Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.

I went on your site hoping to unlock my iPhone I wasn't sure what carrier it was so I figured I'd pay the 6 bucks to find out and got stuck purchasing something for 6.99 28.99 and 50 dollars even and never got my activation lock removed. All those other services I didn't need but it would bounce me from page to page. Your site was misleading and never mentioned all these pre charges. I would be satisfied with a refund or the activation unlock like I need for my iPhone and then we are cool I'll have nothing but good reviews. But seeing as I didn't have in my budget 150 dollars for the unlock I'm SOL without a working device until I get paid next month.

Let’s start by addressing the services you’ve paid for: the Network Check for $6.99 helped establish what carrier your iPhone was locked to. The Eligibility Checks ($28.99 and $35.99) were necessary steps to confirm if your iPhone was eligible for unlocking. Then, the Standard Unlock fee of $50 and the iCloud Unlock (Previous Owner Removal) for £50 were focused on the unlocking aspects you required.

All costs are indeed outlined on the checkout page prior to any purchase, and we make sure this information is available to our customers to review before they proceed. I apologize if you felt this was not made clear enough and appreciate this feedback as an opportunity for us to improve our communication.

Regarding your iPhone 13 Pro Max, it appears to be blacklisted, which typically means that it has been reported lost or stolen, or there's an outstanding financial balance associated with it. As per our terms, blacklisted devices are not eligible for refunds because unlocking them would be out of our service scope.

That said, we genuinely want to help you have a positive experience. Although a traditional refund is not possible for a blacklisted device, we did issue a credit note which you can use against a different service we offer that may be relevant for your situation or a different device in the future.

I contacted the page, first they ask you for a payment in advance and after a supposed verification they ask you again for another payment, their codes do not work, nothing works, they do not refund and they always avoid giving proof and requesting a refund
