I like the way they organize their Business. I had a good experience overall. Will def recommend. I don't have something else to add here.
I have tried to do business with this company twice. Both times, they quoted me a specific price per board foot, but then tried to charge me MUCH more after they calculated the total. The first time, the price came from the catalog they sent me. The second time, I asked them to verify the price in the catalog, which they did. But on both occasions, they raised that price A LOT at checkout time, and refused to honor their original price. They also threatened legal action if I were to leave a bad review and said they had copied their lawyer on our emails.

We guarantee all of our wood and if a customer is not happy then we will provide a full refund. If a client requests finishing, sanding, edging, planing, etc. then this adds to the cost. And some higher figured, larger pieces of wood cost more per board foot than shorter, smaller pieces. If anyone ever has a problem then they should contact us directly.
