The company enjoys a generally positive reputation for its extensive range of high-quality 3D products and a user-friendly shopping experience, with many customers appreciating the helpful support and prompt service. However, concerns have been raised regarding pricing strategies, particularly a perceived decline in value for membership benefits and issues with product search functionality. Additionally, some users have experienced bugs and crashes within the software, leading to frustration. Overall, while customer satisfaction is high regarding product quality and service, improvements in pricing transparency and software stability are needed to enhance the user experience further.

This was great, just like it has always been for me with Daz 3D!
Found some cool stuff that will be very helpful in my upcoming projects.
So far my experience with DAZ 3D has been awesome. I am able to search for what I need quickly, and I love that there is always a sale going on so I can buy items at a discount.
I ordered and was charged for Victoria 9 Bundle but it doesn't show up anywhere (except my Visa card). Trying to figure out how to download it I wound up paying for it again! I still cannot figure out how to download it. It does not show up in my DAZ Central or my Install Manager. Please help!
Love Daz! I would have extended the sale thru the weekend though... I probably would have bought more stuff :P
Thank you SO VERY MUCH! I really, REALLY appreciate the free content you messaged the $100 code for. The graphic designer I had just walked out, leaving me with active projects that I wasn't sure how to tackle. Now, I have what I need, just in time. Thank you, Daz, for being my Deus Ex Machina.^___^
Great shop with lots of interesting products that are affordable and usually quite nice. However, it would be really useful with the following information on each model: #polygons #triangles #vertices #draw calls
In addition, I would like 3d models to come with one or more low poly versions. I use most of the models I buy for games and would really appreciate any of these suggestions to be implemented in the shop. Overall, you are doing well, and I have been met with great service the few times I have been in contact with support/CS. I would give 4.5 stars, and easily up that to 5 if the requested information was added and/or low poly versions added. Thanks!
Something old, something new, and something I hadn't planned on purchasing all on sale a great prices.
Between limited finances and limited space on my laptop, all worthy items
I like the ease of viewing images of the product, the details provided about the products, and the selection.
Daz can be fun, but it's also expensive. For a hobbyist like me, that makes it kind of hit or miss. Not everything works easily either, and as there are no user ratings on products, spending money on something that might not be what you really want is hard, especially in the current economy. Additionally, with the constant barrage of new things, trying to keep up hardware-wise and product-wise is a never-ending battle.
Daz website very slow and only partial wishlist page available - most products are blank so cannot select and purchase
The lack of product ratings makes indecision near constant when buying content. I have no idea if a product will be useful or if it's incompatible with my needs (released 5 years ago and I'm working exclusively with high-resolution assets).
An excellent product which, combines great visuals with relatively easy-to-use manipulation of the models. It has transformed the imaging for my podcast "Angel and May"
This side is the coolest thing that's ever existed!
Great site, very easy to use and find what you need.
Would be great if I could filter store by categories, e.g. environment.
Shopping is always fun. I like the new feature telling me when a promotion will expire.
Would be nice if more info on what your actually getting with the pre-order Victoria 9 bundle.
Great deals, easy to find what I was looking for. Love Daz3d holiday specials and free assets. Saved a ton on items in my wishlist and on new products.
English is not my language, i do short... Good and good and more, i'm happy!
Hello, Ron(s Water) is missing from today's download
Parfois compliqué, des tutos en français SVP!
Well timed sales are a great way build up your assets!
Answer: You get 3 free transfers then there is a cost to upgrade to unlimited. I found a much better program FaceGen Artist Pro. It's pricey at $139 but gives much better results than the built in face transfer.
Answer: Daz has a free transfer program on their website for blender, maya and many more. Works good!
Answer: No, Daz Studio does animation. You will render your animation series.
Answer: Daz3D will not read those files, as they are just text. However, the files can be "rendered" as an image, for use within Daz3D. Or, if you are asking about the other side of things, Daz3D can render images or video, which can be used along with your presentations. Both of those formats you mention, do not normally include "video formats". Neither of them are "image formats". PDF is just a text layout format for printing pages. MS-Word is just a text-formatting program, for use with printing too, for direct display in MS-Word, or on printed paper. However, it can export in other formats. (Not to be confused with "Word pad".) If you can put the words on an image, in any form, they can be used within Daz3D, for display. However, Daz does not have any form of "text-rendering code", to convert text into 3D objects.
Answer: When you register with the website, you will be given a code that is entered for you. If that fails, for whatever reason, you can go to your profile page and locate all "license codes", used to activate all the free items which may need them. (Or the paid programs, if you buy them.)
