Unbelievably, ridiculously awful. If you want a company that has zero communication between departments, repeatedly screws up orders and doesn't send medications that you need to stay alive, and makes you spend hours a week, week after week, month after month, trying to straighten it out, you've come to the right place! CVS Caremark handles the drug benefit program for my insurance company. When I had a problem and called them I was very impressed: not a long way to speak to someone, caring well mannered people, almost unreal for the world we are living in! Then when I called back a few times with the same issue and quickly realized that they all use the same mannerism and adjectives. They always end the conversation with "is there anything else I can do for you today? LIP SERVICE! Bottom line: my local CVS pharmacy was always out of stock on a couple of the medications I'm tacking and had me waiting for days, so I changed and went to a mom and pop pharmacy. Since then I'm having all kinds of issues to the point I had to pay for medicine that was previously covered (solved that). Coincidence?! Now they don't want to pay for another prescription I've been taking for years so they are hitting my very busy doctor with all kinds of paperwork. Coincidence? Do they want to put the little pharmacy out of business? Makes me think!
