Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.
These guys really put in the work amd made it happen! I was doubtful at first but it was all for nothing because they came through and did exactly as they said! Thank you so very much!

It took about four days but each step of the process was explained. More expensive than I thought.

Before making payment, I read reviews from customers and all of them gave very positive reviews which reduced my suspicion about this service. To unlock the phone, five days were asked. Interesting thing is, it is easy to track. It took six days for fixing because it seemed to be complicated. However they acknowledged for delay. I am so happy because I am enjoying network from different countries.

I had an issue with my old carrier and they would not give me the unlock code for my fully paid Samsung note ultra 20.
After I visited many phone tech companies, I've been told that they can unlock it a higher price, but the carrier will lock it up within weeks. So I decided to do a research online and I came across Direct Unlocks. I was hesitant at first but now after they unlocked it all in a matter of few days. I was surprised that it worked perfectly. I highly recommend DIRECT UNLOCKS. Is been almost 6 months and no problem at all. Fully unlocked and working as before. Worth every penny.

As many reviews stated skeptical about device becoming unlocked, since I spent over 100 hrs on the phone with Xfinity to get them to unlock my Motorola Ace one 5. Three years later I seen this app service and thought I why not. Please read the app tabs print to be aware of service & unlocking code fees ( from carrier). The great news is the staff was communicative assuring to wait the suggested time to unlock divice. So I did and they held true to their service word. Thank you, we are using the phone with a new carrier.

I did not have to talk to anyone and in twenty four hours it was complete. The only thing that I would say up front is that the 1st $28 is not he full amt to unlock. Just say it up front the total amt and how much is going to be to check if the phone is able to be unlocked. But overall good experience!

I bought a phone off eBay that was supposed to be unlocked but it wasn't. The seller wasn't replying and since I was without a phone, I was desperate to get it unlocked ASAP. I found DirectUnlocks and it boldly advertised that it was $20 ($25?) and could be done immediately. My fault for not reading the fine print (like most of us). Turns out that was the price to verify that it wasn't already locked. That's a bummer because that service is available for free on a number of sites and it was a check I had already ran on the phone. Okay, so the next step is to pay $50 to have it unlocked. Not thrilled about it but I can see that it was my mistake for misunderstanding that sneaky little bit. So I paid the $50 and it said to expect anywhere from 1-3 days. Day 2 rolls around and my eBay seller replied with huge apologies and said he just initiated the unlock directly through AT&T and it would be done within the day. Within HOURS, it was unlocked. Meanwhile DirectUnlocks sends no word, like they're still working on it. Then FIVE days after I paid for the service, they emailed and basically said, "yay us, we unlocked it!". Uhhhh, no they didn't. I don't feel like I have ground to stand on for complaining because I opted to pay for the service. However, what I do NOT like is three points that edge on dishonesty: (1) fine print that communicated the required $50 and multi-day wait; (2) the five-day period before it was "unlocked"; and (3) taking credit for unlocking the device when they didn't. I'm sure it's a great service, I've used them years ago when I wasn't in a rush. If you are in a rush though, just be aware of what to expect and how much you'll pay for it.
