Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.

I recently just unlocked my iPhone 12 Pro it took about over a week for the process. I was very Patient and they also communicated with me during the process it felt like I had nothing to worry about and next day it was finally unlocked and it has been treating me great. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants there phones unlocked.
I choose “Direct unlocks” I saw so much positive feed back from everyone so I had to give it a shot.

It did take the full amount of time plus a little I was starting to get nervous then I woke up to the email it was unlocked! Amazing!

Had problems with it accepting my payment, and took about 3 days to unlock once the payment went through. But it worked overall so that is what I wanted.
Google search recommended
Needed my at&t iPhone unlocked. Will never do at&t again. All the other services have auto unlocks on their phones. Forcing a person into their service is a despicable and outdated move.

I was undecided at first about this company but when I tell you that they are reliable, courteous, and not expensive at all, then believe me.
I was searching on Google for the nearest phone unlock store near my home and then I crossed Direct Unlock, followed the directions and my phone is unlocked.

Es wurde komplikationslos innerhalb von 2 Tagen das i-Phone 13 vom Simlock von A1 befreit. Natürlich nicht gratis, aber es war es Wert, dass ich niergends hinfahren musste.

But the unit still says "Spectrum" and won't recognize my sim.

In some rare circumstances, a Remote USB Unlock may be needed if the phone doesn’t ask for an unlocking code when a non-Sprint SIM card is inserted.

I was directed to direct unlock to unlock my device and it definitely exceeded my expectations.
I expected a tedious process.
However, within roughly 3 days, my device was unlocked. 10/10 service, definitely will recommend when/if need be. I paid a little over $300 for the services I received.
