"I recently purchased an Emerson EVC1800 digital video camera I was very disappointed when it arrived to my home and it did not work. I tried plugging it into 2 different computers trying to charge it and I got the same thing both times absolutely nothing. The Emerson would not turn on at all. I also discovered the lock on the battery side doesn't work so this makes this camera useless since it is suppose to be waterproof. All I wanted was a digital camera I could use, but instead I have a broken camera and so far all my money out the window for nothing. I just want something done to correct this it seems like bad business to me to sale products that don't work. So after writing my first review about the broken camera they call me once, but when I was unable to answer because I was at work they never returned any of my calls when I called back to the phone number and extension I was given on my answering machine. What is the point in giving a number for the customer to call back on if you aren't going to answer or return the calls when messages are left. This is the worse business etiquette I have experienced. I just wanted a camera I could use and instead I have $30 down the drain and a broken camera taking up space."

I ordered a New Slick SimpleFlix VC100 Dig on 06/23/2011 (Order #*******). I received a demo camera, as oppose to a real working one. I contacted DailySteals.com and they e-mailed me a return label. I replied by letting them know that I would need a return via check, as the credit card that I had used was no longer valid. I returned the non-working demo camera (it had a pictures pasted to the screen). They apparently proceeded to refund the invalid card as I had asked them not to. I have been fighting with them for well over six months to get an actual refund and they proceed to either ignore my inquiries completely or give me the same response for each of my inquiries which is always "You were refunded on this date". I have been very patient, and even said that I would accept a credit on my account towards a future purchase. My last several inquiries were not responded to, and I did check my spam folder.
Should I have been refunded timely, I would have given a 3-4 star rating. Almost a year of fighting to get a refund makes this a 1.
Ordered a nativity set for $247 in November for husband for a Christmas gift. He was not happy with design. I contacted company for a refund. They sent me information and I took item to UPS. They wanted over $100 to ship back to Daily Steals plus charge me $25 for a shipping label. Plus Daily Steals charges a restocking fee. Total payout would have been around $150. That left me about $100 refund. I contacted Daily Steals and asked for someone to PLEASE contact me by phone. I included phone number, email address, mailing address, name, order number and tracking number. I got email from Daily Steals stating they we're waiting for order number. Again I sent full info. Again they said they had not received order number. This went back and forth for about 4-5 emails. Asking over and over if someone could PLEASE contact me by phone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. The customer service is one of the worst I have ever had contact with. They still have my $247. They sure did pick the perfect name for their company…. DAILY STEALS!
I bought a portable battery pack from TYLT on DailySteals.com, which not a lot of people would be familiar with, because they were on sale for a good price. I was a little bit skeptical because sites like these are usually known for bad business, and I was 100% right. The product was described to be new in a retail packaging.
When I received the product, it came in a bubble wrap envelope with no other protection --no packaging, no box, no bubble or foam fillers, and it was also missing the power brick for the charger. I complained about this via email because the receipt said to contact them if I wasn't 100% satisfied, but they didn't care to reply to the email.
These people stand for unprofessionalism. They lie about their products just to get rid of their inventory. They claim they'll fix any wrongs they caused without following up on their promise. They also use a Shopify account which is a pre-made service and doesn't even mask the web address, which I used to do back in 2003 when I was selling stuff online as a hobby.
One of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I contacted them for a product replacement and they responded positively and said they will refund the $15 asap. Few days later they asked for my credit card info to refund the money and I gave them my paypal info to refund. After that I never heard from them and I sent number of emails to every email ID I had from these people and none of the DailySteals customer service never responds to my inquiries after that. SO NEVER EVER BUY THINGS FROM THESE LOOTERS.

This company is shady. I decided to return an iPhone I purchased from them and it's been a headache dealing with these con artists/scum bags. I contacted them and they gave me an RMA number in which they said was only valid for two weeks and they would refund me the money a few days after they received the phone.
I sent the phone insured and with a tracking number to the address they provided. The tracking number showed it was delivered to them 3 days after I sent it. Again, I contacted them and they said they have not received it. Total BS! The tracking number says otherwise. I've contacted them multiple times and they seem to have completely ignored me now. Two weeks have passed and nothing from them at all.
I've decided to file a claim with my credit card against this scumbag /con artist company to get my money back. I'm warning everyone to not deal this piece of crap company. They will rip you off, ignore you and give you the runaround should you have an issue or want to return something. I will never ever buy something from them ever again.
I ordered a 4 pack of hoodies and the listing specifically said I would get one of each color. Instead I got 2 each of 2 colors. Not sure how that happens.
I was surprised how fast my mystery box arrived. Everything in it was new and not re-furb, since it was a mystery box I am still figuring out what all I got.

I'm glad to know I am not the only person who has had problems with this site. I ordered a soundbar from them back in January and when I ordered it I accidently ordered two. I emailed them asking them to adjust the transaction to only one, because... well... thats all i needed. I got a response saying that it had been taken care of. I waited a week or so and went back to the website to check on the status of my order only to find that it had cancelled. I didn't care too much so i said whatever as long as I get my money back... well i didn't. They only refunded me for one. I sent them three emails before I got a response saying I got a credit for the site. But the credit was only for $15! They owed me $150!. When i emailed them the other day i got a response saying they already refunded my credit card. I just sent an email back saying "ONLY FOR ONE!' I never got the other sound bar, I'm not paying for something i didn't receive. The even shadier thing is when I go on the site, there is no history that I ever ordered anything from the site... STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE! They will rip you off big time. I will be calling my credit card company in the morning to dispute the charges.

My only complaint is the headset I ordered wasn't in a box. It was in a bag. A lot of bad things could have happened to a headset in a bag, but luckily it was fine.
Bought four emergency blankets (picnics, games, beach) for presents. I have not given any of them yet but am satisfied with their packaging (didnt open as they are packaged nicely).

BEWARE - Ordered from this site several times. Both times shipping took forever. I ordered two colognes through their drop shipper site 10 days ago, and they just were confirmed to be shipped today. Conveniently they are "shipped" 24 hours after I requested my order to be cancelled. (Found a better deal, with better shipping on eBay) They apparently rushed to ship my order today before writing me back and telling me "Sorry, it's too late to cancel your shipment, and there's no refunds." I hear that a lot. "You purchased a "Heist" item and those sales are final. Pretty sure BBB would disagree with those policies as this is an american based company. I ordered shirts prior to these colognes that literally had unraveling threads around the neckline. I hadn't even worn it yet! I took pictures, sent them to DS and they informed me that nothing could be done, as they do not refund for certain purchases. I'm pretty sure that practice is illegal when selling $#*! goods. I am contemplating filing a claim through paypal to have my funds returned and just not accepting my current order when/if it ever comes. I would say this site is a con. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. GO TO EBAY FIRST!
Horrible business. Ordered a wireless keyboard, took almost a week to get here (they are probably 50 miles away from me), it is missing the USB reciever. Email to ask for a replacement. Sent an email asking me if I looked everywhere for it, duh or course I did, then they send me a picture showing me where it is stored. Problem there is they sent me a picture of a different keyboard! So they send me a black UPS return label, email numerosu times asking them to send me a proper one. When I finally get that, I send it right back, they have had it for almost 2 weeks now, and still no refund. I have sent 2 emails asking them to process it so far. Went to thier facebook page to complain, you bet they deleted my comments pronto.
Oh I will add in another purchase I made a while back, a Mophie iphone case/extended battery. Was listed as a refurb, no probs there as far as I am concerned. What I received was anything but refurbished. Looked like it had been used for a year, beaten, abused, then sold by them. They apparently dont know what the word refurbished means.
