No complaints. I would like more categories at top navigation level. The listing facets are fine but cumbersome. For example, if I think there should be a category for your premiere product, Genesis 8.
Daz3d is a $#*!ty program that freezes up my computer. Avoid it. There are better programs out there.
Mostly it works well, but the page never remembers me, takes me to the wrong page after I log in again, and has to be told to sort by price a couple of times to work.

Since I cannot use DazDeals-Browser-Add-on anymore I hardly buy anything from Daz3D. Please re-affiliate them again so they don`t have to take money from the users. It's in your own interest.

I love Daz Studio the originals are the best, can't handle iray shaders, and wish creators would think of the little ones who don't have or want Iray shaders, some of your creators, your artists do provide us both Daz Studio and Iray which is great because we can still create beautiful renders. They where in the vault, and I have always loved A3 and V4 before genesis they don't take up as much memory on my computer and I am so glad that we have ways of making V4 wear genesis and visa versa.

Over the years, Daz has weathered the same challenges as any company with e-commerce, and given that as a primary outlet, maintained a good, usable format that represents the product very well.
Transitioning to Genesis 9, very happy thus far.
The shopping cart gets very slow when you add a lot of items to it. The cart, the confirmation page, everything, gets... very... slow. I feel like there's an N+1 query in there, or something.
I haven't bought a lot lately, and so I had a large backlog of wishlisted items that I felt like playing with.
I like the sales that have been going on lately and I really love the deals I get via text messages. I like how I can find what I'm looking for in different ways.

I've been using Daz items since the days of Poser 4, more than 15 years ago. The innovation and improvements upon the items and the software, including Daz Studio, never ceases to amaze me.

The model goes with a theme I have been wanting to work on for a long time The importer is something I had never seen for DAZ so I want to try it.

Your website sucks on mobile devices. I keep tapping and tapping on links and either it just doesn't register or registers on something that wants keyboard input.
When you have a lot of items in your cart, and you want to remove one, it can take upwards of two minutes to delete. It's a minor thing, but a real one.
The end of the Anniversary Sale Catchup.
Over the course of a few days I put together multiple orders with the intention of getting them optimized for a significant purchase. But between flash sales and changes of time, I kept having final totals radically shift until finally I would dump the cart and start over. I spent significantly more than I wanted to today and didn't get anywhere near what I hoped, but there's no way to plan for a better sale later.
This happens more and more often. It's disheartening.

For me as a web designer it is horrible to see how bad the pages at DAZ work. It is unbelievable, that neither the shop sides nor the gallery sides work properly.

Other then some characters, which are nothing but ugly - the same with the babies. It seems, the designers for these characters never have seen a real baby.
This company stole my credit card number and made a unauthorized $4.50 charge. Reported them to the Fraud Department of my credit card company. This company hopefully will soon be shut down...

My main complaint is that the price of textures poses, expressions, and hair cost is expensive and often requires buying two versions of the same thing (male and female).
The tools to pose models is clunky and difficult to use
Its good, but the overall structure of dividing assets, poses, etc by figures is heavy on the wallet. Some materials cost as much as the models themselves, which makes no sense to me.

The promotion in newsettler applied only to a specific subset of DAZ3D originals but the link in the newsletter connected to that promotion dumped me into an overall list and it took me time to filter out which items were elegible and which were not.

Easy to operate than "poser". I'm happy to be able to do what I wanted to do. However, I'm not good at English, so it would be better if I had a "Japanese manual".
These days
"DAZ STUDIO" is very interesting.
This is because I think it will be necessary for making works in "DAZ STUDIO" in the future.(These sentences are written using "Google Translate" with great difficulty.)

More and more often, the Daz+ freebies are not showing up in Daz Central at all. I'm also encountering more and more items that do not work properly, or are not as advertised.
I had bought this plug in well over a year ago and for some reason, when I had to replace my computer and re-install all my apps, I no longer had this plug in. So, I had to buy it all over again.
