Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.

It said it would take 19 days and my heart dropped. I was so nervous. But the next day i checked my email and there was a email with the unlock codes. Received email stating my phone "qualified" under their service. They then charged an additional $50 unlock fee. When the phone could not be unlocked, there was no refund available. THIS IS a scam OPERATION. I REPORTED THEM TO FTC AND BBB. Other potential customers are advised to read all reviews carefully before considering this service.

The services only unlocks cellphones that are paid off and do not owe $$ on the account.But in case you didnt know you can do that by calling the service provider and giving them the imei number. So you can pay $75 dollars here to get it done.or do it yourself and pay with time, because thats all it take...this services is nothing special.
