescription filled. There was a problem with my insurance so I asked the Pharmacist (who was being extremely rude and condescending) if she would call and see what the problem was, and she pointed out to me that it was not her responsibility to find out what the problem was with my insurance. So my response was I would just pay cash and deal with my Insurance Company when I got home. She then claimed that I was exhibiting drug seeking tendencies and accused me of going from pharmacy to pharmacy to fill illegal prescriptions, which infuriated me and While I realize that does happen it seems to me that it would be her responsibility to call the police and report me if she felt that is what I was doing, Or she could have shown a little customer service and called my Doctors office if she had concerns.

I recently vacationed in Tahoe City, CA. Due to seasonal allergies, I needed to stop and get some OTC medication. I went to CVS located at 950 N. LAKE BLVD. SUITE #100, TAHOE CITY. I found a clerk in the pharmacy isle is ask a question of her. She wouldn't even make eye contact as she told me I should ask a pharmacist. Went to the aisle for OTC and 80% of the shelving was empty! Visited the restroom (now either sex bathrooms). I've never visited such a dirty bathroom! While checking out, I mentioned the condition of the bathroom to the cashier who also did not make eye contact and said nothing in return. I will not go to this store again.

Tip for consumers:
Employees have zero interest in customer service. Even the check out line has 'self-service' and the clerk at the cash register was pointing people to help themselves instead of checking out their purchase.

Been trying to renew prescriptions for two months on the app. After entering user name and password it now wants to send me a code via text. That's great but the code never comes. When I resnd for a new code because I never received the first one. The app just starts spinning round and round. I have deleted it and reinstalled it. But the same thing happened. Fix the app.

I have had several instances where I was disappointed with this pharmacy but the most recent attempt to get my medication has caused me to write this review. My prescription was to be refilled on May 5th, today is May 12th. I have called this pharmacy 6 times in the past two days and was on hold for anywhere from 20 minutes to over an hour (yesterday was 1 hour at which time the call was disconnected because apparently when the pharmacy closes they just disconnect all calls!). If you don't have prescriptions at this location, don't start now! I've never been treated so poorly! NO CONCERN FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This review is in regards to the pharmacy department at this location in Kaneohe Hawaii. I'd like to take the time to recommend and praise this location and in particular Kathy and Nona whom are always efficient and gracious. Throughout COVID-19 things have been particularly difficult for all of us and I just want to say that these two people in particular have helped me get through among numerous other customers...Mahalo!

I called my doctor to please give cvs instructions to refill a prescription. My doctor said they had called the branch already. When I called for the 3rd time they said that the doctor's office had called but they had not gotten clearance fro. Insurance. So when I called the next day, they are telling me again that the doctor has not called yet. I just cancell we d all my prescriptions and would move to Walgreens or Rite-Aid. Incompetent personnel.

How is it even possible that a consumer can call a pharmacy to obtain medication info and is on hold for an hour. (Still holding, btw) Not to mention, this is not the first time either. You can never call the CVS pharmacy at the corner of Kings Hwy and Youree Dr. in Shreveport, LA and speak to anyone within a reasonable amount of time. I have called and complained over and over and nothing changes. I find it difficult, if not possible, to believe that calling the moment the store opens, they are that busy. If they are, why isnt CVS hiring more help. This ludicrous. I am so sick of them and about to move to Walgreens. CVS is the absolute worst pharmacy! One star is being very kind.

It is unfortunate that when CVS took over Sav-On, they overlooked how important a good selection of merchandise is to the customer. Many times there are huge empty spaces on the shelves, either because the merchandise has sold out and not been reordered, or the merchandise is on totes on the floors because of a lack of sufficient staffing to put the merchandise away. Even their own name brand runs short especially when there is a BOGO. What kind of planning is that when there is only one item or none on a BOGO?
Also, many of the stores have filthy carpeting (see photo). This particular stain has been at this store for over a year. Many of the aisles have dirt and stains just like this and the store is not that old. Also, air conditioning grids on the ceiling have dirt hanging down from them. Some of the dirty grids are positioned over vaccination areas. Picture too large to load (> 5m) or I would show it.

Within 6 months I had 3 script problems. One had a foreign pill... that could have done me serious harm... the second was a script that required a different number of pills to be taken each day for a week,... the pharmacist DOUBLED the dose... When I went to complain, instead of listening, she gave me MORE!... my last script was short pills. COUNT,,, COUNT. COUNT BEFORE YOU TAKE ANY.

These people don't know and don't care. I've been waiting over 11 days for RESCUE MEDICATION. I've called 3 times and finally now they tell me it's on backorder and my Dr should prescribe something else. Wait, but you didn't call me to explain that, you didn't mention it the last 2 times I called and you didn't try to contact the Dr. either? How you remain in business is beyond me. If you're too busy then hire more people. My 12 yr old has gone without RESCUE meds for nearly 2 weeks and I just now found out why - pure incompetence! YOUR A LIABILITY

CVS needs to update their phone system and just STOP with the annoying vaccine recommendations. I got Gillian Barre's syndrome with their vaccine and if you've ever been paralyzed you would NEVER take it again. Took 2 yrs to get over it. Their music is funeral music while on hold. Nice customer service with people if you EVER get thru the horrific phone system.
