Beware of this site! They will continuously charge your credit card without you knowing. I was charged 2 times for 15.99 which I didnt approve of! I had to block my credit card! Facebook should remove their ads for this is a total motherf*ckin scam!

This site, along with it's affiliated sites, are a true SCAM! You must purchase "credits" in order to read/respond to chat + emails which will cost you a lot of money just to find out entire profile you were communicating with is FAKE! I found NUMEROUS profiles REPORTED as "fake" directly on a website plus directly REPORTED all the fake profiles directly to Dating.com with links. Their response? They did NOTHING! Be careful if you join! You will be paying for untrustworthy site, profiles and a complete business which needs to be completely shut down. What a disgrace this company and its affiliates actually exist and continue fraud, every minute of every day.

Not only is the profiles false and created to scam you but false advertises as having unlimited messaging for premium subscription. Complete lie don't bother. The support team never responds

I have been a member of the Zoosk dating site for some six months. Today (20 June 2020) I attempted to log into my account only to find that I could no longer access my account. Mind you that I had subscribed to this site. I call the customer service number to complain that my account has been hacked but only to find out that Zoosk had discounted my account. The individual that I was speaking to was from a foreign country because I couldn't understand her English. Which by the way, makes the customer service interaction even more frustrating. I asked her why my account was disabled. She gave me an explanation that I couldn't understand a word that she stated. I wouldn't advise anyone to subscribe to this dating site. With all the scammers on the site Zoosk disabled my account without any explanation. Buyer be aware.

I joined Dating.com 2 weeks ago, first I just was reading introduction e-mails from members, I agree with the majority reviews in here, that so many profiles are fake. When I decided to upgrade by membership, it was by 19.90$ for 150 credits, when I filled it for Datemy Age up with PalPay, its didnt go through and 1 second later gave me the option of 49.90$, I thought I pushed something wrong, so the chance of getting this offer with 19.90$. I bought the membership with 49.90, answered 8 chats and read about 5 answers, an hour later in was written that my credit is gone, for 8 short messages and reading 5 answers 50$!
Today I decided to get the offer of 19.90 $ for Eurodate, same think happened, its didnt go through and the second later it was an offer of 49.90$. I contacted live chat, they dont help at all. I want to unscribe from this cheating site

Women, regular women using dating.com – be very careful and check the men you chat with. There are several fake profiles.
If he denies to make a video call with you, needs days to make a photo or video for you, rejects any other way of communication and insists to contact you only on that site – this should be a big alarm for you. This profiles bellow are fake. I don't know if and if yes - how the real persons are involved, but you should know that you are not talking with the men on the pictures. Some examples:
Lars, 46 from Oslo on Dating is Ukrainian actor and model Rey Eremey.
Oscar, 46 from Los Angeles is Russian model and actor Dmitry Koshelev.
Dean, 49 from Berlin is Russian model Dimentij Romashov.
And my advice: When you chat with a "Popular member" copy his picture and check it with Google images or review sites with Russian, Ukrainian, other country or global models. You will find many surprises.

This site keeps taking my money with out giving me any credits. I paid £15.99 twice on the 21st of july and never recieved credits but according to them ive used them i never chatted to any ladys after i paid. Trying to explain to them is like talking to a brickwall

I have communicated with a member on dating.com since a moment, wanted to have video chat with him but he doesn't have access to video chat, I told him to solve this problem he said he will try latter, I told him to show himselfe in live but he said he doesn't know how to do, I asked him if he has Skype or other applications to chat for free but he said he just has this app to chat hahaha, a big liar! Nobody doesn't have it on mobile and another problem is when he sends me letters everytime he must starts with my name but one time he forgot and I saw that he typed "username" instead of my name, what does it mean? Did he prepare his letters before and try to send to many users with the same letters but he just changes the names of users in the beginning? You can see the prove on my attached image. Yes. Its awfull site! Dating.com offer me to pay 2.99 dollars for the possibility to answer the messages from men during month and when I agree it takes from my card 15.99 dollars in 5 minets and 15.99 dollars in 5 minets again! And I can not to delete my profile there and stop it. I just close and seek for the answer what to do. And now I will go to take all money from my card and change that!

My profile was supposed to be deleted a months ago and its still up because they want people responding - money for them. This site is not user friendly nor is it customer friendly - it is the WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. They do not respond to messages - they are BULLIES. A complete rip off. I joined 2 mins ago, i have had a dosen invites to join a video chat and half that many messages. The messages are paragraphs long and i didn't even have a bio at the time. They all referred to my bio. Scetches me out.

I found the person on Instagram and his real name is WALTER VICCA. He is an actor and model in Brazil and not a Gynecogical Surgeon in Berlin. Infact all of the pictures used at Dating.com were just lifted on this actor's IG account. His son's name is Jonathan and not Walter, Jr. For all the misrepresentations made by this company and its partner handling the curated subject, I think all those who have been used and victimised by them are entitled to a refund. This is the only one I saw that has given a VERY ACCURATE and detailed information that this is indeed a SCAM, no less. Dating.com always boastS itself on saying that they take issues on fake profiles seriously. What now?

This site is a scam on two fronts. First you pay a monthly subscription to talk to the girls but they are bots. But even after you sign up and pay you can't talk to them without purchasing more credit's. When you give them your contact information they all will reply that they want to stay here and chat. Why? Because it will cost you more money to talk to their robots.

Also, I have never seen so many girls online at two in the morning. It's pretty amazing that ever girl that I just happen to be interested in are all online at two in the morning. They are all wide awake and ready to chat. Lol

Second, I posted my contact information on my profile and those that do contact me are usually scammers period! They start talking right away about investments and cyber currency which is your first red flag. I usually ask them to send me a picture of themselves holding up two fingers or if I'm on WhatsApp I ask them to send me their current location.

I'm hoping that someone will file a class action lawsuit against them and hopefully put these scammers out of business!

Whatever you do, don't sign up for their subscription because it's a pin to cancel it.

Full of fake profiles ((popular member) as models that keep sending msg ( even if you dint reply) like desperate ajajajjaja asking you stupid things, and showing you as they were interested in you, promising life and love, but just to make you pay credits for reading or writing them. It is the way to convince you they are real, so you keep paying and buying credits just to have a chat ajajajjajj. If you try to bring them out of the app, giving them your phone number, they keep talking as nothing, asking you to stay in the chat of dating!. Ajajajjajaja which man doesnt take your private phone.

I spent over a year on this site and met many guys. I didn't took this site very seriously and I'm very glad I didn't. 99% of the guys I was texting with a bit were fakes and liars. Like everyone should I did a google picture search and found most of it (for the rest there other search engines). If you compare what it's written on their dating.com profile and what they write on IG it never matches. There are to many to count.
Thats why I will post only the picture of the worst case I had the pleasure to met with. Yep he is searching for his true Love but founds her on IG already. Also he made a lot of Copy Past mistakes like sending me the number of other members or the "Chat Up" text he sent to others during our active chatting. But he was not the only one doing that. If a guy from Latin America hits on you, ignore it. The videos? Well on one site he offered custom made videos so why not for dating.com as well? And he lets you wait or them a day or so... strange no? Many guys make have false ages. If you're looking for a guy in their forties you wont be interested in guys in their early thirties.

Firstly I can't delete my profile and the members are fake plus the customer support center is useless they just ignore your issues, and I need to be refunded because what a scam this app is.
