Made 2 orders, never received an email confirmation. Waited a few days. Checked my paypal there was the purchases. Emailed there contact email, and NOTHING. Emailed the email associated with Paypal. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS COMPANY!

I have ordered several items from this company with mixed results. The refurbished Blackberry cellphone died within weeks of my shipping it to my girlfriend overseas. The iPod Nano clone was DOA (dead battery-can't hold a charge).
I received 2 bicycle lighting kits where the tail light was bad on both (the second one was a replacement).
I bought some sheets that looked like a great deal, but they were actually so thin you can see through them like sheer drapes.
Right now they won't RMA a screen protector that was in no way what they advertised. The add said "Tempered Glass", and specified it also included additional items for installation. Instead I received only a plastic screen protector (now advertised as PlexiGlass) that was not even unused or properly packaged. They refused my return and won't answer my e-mails, The only way to e-mail them is through their website and it's impossible to keep a record of the messages sent.
I have had much better luck with Woot, 1Sale.com and eBay. If you see something electronic labelled as "refurbished", plan for it to not work, or stop working soon after delivery.
I ordered a 10 pk of Nail Polish. One of them leaked and the box and contents are a mess. Have emailed 3 times and used Messenger. They will not reply. I need to know how to return and get a refund.

Never received my shipment. They ignored my request for replace or refund money. Over 30 days, many emails no reply. No help. Do not use it. Do not trust.
I have purchased many items from dailysteals.com. The last items I purchased was three of the same. Two did not work. I sent an email to them and they refunded my money.
Thank you for sending it on time and in one piece. Happy with my purchase. It is in good condition and runs smoothly. I will make purchases in the future for sure.
Looked great in the photos, but not when you open the package. When you add the return shipping and restocking fees is not worth returning. Will make a couple of Doug blankets out of it.
HORRIBLE company. Probably my worst experience ever with a merchant. I consider myself calm and patient, but these guys pushed me to the limits. They sent the wrong item (iPhone 11 Pro 64 GB instead of iPhone 11 Pro 512 GB). Customer service completely ignored that this was their problem. It took at least 5 days to get a "resolution" to the issue (which was a return label to ship the item back), the return label was USPS parcel post (no ability to add insurance - and of course, they did not add insurance), it took 7 full days to arrive (at which point, they advised me I would have a "resolution" within 3 business days), the resolution was a refund - not a replacement. Hopefully, I get the refund. And, honestly, I don't trust them enough to expect I would get an accurate replacement. At one point, when I told them they should replace the item while I was shipping back the incorrect item, they pointed me to their return policy. They treated me as if I had made the mistake, not them. The whole thing was horrible. Stay away from them! I had checked them out on BBB. They had an A- rating, so I thought it was OK. I will definitely be complaining to BBB.
Thought it was to good to be true and it was. What a joke they asked me to review a pair of boots that never arrived. Inconvenient- just before Christmas.

Ordered an item from them and never received anything. 4 weeks later, I decided to follow up with them. After another week and many emails & phone calls later, someone finally decides to answer my email to tell me that they canceled my order. Their response...
"I show your order was canceled due to an unforeseen issue with this item and our vendor. We are deeply saddned we were unable to have this item sent, and ask that your accept our apologies.
An email was sent explaining the situation and providing a $5.00 off coupon on your next purchase.

I received no such email explaining the situation. These guys are absolutely terrible. Stall long enough and hope your customers would forget they ever placed the order. Don't send any notification so they won't be reminded of it. So my order was canceled and there is currently no refund issued. I'm going to have my bank take care of this because I do not want to deal with these guys anymore.

Twice I place an order off their website and twice - after showing that it was shipped, they notified me that they could not fulfill the order because it was sold out.
The money was deducted from the account the same day I ordered, but there is no order number or confirmation number after 2 weeks and there is no positive response from daily steals
This vendor is a scam. Not only do they not have a phone number that you can contact them their policies are fraudulent. Refunds are supposed to be with an RMA number which you can never obtain. They will not return your emails since that's the only way you can converse with them and totally ignore you to just collect your money.DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS VENDOR!
$39 was the price, a bunch of useless stuff, except for a USBC charger! Threw away the rest of the contents. Took the chance and lost!
