Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.
I've been waiting for nearly a month for my iPhone 5c to be unlocked - all I get back from the "sales team" there is a backlog, it wil; be unlocked any day now.

Like any other company that is stranger to us, we feel skeptical to hire them and utilize their services, sending of payment is the only DRAWBACK, they declined my credit card for security reasons 3x that I'm almost fed up. They try to follow up and gave me a new payment link by email and verified with my bank issuer together for fraud protection. Good thing I gave them another reason to try.
My i phone 6S was locked to AT&T USA, but in LESS THAN 2 days (Oct13. -15) from locked to unlocked status... it was unlocked the worlds GSM networks just in time for my travel.
Highly recommended! I don't need to get paid to write this long review, this is the way I say thank you... But for sure they're not CHEAP a bit costly but affordable.

I have a very bad experience with this company, I've tried to unlock my phone through their website last November they couldn't unlock it, I requested a refund they gave me a credit that I can use only on their website, I used that credit To unlock the same phone after 6 months, it's been almost two months from now, still waiting, the timeframe shows 10 days didn't change in around a month, I requested a refund the second time (In their policy they said you can request a refund if they don't deliver the unlock in more than 30 days) but this time they didn't want to give me the refund, I paid around 90$ for the unlock ( at first it shows 29$ and then they ask for second payment to complete the unlock), they just tell you to wait, My friend called the carrier and unlocked it in 24 ( we bought the same phone together locked to the same carrier)
Don't wast you Money
Terrible! I paid $6.99 for phone check...then $28 for more checks...then another $50...the. Then they said I had to pay a $187! And I could use the fifty as a credit towards that but they would not refund my money! DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY". THEY ARE TOTALLY SCANDELOUS! TOTAL RIP OFF! DO NOT USE!
I was really skeptical at first that this wouldn't work but I got my unlock code within 3 days! It was cheaper and faster than the other sites i looked at, but definitely worth it
They keep you informed offer money back if not working! But mine worked! For att with contract just had to use premium service iphone 14 pro max

Completely wasted time, they charged me an additional fee 7 days after payment I received an email I have not been the owner of this phone for at least six months, and they cannot unlock my device and I can wait 6 months for HAHAAH to be properly unlocked after 6 months all Providers unload devices for free !!! !!!
Everything that was promised was delivered although it is a bit pricy for the unlock that was performed on my I phone 12 pro Max but totally satisfied all around.

Losing money... nothing more... and no refund after a year. No response at e-mails and so on... and cannot make my refund procedure (if that exists...)

It is not made clear that there would be two payments needed to be made to get the unlock code, because of this I feel ripped off and could have got the unlock for half the price I paid on this site

I was told by tMobile that my phone is unlocked on their end, but they wrote on the tracking tab of their website "Waiting for authorization from carrier". I disputed the charge, and they wrote to the bank that it's a stolen phone

It took two days to unlock the phone, once it was successfully unlocked, within 24 hours. It did not work and said it was reported stolen. Now I have to buy a new phone.

This is a scam site, you pay for the unlock code and then they keep asking for more money to release it. No response to my emails for my refund and no code. Disputing the payment

Very competent although I detected deceleration that unlocking was not executed within 24 hours but certainly depended on the Case Study from the server
Lost hope... this is a scam. LOST 150 USD TO THEM.
Waited for nearly 3 months. Tried two different iphones (Xr ans Xs). NO RESULTS. For each phone they told me it could not be unlocked and I could not get a refund, although I verified the phones before submitting on their suggeted websites (swappa). Now they do not reply to refund requests. AVOID UNLESS YOU GOT MONEY TO SPARE!
Exchanged some messages with "Luke", who stopped replying as soon as things went south. Worst service I've ever experienced.

Ask for more money after the 12.99 payment, shocking way to deal with customers just out to get as much cash off you as they can, please don't do business with this company they will rip you off...

BEWARE! This site is misleading and a scam! I paid £20 for iPhone unlock to only find out this is a PRE ORDER and now have to pay an additional £80 to unlock the phone! I saw nothing of this on the site as others say DONT USE THIS SITE! They won't get another penny out of me! Discusted these thieves haven't been shut down and are still no1 search on Google!
First I was made to pay US$ 104 for the unlock. The process has been going on for more than six months and still the device has not been unlocked.
