Direct Unlocks

The code unlocked my phone perfectly, I've yet to update my phone with the new software so I'm unsure if the unlocking will survive an update but from being locked to O2 I can now use my phone with a Chinese SIM card with no trouble!

I submitted my iphone unlock request to them last year and paid around 30 GBP to them. After two weeks I got a reply that my iphone is still in contract or blocked by the carrier. They asked me to provide them a proof that my mobile is not in contract and is not blacklisted only then they will give me a refund. They told me that I can use their premium service by paying 70 GBP more to get my iphone unlock or I can use this amount to unlock any other iphone by just entering my email address during payment.
After getting this email I provided them proof of my ownership and also that my phone is not in contract but I didn't get any reply from them. I also send them reminder for twice but couldn't work.
After that I decided to use that amount which they have credited against my email ID to try for other iphone. At the time of final payment when I entered my email ID I got a notification that "The email address does not appear to be working - have you have typed it correctly?" what the $#*! is this. Can anyone tell me what I can do now? Is there any way to get my money back and how can I report a complaint against them?

Been trying to find out what happens with the service that I purchased never hear from them! $250 usd gone! Please Shut them down! I didnt catch the fine print on the first page of the initial unlocking. You should really put the total cost up front. But I am pleased with the outcome and total cost.

I was charged for service that you didn't complete. Paid for three only one was unlocked. The other two ATT unlocked. After waiting on hold for hours.

This is the second ond time using this site to unlock phones it's is simple and fast, both times I was quoted up to 3 days for the phones to be unlocked, both were completed within 24 hours.

I was skeptical, but I went ahead and paid for the service because I didn't like the new phone I received and I love my old phone. I was surprised it worked! I have recommended this to my friends.

I have 18 screenshots and an email to demonstrate the entirety of their marketing is fraudulent and deceptive. The use a 2-step process, the first one costs $26 to ascertain whether your phone is eligible to be unlocked, and the second one is $64 for a 'remote' unlock that's supposed to be either instantaneous or within 24 hours. After 4 and a half days of complaining, they sent me 4 codes, instructing me to not only input the codes (i.e., not a remote unlock), but they asked me to take a video of me entering the codes, something they never mentioned prior to me paying the $64. They charged me $26 to determine my phone was eligible for unlock, and they use AT&T's logo on their website, and I told them that AT&T refused to let tje phone be unlocked until I had 6 months service on it, but they rebutted me by saying I was required to provide a video ofbthe steps I took tonperform my so-called 'remote' IMEI unlock on my phone 'instantaneously.' It was a waste of 6 days of my time and nearly $100.

All they did was refer me to obscure fine-print disclaimers contained somewhere on their website, bug which disclaimers were not part of the ordering process

Work well. A bit disappointed by the "reserve your unlock" fees. Was hard to see that I had to pay a first time to reserve it and then really pay for it.

They really do deliver right on time unless you ordered the wrong service. Right after payment confirmation, their service didn't exceed the time they said it would take to unlock my iPhone.

More than 2 months since 22 December they informed me that my unlock is ready but I have to pay 42$ before release and since that no unlock no response no refund

Hi all i recently used this site to unlock my sons iphone 4 and i found it quick and easy to use and very effective.
Phones now fully unlocked and used daily on another network.

I paid the premium 104.00 total for unlock through at&t and received and email telling it was officially unlocked and I go to my cell phone company to put in sim and it's not unlocked!

Placed 15th of January order id *******
Four mont pass now
Still no my refund
They did not ck my phone they never responded for my emails
Can you please refund I paid 19.99 as pre order then asked another payment of 42USD
I paid that too
Totally 62$
Now or percentage meter expired now I want my refund be genuine an refund my money please
Don't ask for further payment because already I made both payments

At first I was very skeptical on this as this would be my first time to have my KDDI iPhone 6Plus unlocked. I love the service as they give me regular updates as for the status of the service i purchased. They delivered within the time frame they have mentioned on their mails and website ( time frame: 5-15 working days ~ But i got mine in 7 days) GoodJob!

I requested an unlock service for my IPhone 5 locked to Sprint and they claim that once my Iphone was unlocked it could be used at any carrier. GUESS WHAT? When I received the email confirming that my iPhone was unlocked I put a seem from Tmobile and my iPhone DID NOT recognize the sim and it would ask to insert a compatible sim card (Sprint sim card).
I sent an email to the unlocking company letting them know that my phone was locked still and they replied back saying that my phone was Unlocked.
There's a disclamer about unlocking a phone, but my phone DIDN NOT apply to that disclamer since my phone imei is clean and is not reported lost/stolen and it is not blacklisted.
They are asking me to use a "non US" sim card to activate. Meaning that my phone can't be used at the US. Why would I unlock my phone to use it outside the US?
Stay away from this website.

Unlocked a hand-me-down iPhone4 (O2) without a hitch and within the three days promised, allowing me to choose a more cost-effective service provider.

Don't do anything with this company! They'll rip you off your money and when you try getting your money back, no response to your queries regarding your payment or anything!
They are not what they say they are and they are nothing but scammers ripping people off their hard earned money. DONT DO ANYTHING/BUSINESS WITH THE COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
