Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.
I was so nervous to do this. I thought it was a scam but it was not. Just be patient and your phone will be unlock. I would use this company again and recommend it to everyone to use. They unlock my iPhone 12 IMEI: **************. It took about two weeks for them to unlock my phone but once they did I am able to go to any carrier I like. Tenho um Oneplus 11, com bloqueio regional. Solicitei os serviços DirectUnlocks e tudo correu bem, até eu descobrir que o meu smartphone não abria a janela para digitar o código de desbloqueio. Segundo DirectUnlocks,eu cometi um erro por não verificar, antes de fazer o pedido, se o smartphone pedia o código de desbloqueio. A empresa me deu uma carta de crédito compensatória que, infelizmente, jamais irei utilizar, pois não comprarei mais smartphones com bloqueio regional.
Não consegui a devolução do valor que paguei. O meu smartphone continua bloqueado e a empresa me ofertou uma carta de crédito de valor parcial, que nunca vou utilizar.
Escolhi a DirectUnlocks porque pareceu uma empresa séria, com índice de sucesso nos desbloqueios acima de 97%.
Escolhi o produto porque me pareceu o mais indicado para o problema do meu smarthone.

Em relação à janela do código de desbloqueio não aparecer, "se o seu aparelho não solicitar um código de desbloqueio antes do pagamento, não poderemos desbloquear o dispositivo, mas ainda incorreremos em custos de envio e você terá que usar um desbloqueio USB remoto com custo adicional." Infelizmente, como esta é uma condição do nosso serviço, não foi possível reembolsá-lo. A carta de crédito emitida destina-se a ajudar nas necessidades futuras de desbloqueio. Entendo sua frustração e agradeço sua confiança inicial em nossa alta taxa de sucesso. It was my mother's mobile phone that needed unlocking. As it was a Doro phone and not very common I was surprised that this service would be available yet it was. Never even UNLOCKED my Phone [A Huawei P2019 smart], but took way too much of my money and still wanted more. Eventually approached Vodafone who told me how to unlock the concerned handset for £0.00 basically for zilch, free, Nadal,no charge. Direct Unlocks would not refund [ should I be worried,surprised or unsettled?]

Great experience. Galaxy s20 unlocked in 3 days as stated.

This company lures you in with a small fee which led me to believe that was the total cost. Then after the tool runs they hit me with a second fee to unlock and that wasn't it. The tool then ran more and they hit me with a third fee of over $300. In total I paid just about $400. They should never charge you anything until they can provide the complete cost. I would never recommend this company to ANYONE!

The first time I tried Direct Unlocks, I was advised I needed to pay down my balance to ATT. I did. Direct unlocks did not charge me any additional fees. My phone was unlocked in a few days.
I wanted my phone unlocked and found direct unlocks.
Research into several companies.

I thought it was a good service and I was very satisfied with the unlocking normally when you carry a computer on credit they do not enable some things until the payment is completed but thanks to these people it was possible, I was very satisfied thank you and I recommend them.

Habia llevado mi celular a otra tienda local para desbloquearlo lo tuvieron tres semanas y no paso nada. Lo recogi y busque por internet. Encontre que la de ustedes tenia los mejores comentarios de sus clientes. Asi que me arriesgue y valio la pena. En una semana ya lo tenia desbloqueado y funcionando al 100%.
