Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.
Phone was locked with T-Mobile couldn't turn it on now I'm back in action thanks to direct unlock, took 6 days n almost 400 later but it was worth it instead of paying a thousand plus

As someone who doesn't know much about technology, I found this process to go very smoothly and it was a fair price to unlock my phone.
I highly recommend Direct Unlocks to everyone I know that is in need of an unlock service. Two thumbs up!
Don't use it. After having received your money you are asked for a second payment. You are also informed that you cannot be refunded on the first payment, despite no service have been provided. After some time they don´t even bother to answer back. Hope you do not fall for it as I did.

Terrible service and scam. I've been waiting for an iPhone 8 unlock for 6 months and nothing. Even when you email support, you get an automated message that doesn't change no matter what you write to them. They tell you the same thing the directions say with no further explanation. Don't believe any reviews.
Well, it's been 28 days since I paid the initial fee and all I've gotten was an excuse as to why they 'can't unlock my phone'. I understand that sometimes there may be an issue with a carrier but taking the initial fee under the pretence that that was all I'd have to pay, is shady business. I've seen them flag other peoples reviews on many sites, so I won't be shocked if mine is, as well. I'll be requesting a refund in 2 days.
Firstly two names will always reply, Stephanie and Dave.
Secondly they do not have any solution always come up with lie or fake statements and offer you voucher which can be used next time.
Always insisting for minimum payment of 15 GBP so both parties are not in loss. Service is not provided nor they offer refund
Any legit company will use Paypal or offer refund if they can't provide service.

They get you to order an unlock with a $30 price... cash in your payment... just to send you an email that you will have to pay another $43 if you want to get your code. Sorry NO refund of initial payment... please read the fine lines! Well executed SCAM! Full prices should be disclosed at purchase!... and they are NOT. BEWARE!
Got all my devices unlocked and can use them with whoever. These guys are legit. You won't be let down. I highly recommend them

Site expects me to pay an additional $63.00 after they take $29. I am reporting to the BBB as well as my credit card company. At no time on the first payment screen does it say there will be an additional charge.

The service is fast and reliable! I was hesitant at first but everything work very well! And now I'm happy with my unlocked phone. I wish they answer emails when questions are asked though. I also feel there must be some clarity when giving indications. The phone does not show unlock until you are actually adding the new line to the phone, so I had find a new line to try it.
Took the premium service to get my phone unlocked from ICloud which they told me they could do even barred ones... paid £99 an up till now no response from them, emailed them a few times, but still no response, they lie, just to get your money, then say they'll issue you a credit note, if they can't unlock your phone, but don't respond, when you contact them...don't waste your time or money with them, fraudulent
Great Customer service. I gave my number er ti the technician and he sent me instructions and was with me live all the time. Downloaded a program to use my USB by remote and it really worked. The unlock took like 10 minutes. Thank you very much. I am now enjoying my new Samsung Flip 5.
I purchased an unlock from this company which estimated delivery in 6 days, it is now 68 days with no delivery. I have been trying to reach them many times, i only get same automated response every time. I requested refund As per their refund policy, i only get automated response. After several attempts to get a status of my purchase, they dont even reply with automated response anymore. Once they receive payment, don't expect much from them. Not fair at all!

Told me mine was just taking longer 3 days now on tracking it it says it's been over two weeks the time does not change on their meter cannot reach anyone over anything a refund or anything they just ignore emails
I'm using this service for the second time because they do their job. However I'm very disappointed by the billing process. The price on their site which you initially pay does not reflect the final amount which you will need to pay to make the phone unlocked. And the second payment is in several times higher than the first one. I consider this as misleading.
However, I have to admit, that the service works and I also consider it as reliable. I got both phones unlocked but it took a huge amount of money. Actually it would be easier to buy an unlocked device instead of getting the locked one and then unlock it.
Would I recommend this service? In general - yes, but probably as a backup variant if you can't get the phone unlocked elsewhere.
I personally like the services which show you the final price at the beginning much more.
Because it works. They do what they advertise and I consider this service as reliable.
The previous purchase here was successful and I decided to try again.

Paid $28 for verification, passed. Paid $118 for code, then told I have to pay $255 for remote assistance. Ripoff and scam

I understand your concern about additional payments, but I'd like to assure you that our processes are standard. Phones have unique requirements for unlocking, and while unlocking codes work for most, your particular case seems to require a Remote USB Unlock due to your phone not prompting for an unlocking code. This is an additional service with an additional fee, as reflected in your order status.

La velocidad de respuesta y de ayuda para la liberación por imei es muy buena y no hay ningún problema para poder completar todo sin estar pensando si será de verdad o juego, yo lo recomiendo ya que mi equipo funciona a la perfección y no e tenido problemas con el desbloqueo, lo recomiendo ampliamente.
Por su calificación en el mercado, hay muchas páginas para desbloqueos y liberaciones pero está es la que más me da confianza por su calificación y exelentes comentarios.

Excelente servicio, rápido, confiable, utilice otras páginas para intentar desbloquear y no pudieron, aquí al instante pude desbloquearlo, toma 1 día en desbloquear pero la espera vale la pena 100% lo recomiendo

This idiot's are just scammers stealing your money. They will even claim your phone is blacklisted or has outstanding balance even when you paid off the phone yourself! Reported them to the Texas attorney general office!
They advertise a $19.99 unlock fee and then hit me with another $109.00 fee to finish the unlock. Then it took 20 days of very slow progress to finally tell me that my phone was "blacklisted" by the carrier. Very slow service and deceitful practices to take money from you. They do not offer and refund but instead offered a voucher for the next time I use their service. Which I most definitely will not do.
LIES! LIES! False advertising! They will tell you $19 and then charge you another $30++. Luke, customer service, no service at all! Very unhelpful and unkind! Don't be deceived! More better unlocking services out there. Won't give you a refund at all! Website doesn't say anything of additional cost and LUKE won't even admit that they are wrong. These people are thieves!
These are the most common scammers. They take money and do nothing. They simply promise to solve the issue of unlocking your smartphone, but they will not do this. I also paid money and nothing has happened for a month now. These are simple deceivers. Do not use their services.
