I have been impressed MULTIPLE times here. Margaret Hood and Kevin Courtney both went out of their way to help me and my sister in law register and plan for our weddings. They made us both feel special on separate occasions. All staff members were exceptional! The quality that most places are missing is here. They've had some of the best product selections too.
Called the local store 25 minutes away looking for a particular perfume, they have it great! Drive there and they don't have it. Meanwhile 4 out of 5 employees visible are on their phones. And brick and mortar wonder why retail is hurting!

It's a old store that's still in business. And that speaks alot to the people and internet. That they are here to stay.
My card kept declining and I couldn't figure out why but they help me and were patient with me and I was able to get my food really quickly!
Really great shot with a bunch of stuff to choos from. I used it a lot of times to pick up stuff for myself and a gifts for my fam.
We went to the costumer service and they where really rude they need to get better costumer service. The women was rude she was just rolling her eyes
CSRs have 0 interest in clarifying what the issue is or resolving it. They don't even ask which item

Dillard's does not honor sale prices listed on their own website. When an item has an original price that is struck through with a line, and then shows a sale price, it is added to your cart at full price. Customer service does not inquire which item has the price discrepancy, in order to take the first step at resolving the issue.
Went to the Lancome counter for some foundation. A guy, or maybe it was a masculine overweight girl, we couldn't tell, tried to match me up with some foundation. His first try he thought was perfect. I knew in my heart it wasn't going to match, but I bought because they had a GWP and was smart enough to ask for a sample of the foundation so I could try it home to be sure.
I was right, I put it on before going to work and it looked like I had a spray tan on my face. I was so orange it wasn't funny. I had to rewash face, start over with my trusty "it" CC cream.
I went to the Lancome counter at Macy's and showed them the sample the guy gave me and they asked who in the world suggested this color. I told her a guy (or masculine girl), she said I'm not warm at all, I am the cool in the foundation. She tried on me blended so perfectly. You could not even tell I had any on. Again, I asked for a sample and I tried it on the next day. It was perfect all day long. Pure perfection. I ended up buying at Macy's and returning to Dillard's.
Please Dillard's, higher young girls that are girls and know their product and trained in helping the consumer.
I feel very uncomfortable with a guy with make up and painted nails, trying to be a girl, or a girl trying to be a guy in the way they looked and act r towards me. Plus, did not know their product at all. It was wasted time, gasoline and frustration. I will not return to the Lancome counter at Dillard's until they can hire young LADIES, that are real ladies, and educated in their products, they are selling.
Total Macy's customer now, as is the lady before me, we ended up talking about this guy/girl in fragrance area. She was annoyed as much as I was.
Not a fun shopping experience.

At Baybrook mall very rude associetes. Trying to return a dress they made me go thru three different register.
DO NOT WORK THERE, MANGERS ARE LAIRS, DID NOT TELL ME ABOUT QUOTA UNTIL TOO LATE, MONEY IS NOT WORTH THE STRESS THEY PUT ON YOU. AND TO BE TRAINED! HA! WOULD GET RID OF STORE MANGERS AND HALF OF HER STAFF, THEY DO NOT WANT TRUTH, THEY WANT YOU TO LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING, I JUST WONDER WHAT THE FRIST MR. DILLARDS WOULD THINK. A CUSTOMER TOLD ME THAT ITS LIKE KMART AND SHES RIGHT. THEIR MOTTO IS SELL, SELL, DO NOT MAKE THE STORE MANGER MAD. TOO MANY YOUNG GIRLS WORKING THAT DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THEY DO NOT CARE, HEY! 12.00 AN HOUR AND THEY ARE OUT IN 4 WEEKS, YEP, THEY CAN DO THE 4 WEEKS AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This store has always been an overpriced store. They never have sales except January and there horrible. They charge delivery fees on items that aren't available in the store and you have to only order them online. So if it doesn't work out and it doesn't fit or you don't like the quality you still have to pay for the shipping fee. ( unless you order $2k plus or a "special" member. I do not know how they're still in business and I'm not sure why I kept the Dillard's card for so long but I'm getting rid of it and done with this store! I'm disappointed that I had to drive 45 min to go into the store to order the coat because it wasn't available to buy in the store and when she rang me up she just told me the price of the coat and the total BUT never mentioned a delivery charge To me. I feel like that was so misleading so when the coat did not fit and I took it back to the store of course they did not refund the hidden delivery charge. I just feel like it's little things like that to make a big difference with the company and what they offer a customer. TRANSPARENCY. I drove 45 minutes to place the order With the store. Then to be misled on the delivery charge was upsetting. Even my shipping receipt doesnt show the delivery charge. The sales lady just confirmed the price of the jacket and then gave me the total so I guess that's my bad. Most stores do not charge a delivery fee so I was shocked...Especially a store like Dillards which is supposed to be the upper crust but when I look around, nothing feels like upper crust when I'm in the store ( except the prices) It's not like a Nordstrom or a Saks. It feels just like a Kohl's ( NO offense Kohls) or JC Penny...
