Dint fulfill there end didn't give me money back instead they gave me credit towards to unlock another phone which was a waste and a rip off this is the last time I'll ever do business with them and you would be wise to do the same

Fantastic! This took a little longer than I expected, but I did request for my phone to be unlocked on New Years Eve and then there was a weekend. However, I as regularly updated with emails and kept informed. I cannot fault the service that was provided.

After going through the pains of trying to get the phone unlocked via the network (without much success), I stumbled on this site and decided to give it a go.
Was a bit hesitant at first given the price tag, but I have to say that I'm impressed with the service, especially as (after receiving a time frame of 5-10 days), the phone was unlocked in less than 7 hours!

Thought it was too good to be true, but they unlocked a phone I bought off line that the seller told me was not sim locked. They said it would take 7 days and they had it unlocked in 2 days. Now I'm switched over and rocking out. Thank direct unlocks.It was very simple process.

I tried two different sim cards and neither worked...says the unlock was successful however now it says that the IMEI number is invalid... I'm at a loss... of close to $100 and I'm disabled on a fixed income...

Initial research led me to think that unlocking the iPhone 5 from O2 was difficult if not impossible. In fact it's very little hassle and didn't take long. I would recommend you to anyone. The site did unlock my iphone as advertised, but after three months my iphone mysteriously locked itself again and customer service has been ignoring all of my attempts to contact them ever since. I'm very disappointed as up until that point the service worked perfectly. However- it was not a 'permanent unlock' as advertised so buyers beware!

I just want to ask questions:
1. Publish cheap prices and then ask for extra money at double the price. Nowhere is this read that they are asking for extra money yet.

2. Why are they posting 4.7 good ratings when there is a lot of negative experience against the company which is already rated 3.5, but a lot of negative comments are blocked.

I wanted to encode a Samsung A3 from a Hungarian network. I already paid $ 20 for a code of course I didn't get. Now that I'm wondering when I get the code, I'd like to pay another $ 42, which is done at a telephone shop for $ 25.

I ask everyone to take legal action I do not simply believe that this company can not be sued. Wait for the injured, start a facebook group and start getting your money back.

I was unsure of this service as the whole principal of unlocking online seemed to good to be true. I purchased a pre order for the EE iPhone 6 unlock, after two days it said my unlock was ready for purchase with was another £39.99 which was annoying but still worked out cheaper than buying a unlocked iPhone. It then said after purchasing that there was a 3-5 day delay, on EE unlock which made me skeptical. I feel it should have been shown before spending the money.

None of the less because it was a weekend I knew it could be over a week till it was unlocked. There was no notification updating the unlock but I thought I would try putting my sim in and low and behold it was already unlocked!

I had been using my iPhone for 4 days before I got the unlocked email. So very quick service just needs better communication. Will recommend to anyone who needs an unlock.

First time insert my Imei and it said my phone is lost and stolen. And I got the store credit, Ok fine then I have unlock my another iPhone 5 when clear recorder. When insert my email in cart. It's said iCloud server offline. I tried from mar 9,2016 to April 10,2016. Never get work. Be carefully guys with this cheating company. Never reply your email. I did contact sale and customer service. I lost my money too

You will be totally satisfied with working with Official iPhone Unlock and will get constant updates as to progress and hold ups if there are any! I had no issues whatsoever working with them and have been a repeat customer for 3 years running!

I might have been enjoying my newly unlocked iPhone but because it took so long I am now in Thailand and BT can't hear my plea for it to be activated. 22 October until 17 November, frustrating.
I would have appreciated more of a warning at the outset, and more reassurance during the wait. But, the thing I really don't like is being sucked in with a £20 pre order price with no indication what the end price would be.

I had become very frustrated after switching provider as nobody would help me. I am not well versed with the technical side of mobiles, in fact the thought of speaking to someone about it scared me do death as I just don't understand the lingo. I eventually went on line & found this site which claimed they could easily help me as it was apparent my mobile needed to be unlocked before I could regain service. The form on line was simple to complete even for me & the process was speedily put into action. It took a few days to complete because unfortunately I applied just before a weekend. I was kept up to date through the website & emails. I am relieved to get my phone up & running again which was completed automatically without any further input required from me. I definitely recommend this site without hesitation. A big thank you.

I made the second final payment 3 months ago and still nothing has happened. The tracking meter has been saying 99% complete for months. When I emailed them about it they replied that the expected timeframe is 7-10 days (well overdue) and that they will only chase it up if the meter reaches 100% and it's still not unlocked.

Paid initial verification fee as well as unlocking fee. After 15 days they say the device is hardlocked and cannot unlock. When pushed for refund of service fee, they threaten legal action.

Please do not fall into the trap by Direct Unlocks

They charged me $29.97 and then charged $38.
I was thinking this is still legit because it was widely recommended on the Internet.

Long story short, I put the request in late November 2021 right after Black Friday, and right now we are in March 29 2022 and the phone is still unlocked and the Support response is a bogus reply that they use with everybody.

Only at one point they wanted proof this was not stolen and I sent them the receipts, screen shot of the IMEI #, picture of the phone showing the IMEI number on hand and they did not reply to me since then.

Save your money and look elsewhere.

I have been waiting for almost 2 months! My phone has been paid in full, because I am anxious to go to other countries and want to unlock it as soon as possible. Now I have returned but the phone is still not unlocked! And no refunds! Rogue company!

Attention! Rip off! Lost all my money! Sent some e - mails in the last two weeks - no response! Very untrustworthy company! Do not trust those guys! My carrier unlock the phone for only 40 pounds this damn guys say it's not possible to unlock and want more than 100 pounds for the same...

They billed me $29 for the unlock code after I put in my phone info. 4 hours later they requested a "final payment" of $49 for the code to be released. At best that's sketchy and at worst it's a fraudulent misrepresentation of pricing. If they needed a deposit they could have said so.

There are cheaper more open and honest options

Ultimately, you guys did what I needed to I appreciate it endlessly. However, initial frustration, your vending service would not take my card. Finally was able to do a special order through Paypal, and your service reps were very responsive in helping me and informing me of what stage of the process the unlock was in. I wish I'd known earlier, however, that my phone WAS in fact under contract, ended up waiting a few extra days because of that issue.
