Most of the profiles are scammers and fakes I think the two weeks I have been on there, there was one legit profile. I tried to cancel my subscription and delete my profile after numerous attempts online/app and then contacting live customer service they kept telling me they deleted it but it's still up. They even got an attitude when I screenshot that it's still up. Incompetent and now they are technically exploiting me against my continuous messages to cancel my stuff. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

If there was a minus five start, I would give it. I signed up for this website less than 24 hours ago. I decided that it was not for me. I called customer service less than an hour ago and the cancelled. The young lady agreed to cancel my account and delete my account as requested, and she proceeded to charge repeatedly for $15.99 without notifying me that I would be charged. Withing minutes, I got text messages
From my bank notifying me of attempted fraud, blocked the multiple charges to my credit card, cancelled my card, and issued me a new card.

I wish I knew this before signing up. They charge for every text you send. They make you believe that you have a monthly subscription but it doesn't mean anything. They charged me over 100 dollars in the first hour of my subscription (stupid me). Beware! They are here just for the money they don't care about us finding love. For what it's worth, they would rather you stay there forever paying for every text you send to those profiles, who by the way, text like automated robots. DO NOT LOSE YOU MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS SCAM

The app is very easy to use. I was a Member for 1 yr and had plenty of inquiries throughout. I paused my account numerous times and had even cancelled but restarted my subscription. Each time was very easy and seamless. I FOUND SOMEONE!

Be careful. I have been using this site for a few years and I have found plenty of fake profiles. I have received emails from girls who have boyfriends. I know this because I found them on facebook. I had been speaking to a 'popular' member for over a year and recently accidently found out his photos were fake - not of him at all! I was gutted to have been deceived, When I cancelled my membership I was asked why and I told them, sent them links to the real persons instagram and the fake members profile and he is still there. Some of my friends are still getting the auto emails saying he is interested in them. So Dating.com and Datemy age are still actively encouraging paying members to message (at huge cost) a popular member whith a fake profile!

They put fake profiles, they all claim to be lawyers, doctors etc, but content of English they speak it's horrible, each time u want to chat, the site asked for rediculous amount of money be fore u can open a mail or before u can send a mail or message, like R169 per email

I only joined for one month and paid for one top up up credits for £15.99, but they have charged me for this a total of 4 times. I have tried to contact customer services with no success. I have serious doubts that The majority of women on their site are not real as they amazingly youthful for women in their late 50s and 60s. I was inundated with emails fro women on their site who were not within the age group that I specified. In addition I was bombarded with up to 150 a day emails from a sister company Date My Age to which I had not subscribed. It took several attempts to unsubscribe from this site before the emails eventually stopped. Use this site at your peril it is not what it seems.
