Hello, I am Carolina and I am looking for a husband. So far, it has been a rip off, we ladies have to pay for kisses, emails and viewing profiles. Paying for stuff is a job for men. Men pay for sex and love, women give the same for love and security. The world is like that. Tired of doing lame personality tests, proofing my picture and asked to pony up money for premium services. All these sites are a sham.
I met two men on this set and both turned out to be scammers. One scammed me for about $1200 and the other one got $*******.00. I was unable to stop them on this app. Apparently they don't care if you get scammed. Be very careful.
Tip for consumers:
Eyhard to navigate. Could it change my password Customer Service was no help either
dating.com is a big fake. Starting from the presentation pictures, anyone who has seen the pictures of niche stars, from areas like Eastern Europe or the Middle East, recognizes models, athletes, etc., up to the prices. Not only are they high, but the owners of the site shamelessly lie because a price is advertised in their materials, but you are charged a 30% higher price to which taxes are then added. Any attempt to discuss with them revolves around the fees. I really don't recommend it. Life is too short to get involved in online relationships on sites that have no other purpose than to collect money to invest in what they call social life 3.0, that is, social life in a virtual environment guided by algorithms.
Hello, and thank you for your feedback! Concerning the members you are referring to, could you please contact us at support@dating.com with the details? We would like to check the profiles you are referring to, as we are strongly against any fake activity in our app.
You'll sign-up then receive all these fake emails from Dating's robot that repeats names, profiles & emails endlessly. Your mailbox will be full of fake stuff until you pay them.
See the example of just 1 page of my inbox after I signed up without any details/photo on my profile.
Hello, thank you for your review. We're sorry you feel this way about our app. We implement a very strict Anti-scam policy on the site and our verifications department is constantly monitoring and verifying profiles on the app for your safety. We can suggest hiding your profile, so you'll receive notifications, and massages only from your favorite members. If you have encountered any suspicious behavior on the app, please report it at support@dating.com! We are looking forward to resolving the issue as soon as possible.
All fakes here! The second i signed up i get a ton of love letters and people telling me i look amazing when i don't even have a picture :)) all speak in cheesy slogans clearly not written just to you. "no matches" in my area, who knows where they are. Didn't even bother trying paid features. $299 for 1500 credits. It costs 1490 credits to send someone a blue bunny...
Hello there!
Have you ever tried Let's Mingle feature? This is how you may get all these messages. So we advise you just give it a chance! You may rest assured that only real people are allowed here, so in case you believe any member is misusing the website, please report that to us, we would be glad to check.
Very few profiles are actually people genuinely looking for a partner. I set up a profile and had around 3,000 messages (A lot from China). When I joined/paid - thanks to 23.99 euros, any msg I replied to, quickly took all the 'credits' I purchased. Be aware if you want to read emails or msg or open emails/chat/pictures etc. they have a 'virtual cost' - read the small print as any 'gift' or msg comes with this cost. It is a waste of money and I am personally asking for a refund RIP OFF. Shame on you Dating.com, for profiting off people's emotions. Horrible experience.
Tip for consumers:
Terrible site. Don't waste ANY MONEY.
Dear Tracy

Please email us at support@dating.com and we will gladly provide you with the credit expenditure history, check the profiles for you, and plus provide you the tips on how to make your credits last. We are looking forward to your email!
Lol this is the most scam dating site ever! Most of the profiles are bots or ppl to lure you into purchasing credits for keeping your chats alive! One bot assumed to be from Brazil wrote suddenly my language and other bots wrote similar things and expressions to you! I couldn't even reach the support because they don't care lol! Dating.com=Scam as its best
Hello, and thank you for your feedback! We apologize for any confusion and doubts you may have formed over the implemented credit system and our site in general. Concerning the members you are referring to, could you please contact us at support@dating.com with the details? We would like to check the profiles you are referring to, as we are strongly against any fake activity in our app.
EROS 48 is a fake member. He had an excuse as to why he could never show me himself in real time, video chat or take it off the site. The site is extremely expense. He always sent emails, which are 10 credits, even though I asked him not to. EROS was going come see me for Christmas by suddenly his credit cards were blocked and his son had an emergency and the cops were at his house. I have included his photos to prevent any more scams from this.
Tip for consumers:
Only speak to people willing to get off the site and be willing to video chat.
Dear Tracy, Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear the interaction was disappointing to you. We do our utmost to ensure you are fully protected on our website and we understand that there may be a small minority of our members that are here for the wrong reasons however, we do our utmost to keep this number as low as possible and also, minimize the risk for our clients to these members by offering a full refund of credits through our anti-scam policy.
In order to process this complaint, we need to first have any supporting material you have that we can submit to the verification team.

We are looking forward to your email at support@dating.com.
Hello, I'd like a refund and my membership cancelled please. This site is expensive and I don't want to use it since all the profiles that sent me messages are fake. I've also noticed my credits going down when I don't even send messages so I'm not sure what that's about but I've reached out to customer service on both WhatsApp and fb messenger so I can get a refund or some explanation but no response. This was my last straw. I did my membership on "1/10" if that helps.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t! It’s really expensive and the profiles are fake
Good day.
Let me mention credits are being consumed only when you are using the services - we could check your credit history. Could you please tell us why would you believe so? Please reach out to us at support@dating.com, so we would be glad to check and help.
I open an account at Dating.com. Make a nice profile about me. Then I went in got in touch with the girls. All beautiful girls. Well, be careful, if you really want a serious relationship this is not your platform, here is all about credits, every time you are asked to buy more, and of course in the meantime nothings develops with the girl. Then I found that actually some of the profiles have even the same pictures in the background, how creative. Anyway they are all very nice girls especially the ones from Colombia, but is all about chat and looking, but I think not even one of them really look at my profile, anyway good luck and watch out for your money.
Tip for consumers:
Be careful is all about buying credits
Hello, JulioRoberto! Thank you for your review! The profiles can have same background pictures because there is a default pack of pictures in the profile that the member can set as the background. You can check it yourself by clicking "update cover photo" in your profile.
This is the biggest scam yet. Unsuspecting people go there hoping to meet someone, but instead you are asked to subscribe. However, subscribing is unlike other dating sites where you have paid your dues for the time duration you choose, in dating.com after spending over 200 euros for a decent subscription, this package and all others are completely devoid of any benefits. Once you pay you are assigned coins from 150 to 1000, which really allows you chat with someone for less than an hour before the coin is exhausted. You would think that subscribing for a month allows you chat with people for a month but once your coin is exhausted (usually after a few back and forth messaging or looking at photos) you are asked to purchase more coins for over 100 euros and more... The worst part is that most of the users in dating.com are not real people. Stay clear this site, it is rubbish, if I could I would rate as 0
Tip for consumers:
Work in an oil company and have zero value for money. Also no real people here, just fake looking profiles
Good day!
Thank you for your feedback.
I am sorry that the pricing policy of our website has left you disappointed. Indeed, using certain services costs a fixed number of credits that you buy separately. But every credit purchased by you is used to support all of the departments that ensure you have a safe and enjoyable time on our site. That's why our services aren't cheap.
In case you have questions about any member, please let us know, we would be glad to help.
I get hit with 50 chat requests and letters a day on the site by what appears to be some of the most beautiful women ever. But forget about any of them taking the next step in making contact for an actual meeting. To chat costs about $100 an hour. Each email about $10 to send and $10 to receive. It is maddening and exhausting. Don't waste your time! The chat content is clearly nonsense, and obvious that they just want you to keep chatting and spending. Chat hostesses, paid by the chat!
Tip for consumers:
Complete fraud. I got on this site about five years ago and the same photos of the same women sending the same chats and letters now as were then!
Hi! Thank you for your rate. We apologize for any confusion and doubts you may have formed over the implemented credit system and our site in general. To be efficient here, we kindly ask you to email your case to support@dating.com so that we could familiarize you with the pricing and demonstrate your credit expenditure. Thank you!
Im new to it, but the ways the write their email or even chat message seem unreal, i received the same type of email from 3 person, lol. And i think you might skeptical with the identities of man/woman in there, they're look so good and attractive, why they need to go in this kinda app and looking for a match? Is that weird? If it just a few profile really look attractive then i could understand, but 80 - 90% look so great with the profile and amazing avatar. Be careful!
Hello Thao! Thank you for your review. I'd like to assure you that our customer support team checks the members not to let any suspicious activity on the site. If you think that the person you are chatting to is not real please contact our support via email (support@dating.com) or via social media (Facebook or Whatsapp).
Hi! This is Kara (ID: *******2342).
I would like to cancel my membership. I don't want my payment to be renewed automatically anymore.
I sent an Email to *******@dating.com, but have not received a response Email.
I also asked for support via WhatsApp but no reply even when they read my messages already.
I am very sad and disappointed about that.
Tip for consumers:
There are fakes and reals. The point is that your financial status is enough or not.
Hello Thuy.
Could you please tell us why did you decide to do so? Did something happen? Please share your feedback with us so we could improve our services for you. Your monthly membership has been canceled as you have requested.
Dating.com is frustrating because how could I paid for full membership and you would still put restrictions to communicate with other members after I paid. They locked messages and keep telling me to buy credits every time before I could read a message. These people scam us indirectly and it's annoying.

Dear Mary,
Thank you for your feedback.
Communication on our website indeed involves making purchases to get credits to use the services. But every credit spent on our site is used to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable time on our site. Plus you receive a lot of awesome features like anti-spam protection, constant updates, etc.
Please let me know if you wish to get more information about the website.
I got frequent notifications on my email all of a sudden! I get started looking into it and started receiving 1000 of compliments messages from all the handsome hulks; which I believed and found all fake. They always push to purchase their credits and I'm not that stupid to get into their trap! Lol. I deleted my name and pictures and felt I just wasted my one days. Nobody should get trapped such a rubbish site and should do sue on the company immediately. They are just making lots of money using peoples emotions. Must get investigate and shut this fake site asap.
Dear Emma,
It is our pleasure to hear your valuable feedback. I can see that you never subscribed to experience our platform in full.
Do I understand correctly that you saw some profiles on our website using fake photos or providing fake information?
If this is indeed true, please provide us with the links to the profiles of those members and explain why you think the profiles are fake. We do not want to see any profiles providing fake information on our website, and we would be happy to take measures against them. You can learn more about our policies here. https://www.dating.com/people/#dating-securely
I'd easy say that 90% are fake. I think it's the same person (who barely can write English) creates these profiles. I think it's an inside job. Dating.com is fraudulently making money from everyone. It's all one big scam. The blue marker that verifies people is bull$#*! and means nothing.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t use the site. It’s bogus.
* Dating.com attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

We genuinely appreciate you reaching out to us, and we are extremely sorry that you got the impression that members of our platform are not real.

Please also be aware that our platform is international and we have members from different parts of the world where English may not be their native language. You can find a person from a particular area if you press SEARCH or the magnifying glass icon and enter your area into location.
I hope we managed to address all your concerns, and we will be delighted to have you back with us once again.
I have used the site after being lured for months. Fell for one of the men who conveniently can never meet in person. The site also scrambles your contact info if you try to share it with others. I am just disgusted that the site seems to employ members to keep you spending money. Sad. Stay away!
Hi Laura!
I'm sorry to hear that you feel that way. Let me kindly inform you that you can meet members in real life and also you can exchange personal contact details. You can use Video Chat or Flowers and Presents services to exchange personal contact information. After your exchange contact information, you are more than welcome to organize your meeting.
If you experienced some particular issues, please contact our customer success team and they will be happy to help.
We fight hard against fake profiles and scammers. Please send us a link to a profile you experienced issues with to support@dating.com and we’ll personally check the profiles for you.
Subscribed "monthly" for 36€ and it allowed about an hour on the app before running out of credits (?). What a scam! Totally outraged. No geo filter, so basically chatted with 3 people on opposite sides of the world before running out of money? It's supposed to be a monthly subscription!
Dear Member, I am sorry that the pricing policy of our website has left you disappointed. Indeed, using certain services costs a fixed number of credits that you buy separately. But every credit purchased by you is used to support all of the departments that ensure you have a safe and enjoyable time on our site. You might exhaust the credits and we will be more than happy to send you the credit history. Send us an email at support@dating.com.
I enjoy the conversations that I have with people I've met, but I feel these conversations are meant to lure you into spending more and more. Cause when you ask them not to send these $10 voice notes and emails they continue to send. Neither are we allowed to make contact outside the site or exchange personal details. I've been on the site for nearly a year and I find the charges for everything frustrating. Its like buying love.
Hi! I am sorry that our credit system may be a source of your disappointment at our website. Indeed, using certain services costs a fixed number of credits. Once they end, you should top up your profile to continue your communication. Please email us at support@dating.com so that we could advise you on how to make credits last.
"Kenny Chesney" and "Keith Urban" both initiated chats with me...supposedly...their chats contained the exact same wording. I can't prove this, but I suspect that certain " as if" members...referred to as " popular members" must receive some sort of compensation, for continuing to chat with unknowing, legitimate users to encourage them to spend BIG bucks. The other thing that I noticed was that these " popular members" seemed to be online all hours, day and night! Another very suspect weirdness:... these same members all seem to have "next level" fashion shoot-like photos of themselves...LOTS of photos! I think that this sight does have " real people" profiles in the mix. But if these folks don't provide an outside method to converse when you request such...as you will quickly find how crazy stupid expensive this site becomes in the "blink of any eye". My advice: avoid this website altogether!
Tip for consumers:
everyone should avoid using this dating website, as it is full of scammers and imposter accounts
Hello, and thank you for your feedback! Concerning the members you are referring to, could you please contact us at support@dating.com with the details? We would like to check the profiles you are referring to, as we are strongly against any fake activity in our app.
I created fake account of 65 years old woman and talked with that scammer with whom I talked 1 month ago. By the way he is 26 years old. See only his reaction when a woman 40 years older him wrote him.
This is the link of that scammers site:

We ensure that all the confirmed profiles on our site are genuine by making sure we have seen their verification documents, such as their passport, prior to allowing them access to our website.
Also, we have implemented an Anti-Scam Policy to protect you and make you feel secure on our site.
Kindly provide us with the user's ID number, a brief description, and any supporting material to prove these claims. We would require you to send screenshots of all evidence that shows this user is fake, furthermore, kindly note we do have anti-scam policies in place to protect you and if this is true we would refund all credits spent on this user - provided that they are a verified member. (has a blue badge on a profile).
If you find such profile please send us link at support@dating.com
I have spent so much money on this site for just chatting with free members who offered me real feelings, but for some fake reasons could not meet live or were not allowed to exchange e-mail addresses. This is so sad that people use others' feelings to make money.
I have attached documents about the lies I have received. A free member said he paid, proceeded feelings for me just to make me chat, and lied about his nationality. Then when the operators I talked to changed each other, the New one did not remember anything from the previous conversations. He even admitted hacking an e-mail, so I made a report to the police.
Oh, and I have reported the issue to the site, and they promised to investigate it, but they are liars, too. The whole site is a group of scammers.
Tip for consumers:
Avoid the site! Save your money!
On Dating.com you get to spend lots of money to read the fake proposals for marriage, sex, or long term dating. Most of these young Playboy Bunny Latin models who claim to be business owners, engineers, lawyers, psychologists, or doctors are strangely only 22 to 25 years old while the older women who appear stunning like all the rest will come on to you so when you ask for them to communicate off the site you'll get the same answer every damn time, "Sorry, I don't feel comfortable chatting off the site." Which is bull$#*! because everyone in the world uses Google chat so what conclusion do you draw? They are fake profiles answered by AI or staffers trying to generate revenue for the site! When you contact customer service you get word salad and nothing but excuses even when you point out to them how obvious this is. So, if you demand a refund they'll just give you another 20 credits so you can waste them on lies too! Do not fall for their BS!
Tip for consumers:
I tried to copy images off the site so I could show the kinds of BS that they try to convince you with, but I couldn't save it to my computer!
Products used:
Buying their tokens for chatting for useless conversations with fake profiles!

They offer a discount for the first month and then said would charge $ 49.99 each month after that. I just paid and was charged $ 96. Thankfully, Chase recognized the fraudulent charge and closed my card for my protection. I am also under the impression that many of the accounts are not real and are used to make people purchase more "points" to be able to answer all of the emails. When I suggested to several people to use another means for communication, they insisted to stay in this money pit. That is a red flag for me. Most emails I have gotten seem to be a general approach to someone without a profile. None of the suitors seem to have read anything I wrote. I am taking my profile off today. It is so sad that we can no longer trust who we are communicating with. I feel that this company is taking advantage of lonely people.
Tip for consumers:
Be aware that a high percentage of suitors are not real. How do I know this? 90% of emails were sent from profiles that have little to nothing in common with what I was looking for.

My bank stopped the payment to this company. I am in the process of removing my profile from this dating site.
Hello Brigitte.
We are so sorry to hear that. Why would believe so about us? Some people may just feel uncomfortable being asked to disclose their personal information at the very beginning of the communication. Just give yourself some time so your relationship will evolve and both of you would be ready to get closer. Please reach out to us, so we could clarify everything and guide you through the process of contact exchange.
They just provoke money out from you. Free members, or better say moderators under certain profiles generate chats with you. They promise you real feelings, but do not come off the site. You just chat with them, and leave without the chance of any real relationships. CRUEL game!
Tip for consumers:
Avoid!
