Daz 3d is great use it everyday can get off it spent so much time on it that my girlfriend get uppset with me tells me give it a break lol

There is so much content that I wish there were more ways to filter and organize that content to find what I am looking for. In addition, I wish that we could rate the content and comment on it after we purchase it. There have been times when I have ordered things and went to use it and it did not work the way I wanted or there were issues with them - if others experienced similar issues I would love to be able to read about those types of things in the comments before purchasing.

Nice, the deals and the monthly payment options helped.

Shop specials are appreciated, though viewing what was on sale this time around was difficult as the link showed a lot of stuff NOT on sale.

I had some issue with my MasterCard (probably because it's rechargeable card), anyway I've used PayPal, but still an issue.
If you fear that there's no cash on it, just suspend the subscription to Daz+:)
For the rest all looks cool!

I can't give a high rating because I feel strongly that there are features that should be in place in the store that just are not there. 1) A way to rate items we have purchased. 2) The date the item first came to be available in the store. 3) A way to "follow" favorite content creators. 4) A better way to contact content creators.

They take your money immediately but they are very slow in delivering your purchase, or even a good product. They make you purchase useless items with the promise that you will get a good one in the near future - which does happen eventually, but only way later than promised, without the promised discount, and sometimes only if you were lucky enough not to have to send a ticket for it ( which, of course, needs weeks to process). Also, their flagship product ( DAZ3D program itself) has many issues that they would not tell you about. For example, even tough they encourage you to buy products after products, they don't tell you that the program cannot support even a medium-sized library. You only find out after you insist and insist to talk to someone who can explain why the simplest action ( like, selecting an item in the scene) takes minutes to complete - which, obviously, makes the program useless. They also charge you in advance for the yearly subscription, and, in my case, TWICE ( only got my money back after complaining to the bank about it; and they did not even bother to apologize).

Your selection for DAZ-Studio products is outstanding, but I havn't found DAZ Studio easy to acclimate to so have pretty much stuck with Poser so your selections are limited in that capacity. The DSON downloader doesn't work for me and the instructions are somewhat complicated

Daz3D sent me an email advertisement promoting a bundle that cost more than $100 and in exchange for buying this bundle they promised that on the 1st of September I would be delivered a HD 3D Model that was time-limited, exclusive and made by an artist I've purchased products from before.

Because of this model, I paid $109.13 for the bundle before the deal cut off at the end of August and then I waited patiently until the 1st of September.

Daz3D stated on their advertisement the product would be "automatically delivered on the 1st September", however the 1st came and no delivery.

At this point Daz3D removed all references from their website, slightly suspicious. I sent them an email, and was told "it will be released today!", waited until the evening, no delivery.

2nd of September came, still no delivery, sent them another email, told the exact same thing. Wrote a post on their forum, Daz3D staff deleted it.

Now it is the 3rd of September, they still haven't delivered my product, haven't offered a refund or anything, are deleting my forum posts... Feels like an absolute scam. All I want is the product I was conned into paying money for that I'm now doubtful even exists.

Still haven't heard back about my credit card issues - where I got dinged a few times but no receipt, and no listed item(s) in DIM!

Ease of finding products, purchasing and payments.

Just a quick thanks very much and please tip your train drivers even if you don't know who they are because sometimes it's difficult to simply STOP on a dime, especially if you're responsible for ten hundred tonne of weight. Think of others if you can, I pray.

Model quality has gone up software quality needs some work. Sales experiences have been great lately.

Products were not charged properly, taken away from me and, I was not able to get them back. The problem was not on my end, the problem was your billing system. I will not shop here as I have in the passed until I am sure I'm dealing with a customer friendly store.

Pretty easy. I found a couple of things that I wanted to try. The site, as always offers so many tings to choose from. Pretty easy to navigate, filter and buy.
