Bought lightening cables and it worked great for about a week and now it keeps connecting and disconnecting. Cheap and crappy. Guess I got what I paid for. And cheap enough that the headache of dealing with support is not worth it.

I ordered 8 products. They refunded the cost of 3 as soon as I notified them that they did not perform as described (date/charge cable did not work on iPad Air). Two other item stood dormant until I inquired to why they had charged me and the item had not shipped for 3 weeks. They responded and indicated that the item depleted befor they could fill the order. That was not accurate because I saw one of the items for sale on their site last week for $5 more.

This company cannot be trusted on order fulfillment or product quality. Stay clear of this site! They look good, but will not be reliable.

I heard about this purse and Site from Brads Deals. Disappointed that the purse is cheaply made w/ the white under the fake leather showing along the cut lines and the threading for the pocket is very bright. This does not have the vintage look like the pictures and I googled all kinds of pictures of this purse. There is a terrible smell that comes w/ the purse as well. I love the idea of it, but the execution is nothing what I had hoped for. If I have the option, I will be returning it.

Ordered an IP surveillance camera that turned out to be an IR camera instead. Huge difference.
Ordered some magnetic thinking putty for my grandson that is so stiff as to be useless and will not behave as portrayed, with the magnet pulling a stream of putty toward it.
Ordered a LiOn battery pack from them, arrived with NO instructions and loose in a box with NO packing.
I have ordered a few good items from them, I ordered a refurb HP laptop that looked almost brand new. However it took many weeks to come and I never received a shipping notice. I couldn't wait any long and bought a new laptop locally then the refurb came the next day. If I'd have know it was even on the way... I would have waited.
Their shipping has always been exceedingly slow.
Caveat Emptor.

I tried to buy some stuff from DailySteals and paid via paypal as usual, when i tried to confirm my choice website had shown me an error and have returned me to the main page and money had charged.

Couldn't reach customer service for days.

I placed an order on 11/23 for 2 videogames and received a shipping notice on 11/24 that my items were shipped. Looking at the tracking, a label was created for shipping, but the items were never given to USPS. Mind you my card has been charged.

Its now 12/10, I've emailed multiple times, and have gotten no response. There is no phone number listed either. First time being scammed by a seemingly legitimate company, guess I can only trust Amazon.

I'll be contacting my credit card provider to go after my money that these people took from me. They don't deliver, and they WILL NOT RESPOND, as so many of these other reviews have said.

Beware.

Horrible site, I ordered a product on a Friday, I went through the process of buying the Item when suddenly after I confirmed everything it all came out blank. Well I thought this is weird, checked my bank account and they had taken the money out of my checking account. I tried all day Friday to get in touch with someone, no reply to e-mails, no one on chat, no answer on the phones. IT'S A FRIDAY. So finally get a hold of someone on Monday, they tell me it has not gone through, I will recieve no product. That's interesting because they have already taken the money out of my checking account but they won't send any product. Then the chat ended. Like that. Because THEY were done.

Have ordered from time to time before and always received item on time. So I ordered something else of 18 Oct.

As of 11/5/12 not item and they will not responed to emails. They took my money when I ordered and not there is no phone to call, have to rely on email and they do not respond. On thier site they pat themselves on the back for how whey they are shipping after the storm. BS

I bought a refurbished massage chair, and it arrived.
Unfortunately, the package was damaged, and the nod of the massager in the chair was broken and not operating.
I concern that getting a refund or changing to a new item, but they have only contact e-mail.

Their policy says 30-days warranty to refund,
Now it has been more than 2 weeks, they still don't give me the answer or any response.
I contacted to comfier company, but they don't give any warranty to other than amazon or direct seller.
With many pictures and videos, I sent e-mails to dailysteals support team more than 15 times.
But never they answered.
I bought trash. And there is no refund.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THRU THIS SITE.

This is a horrible company! They promised to ship out an item within a couple days, but they did not! I had ordered an item, and I had a trip that I needed the bring the item on. I was told it would be sent to my house in time (13 days, plenty of time right?) Well the item never came, and they refuse to refund me even though I do not have the item. They have refused to cancel the item, and keep saying I should return the item. How would I do so if I don't have it? Horrible Customer Service, Horrible Shipping speeds. Their advertised low price is not worth it - stay away from this company!

Oh and btw, they sold the exact same item the next week over via ebay to other buyers at a higher price (naturally), and those ebayers got the item first

Purchased 100 ph of stamps and received tracking # a week later, tracking # shows it's still waiting for the package 2 weeks later, asked for refund and received no response, dispute opened with PayPal and they send bad tracking # to them. These guys dailysteal your money! STAY AWAY no customer service
