This company is a scam! Took my money and never sent the vacuum cleaner. No way to contact them. They falsely advertise, take your money and there is no one to call.

Sorry to say when it arrived it was less then described. The ad said Grade B...
But it has big dents on all four corners and the bottom and most importantly the WiFi only works 50% of the time plus the previous owner put a firmware lock on the device. I took it to the Apple store they said they can't removing the firmware lock first without the original owner. (Which after some searching seems to be a school) I would like a refund.
Actually, terrific product for a great price. I do a lot of walking around, often in the forest and such, and never at the drivers seat of a car to charge devices. These Mophie chargers are a perfect size and work very well.
Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. I bought an item through their ebay offerings and rather than ship it to the address I selected as my shipping address on ebay, they decided to ship it to some ancient address registered as a billing address in my paypal account. I noticed this within seconds of placing the order and immediately contacted them about it. They offered to cancel the order, which I accepted, but they didn't try to do it until after the order was processed (but before it shipped) and then said they couldn't do it any longer. The last customer support representative recommended that I contact the current residents of this apartment I lived at 2+ years ago. Absolutely no help.

I wait for 2 day and get nothing. I sent an email again and waited for another 2 day without respond.

Bought a "fully reconditioned and guaranteed" smart phone. It finally arrived but did not work correctly. Hay that happens, so I requested a return or replacement. After several days I received a message that a seperate email with an RMA and shipping label would be coming. That has been a month ago. Since then I have been working to actually get the RMA (return merchandise authorization) that was promised but to no avail. Usually, about 5 or 6 days after my request I will get an email stating they are sorry for the problem and an RMA and shipping label will be sent in a separate email but I never get the other email. I have sent 5 requests for follow up. All I can say is if you chose to purchase here, good luck. Consider any purchase here a big risk.
Pros: They DID send the item as described.
Cons: Total price gouging. We (foolishly) paid $200 more than MSRP because the item (Nintendo Switch) was out of stock elsewhere. Of course it came back in stock in a week and now we feel stupid--don't be like us!
I bought a pair of eyeglass frames, but they didn't work out. I have tried to return them contacting the company well within their 30-day policy requesting an RMA number to do the return. I get vague responses and then I looked up the company and see I am not the only one. They are total scammers looking to steal from you. Avoid this company at all costs.
Overall, I ended up getting my device, but I was lied to by the customer support saying that the item was shipped when it clearly wasn't. They did reimburse me for my troubles though, so that partially made up for it. Overall, shipping took over 2 weeks, but I eventually got my product. It was mostly as promised, there was a small knick in the glass on the screen, but I didn't want to deal with the nightmare of shipping again so I just kept it. Still a great deal though nonetheless.
Purchased refurbished samsung 8 active phone. Ordered phone for ATT service. Phone showed up in decent time and looked good. Found microphone was not working. Tried to return for exchange and it took forever to get company to respond. After many emails I was able to get return authorization. Company sent replacement phone but for T mobile service. Tried to get it corrected but I got no customer service(I don't think they have a customer service dept. by all the hassle I had to go through). Second phone had a small problem which was fixed by our local phone repair guy. Don't think I will be ordering from them just because of the very poor customer service.
Answer: Yes, worst customer services experience in my memory not worth any savings.
