In the many years that I have been with DealDash I have never had any problems. The products are always great, shipping has been fine. I will continue to use DealDash remember that you win some and lose some.
I have not had many problems at all with DealDash. Always been pleased with the service and products. On the couple of occasions when I needed some help their service center is fantastic and takes care of any issue right away. Always very polite and kudos to them for their hard work. My experience over 12 years has been nothing but great with DealDash.
This site can be an awesome way to acquire items, especially high-dollar items, at a substantial savings. But it can also be a site that can frustrate bidders, especially when a few dominant participants simply bid until they win, often times exceeding the "value" of the item. These dominant players make bidding for items a complete waste of time and money as they will simply outlast you, your patience, and your wallet. I feel as though most bidders are well-intentioned, but for a few, winning auctions and then accepting bids instead of actually paying for the item is the goal and it negatively impacts those bidders who actually wanted to acquire the item. Fix that, and you improve a lot of people's experience.

I decided to try DealDash to try and get a computer. I ended up spending a large amount of money on bids and getting zero in returns. I looked at winners who spent 2 to 3 times what the product cost and outrageous buy now prices. They can afford to give items away because they make a ton on bids. I saw 1 winner who bid over ******* bids at approximately.11 cents a bid. Which comes to 1650.00 then paid for the item they won so they ended up paying 2200.00 for a 799.00 ipad. Makes no sense. Why would any educated person do this

The overall experience was positive. I do not like the big bullies though. It's obvious that people are creating multiple accounts because the majority of these people have BRAND NEW accounts made that day but are working the auction like veterans. I do love winning though. The half price and free auctions are great. The shipping is always fast after you've won. I wish the big packs would go on sale more often. I tend to buy the larger ones when they are $.10. I will definitely keep coming back. I've been on DD for years

Unfortunately we have to constantly battle the "auction bullies". They continue to drive up the prices and do not allow us to gain our free bids. But overall, the customer service is great and there are plenty of items to choose from.
I had a fun time watching the bid buddy wind down.
AS always it was a spectacular deal.
Only took about a week and a half from purchase date to delivery.

I don't know what specific experience I experienced on 12/7, however, I have, over the years filled most of my gifting needs through my Deal Dash wins. The quality of the products have always been very good and there is something here for everyone. I have only had 1 or 2 hiccups over the years.but the staff is always very simpathetic and quick to make the situation right. I will continue to be one of Deal Dash's biggest fans!

I have been doing this for over 6 years off and on. There have been times when it's been hard to win and others when it was easier. Lately, it has been very difficult and many of the the players are making it difficult for players to use Bid buddy by stomping their opponents bids when the bidding gets down to 2-3 players. I'm not up for throwing my money away... so I'll just wait until they get tired of playing the game or reach their limits and try again. Over the years though, I have gotten some really nice items and manage to put a nice dent in my X-mas shopping each year.
Great customer service team. A variety of items to bid on most of the time. Easy to navigate between auction.
Good site for finding good deals. The only complajnt or improvement that I would suggest is that more free bids would be offered in exchange for items won. I would bid more often on items or similar items that I'd won in the past if I knew I'd receive more of an equity of exchanging bids versus the value of the item(s) won previuosly.
Fantastic opportunities to play, win, enjoy, and have friendly competition bidding on items. Have had a great time with Deal Dash, and there are very nice items to be had!

Deals that I wanted ( NITENDO MARIO BROs BUNDLE) made me DASH until the end of the event, and some other DASHERS are as stubborn as I am and will not stop until they can bid no more.I WAS THE VICTOR on this auction...Lucky... HAPPY DEALS, DASHERS.
