Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.
They take your money and run, DONT USE PLEASE PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE! They take 28$ to check your imei number and then they say you're eligible but you have to pay 45 dollars, wait a few days to tell you that it didn't work and that you have to pay 225 more dollars. Please don't fall for it. They THEN say that you chose the cheaper option to save money when the premium option wasn't available to select. I should have listened to the other reviews, they don't refund you, they give you a 75 dollar credit to unlock a different phone LOL. Please don't use. They just want to steal from you.

They are not transparent with their prices. They add on more charges after paying the fee shown on the web site. Then they stall the unlock to try to get you to pay more for premium service.

At first I was a little concerned because it took longer that the promised time. But then I relisted that the delay was caused by the carrier. Just be patient, mine took 37 days, but I got it fixed.
Unlock took long than expected but overall the unlock was easy and trouble free done everything online and the unlock was sent over wi-fi so hassle free. Would recommend and use this company again.

I ended up doing this myself after paying you 80 bucks. You had the audacity to take a week to say you did the job. You took the money and the credit and did nothing.
