Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.

At the beginning I was a bit nervous and suspicious about the service. It took 7 days that I believe it is too long for this but at the end everything worked perfect. There are 2 separate charges. Not that cheap either, but very happy for the final result

I paid the initial fee, and the phone passed, it was able to be unlocked. The second charge all those seemingly suspicious at first makes a lot of sense. They don't charge you the whole fee until they know they can do the job for you. The fast honest and straight to the point, if you need your phone unlocked they will do you right

Overall, quite happy with the service from Direct Unlocks - however, no matter how much they state "it's written there on the page you buy from", it's very misleading that there are hidden extra charges. The initial price was clearly quoted at £11.99. This turns out to be for a pre-unlock admin "check" charge, not the unlock. In small print on the "buy it now" page, (which, like many others, I missed) it says "If your check is successful, there will be an additional fee of £26.00 to pay". I can't argue that it wasn't there, they even send you a screen shot - as clearly a lot of people have complained! It was there, it was just very small and not at all obvious. On top of that, it was suggested the unlock would be immediate but it took 6 days to arrive which left us in a bit of a pickle as the number had already transferred! All that aside, the communication throughout was very good - the site is NOT a scam, and when the unlock code came through, it worked first time. Please Direct Unlocks - do everyone a favour and put the initial price as the full price. If people need the code, they will pay it. You don't need to make it difficult to see.
It said it would be instant and it was only £11.99. Unfortunately it was neither of these things - but I managed to get a code after 6 days for £37.99!
I needed to unlock a Galaxy A71 handset (locked to EE) so I could use a Vodafone SIM.

I just want to start out by saying that I was in a tough situation and i got recommended by a friend to try this site and it was the best decision ever they are really fast to unlock your phone and convenient to use relatively cheap and convenient they unlock I phones and android devices as long as you have your imei number. A mí entender son unos ladrones que ocultan la información de que el precio que dan en principio (ejemplo: Samsung s22 ultra claro PTC: $28.9), cuando pagas el costo inicial, al momento te llega una factura pendiente por un costo superior (en mi caso $91 adicional), esa información no la dan claramente, por eso considero que es una estafa (aunque cumplan con el código)... Si no quieren pagar 3 o 4 veces más, no contraten estos servicios... Por cierto, si decides no continuar con el 2do pago, pierdes el primero, pues ellos lo catalogan como pago por investigar... Ladrones!
Porque presentan un falso precio competitivo (cobran 3 o 4 veces más de lo que dice su plataforma), cuidado eso es estafa.
Por el precio, al final resultó ser falso, son ladrones.

Les puedo decir que tuve duda, primero el cobro es para revisar que no sea robado y con adeudo, el segundo pago ya te da el desbloqueo o liberado. Muy recomendable y revise algunos que eran mucho más caros.

At first I was skeptical but it was a very easy process and I wanted my phone unlocked so bad they just gave me a piece of mind and in less than the time they said they'd have it done bam it was finished it was the easiest process that I'd ever heard of thank you so much you guys are the greatest!
