Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.
Don't believe on this. They are scammers especially Luke who's going to respond on your emails. I have purchased icloud unlock for $28 that's for the full unlock. After which i have receive a confirmation email, from that email they will ask you if you have the original receipt or if you have a contact from the previous owner. Do you think i will purchase an activation lock if i have those things that they ask. And then they will tell you to pay another $40 which they call a final pay. What is the $28 i paid in the first place? Literally nothing. Scammers!
Didn't think it was made totally clear about the 'pre-order' fee when placing the order on-line (although they did kindly send me an e-mail after I made the order to clarify where this was detailed!). Cost me £19.99 pre-order, then a further £29.99 to complete the order which then took 20 days from the original order, not quite the 2-3 days advertised, (they also mentioned this in their e-mail, advertised times are guidelines or something to that effect).
Although the unlock code was eventually delivered successfully, I was not at all impressed with the customer service, the ordering process, the cost, or indeed the time taken, In my opinion, shop around...
Shady ordered on the 26th of December and up until now my iPhone has not been unlocked.
I have emailed numerous times however the responses I got are not helpful. They make you pay and run away with your money. Won't even offer fixing the issue or refunding me my money. All I get is that your phone has been unlocked if not I will have to pay more money.
Avoid honestly they just still your money.
Was unable to unlock the phone I bought. I sent a email requesting a refund, as there policy says you can give one if the phone cannot be unlocked. I emailed a couple weeks ago and no response yet. In process of going through a dispute through my credit card on the multiple transactions. I do not want the voucher that you offer as a refund as I will not be using your company anymore

Thanks for unlocking my iPhone, I now have the freedom to use any sim I want. I really liked the service but it took longer than expected, I know its not what their fault as clearly mentioned on their website. Great service.
Good experience but overall had a wait of 2 weeks as Vodafone not to clever... Would use again but maybe next time but need more customer focus as only sent back emails if u contact the company and not of their back.
I ordered an unlock for an iPhone 11 locked to Verizon on this website, initially I was told, it will cost $19.99. I made the payment then they asked for $69 more dollar which I paid.
They claim the first payment was a pre-order and can't be refunded if second payment is not made. They don't mention anywhere during the initial payment that a second payment will be required.
I was told, It could take up to 5 business days, but now here I am, it has been more than a month and my unlock is still shower overdue.
I emailed them several time about my order and they won't help.
I won't recommend this website to anyone.
If my order is not completed or refunded by the end of this week, I will call my bank and file a complain.
After contacting my phone company back in America (AT&T), I would have had to drop $500 roughly to unlock my phone. I did some research and came across this site that could unlock it for £19.99; it worked perfectly and I purchased an international data plan to use on my newly unlocked iPhone! It was exactly what I needed for my time in Italy (: I strongly recommend using this if you are traveling for long periods of time internationally!
So I'm gonna be brute honest, I thought this was a scam originally, cause first they want 30$ then they charge you another 50$
However, other then that surprise fee they are legit! I got my phone unlocked and was able to use my own service on it and it made me relieved and felt like it was worth it!
My old phone was dying and the only other phone I had was an iPhone 6s Plus I was scammed into buying due to the person lying about the condition and lied about it being unlocked
But again, they were able to unlock it so I have a better temp phone until I can get the one I really want!
To unlock the phone to be able to use my own service, and again they did amazing
They charged me £23.99 for what they call "pre-order" and then asked me to pay another £29.50 for the actual unlock.
The preorder is basically nothing, since they only tell me what I already knew, my phone was locked to Tesco O2, that's why I paid!

This company are a scam. They give you a quote for unlocking which they don't mention is actually a "checking fee" to see if they can unlock it. Then they ask you to pay an additional fee to actually unlock the phone - in my case another £48, which I can't afford so goodbye £23.99! I'm normally really careful and I'm gutted that I fell for this!

I have unlocked 2 samsung mobiles, followed guidelines for the both but the second handset most often can't place a call as it will be ending it automatically and when called from others tells the number dialed does not exists.
Only got this reply asking me if I have received the order. But no response regarding my issue yet.

Had good reviews and the procedures looked quite easy at first.
Very thankful they were able to unlock my phone. Took them less than 24 hours and without taking it in to a shop or anything they were able to help me. I am very pleased with their job.

Skeptical at first because I'd never used a service like this before. But within 2 days I got my email saying the phone was unlocked and everything was sorted. Very smooth and efficient, and compared to some other quotes I got it was a bargain
The costs were miss leading and not very clear. I tried speaking to someone twice each time I was on hold for OVER an hour, I gave up waiting before anyone bothered to answer my call.
I would not recommend your company to anyone else.

First they ask you to pay GBP 43, as say no further payment guaranteed.
Later they tell you that the phone(But, phone appears clean in every test.) is blacklisted and hence money cannot be refunded. They say premium service required and try to snatch money again. Even after showing irrefutable evidence about Cleanliness of phone, they stop stop responding to e-mails. And that is it. Money is gone.
Not a UK company but actually from Belize!, They offer a service they can't provide like my ICloud Unlock. They tell you three days later that your phone is lost stolen after you pay. Have proof that it isn't from Apple. Partial refund but they still won't pay back the rest. STAY WELL AWAY and read other people's experiences. It's about time someone investigated this firm to stop others falling prey to their scam.

Waited a week from the date of my purchase to write them back to follow up. They replied implying that I have to pay a lot more than the $20 that I paid so they can push through with the order.

I was convinced to go this from the great reviews saying what a quick service and even on a bank holiday. Well don't believe everything you read as the days don't include weekends and if unlocking a Vodafone device you are only told after payment that this will take up to 8 working days as they are very busy and my took precisely 8 days even down to the hour.
The initial charge is 19.99 US for what they call (pre-ordering?). After that they want to charge you an even higher fee to unlock the phone. My quote was 101.00 US. In total to start unlocking my phone was 121.00 US dollars. I'm sure this varies depending on what company your phone is locked to and your phone model. This is day 24 now and my phone is still not unlocked. I sent an email when their online timer for my unlock ran out (Which took about three days). They emailed me back and reassured me that everything was fine. They would chase down my imei number and send me an email when it was complete. I sent another email yesterday asking about my unlock or a refund. No reply yet. I'm calling my credit card company tomorrow and dispute the charges.
These guys are just $#*!s... they cheated me by taking my 50 pounds and saying that my iPhone is stolen and cannot be iCloud unlocked even if the mobile was clean... and just stopped responding emails for refund now... just report them to ACTION FRAUD uk and make sure that these kind of bull$#*! websites shut down for ever
