My husband purchased the forever birthstone necklace with our names on it for Christmas. You need a magnifying glass to read our names. It is so tiny. I would've sent it back, but it was the thought behind it for Christmas. I would not recommend it to anyone else. The army ring is beautiful.

Ordered personalized diamond pendant in early Dec.Rec'd 1 week before Christmas as promised. With WRONG NAMES inscribed. Called customer service and was promised one with right names would arrive before Christmas. Didn't. Today was told arrive by Jan 13th...I'm doubtful.Never again.

This was my first purchase thru Danbury Mint. I felt they had a good reputation and that I would get a good price and good product. When I got the Jacket it was nice but it was over priced. I could have made it for way less. I paid $175.00. I could have made it for 80.00. My major complaint was that I started getting ads in my email. Like 10 a day,. I think it is too much...Not saying I would not order from them again but, I will be careful about the product and price.

Watch this site and heritage coins as they are a total rip off. I have never known any company in my whole life who charge full postage cost per item instead of all together. So for example coins they charge you £3.99 per item I wanted 8 items in total. With my total price of the coins being about £30 and the postage is even more than cost of the items at over £30! They also have tricked people into paid subscription of coin services for coins that are at ridiculous prices and not worth the value whatsoever!

I placed two orders on 10/08/2022. At that time, the order confirmation said, "ships in 2-4 weeks" for both items. I never received any order updates after that. I began checking on 11/01/2022 to see if the orders had shipped. When I checked the website, it said that the items were expected to ship in 24-72 hours. It is now 11/07/2022 (6 days later), and it still says expected to ship in 24-72 hours. When I called Customer Service to check on the status, a very terse woman told me the items were held up in customs and she could not possibly give me any information on their anticipated release or next steps. She said I should just keep checking back. I advised her that I never received any communication regarding shipping or delays from Danbury Mint, and she told me, "that wasn't their job." Hopefully I get my order (worth several hundred dollars). I will never be ordering from Danbury Mint again. I am so disappointed in the poor service and support. The items will not be here in time to serve as gifts as they were intended.

Junk-like shipping. Purchased a $170 ring. Shipped in an envelope with a cheap bag no box.

The problem that I have with this ring is that it does not look anything like the photo or video of the ring on your website. Your company should post the actual photo of the actual ring being sent to me. I am a Army Veteran who was both proud and excited to receive my ring to the point that I was going to gift one to two other Army Vets but after seeing the poor quality of the ring, I have changed my mind. Not only did you loose two additional customers, you will also loose my business as well.

The two positive things I want to say is that both the Customer Service person I talked to and their manager were both very nice and apologized for any inconvenience. I want to thank the two young ladies for being so caring and understanding. Keep up the great customer service ladies.

Rose bracelet and necklace suitable for children, not adults. It is cheaply made and screams cheesy.

Ordered one of the Derek Jeter sculptures in honor of his Hall of Fame induction. Received a statue of poor quality that barely resembles him or the picture shown advertised. Will never order from Danbury again

I ordered a pair of wedding ring the FIRE set. The rings were nice, but the quality was not what I was looking for at all. The band was very thin and it was to much to care for the ring. With Covid going on I like to clean with Bleach a lot so this wasn't the item for me. Needless to say I have returned them and will not be ordering from here again. Waiting on my refund. I ordered the heart necklace which is advertised to have diamonds across the top. I'd be fine if there were diamond chips to sparkle -- if one could see them. I used a magnifying glass and can barely make out what are supposed to be diamonds. It's mostly just shiny metal! I checked their website and it claims that there are diamonds -- so I have to say in that respect, they are misrepresenting their product.

I loved this pearl, diamond mothers day necklace. This piece looks as show. Already many compliments. Sparkles in the light. Just beautiful!

Last February 5,2021 order and item for valentine worth U$ 112.69. The Item arrived Feb 13,2021,
This item was paid and cleared with my bank, Today is Feb 24,2021, the company is again charging
Myself another U$ 112.69 in my Atm card. I called the company and somebody answered and told me because a second Item was shipped last Friday (Feb 19,2021) Wish I could get money and could cancelled the payment from my bank. Buyers Be Ware of this company

Order # *******. I Ordered a necklace for my wife. They advertise the cost as $99. You end up paying $114 including taxes. And then they forgot to update my Apt number on the address. I called up the customer service for the delayed shipment and she only said Ok ok ok and nothing else. She didn't have the courtesy to say SORRY. I am not sure about the product quality. Yet to receive this. I wanted to give -5* rating but somehow can't do that
